“双减”政策下农村小学课后服务实施现状研究

摘要 在“双减”政策推广下,农村小学的课后服务取得了良好成效,促进了农村小学教育减负增效,推动了农村小学学生全面发展,缓解了农村小学家长焦虑情绪。但仍有部分问题需要解决,农村小学课后服务课程开设受到制约,教师的服务质量不高,学校与家庭未进行充分沟通。为此,如要打破农村小学面临的困境,应引入社会资源,丰富课程内容;加强教师培训,优化师资力量;健全家校沟通机制,切实提高课后服务质量。 Under the promotion of the “double reduction” policy, after-school services in rural primary schools have achieved good results, promoted the reduction of the burden and efficiency of rural primary school education, promoted the all-round development of rural primary school students, and eased the anxiety of rural primary school parents. However, there are still some problems that need to be solved. The opening of after-school service courses in rural primary schools is restricted, the service quality of teachers is not high, and there is insufficient communication between schools and families. Therefore, in order to break the predicament faced by rural primary schools, we should introduce social resources and enrich the curriculum content;strengthen teacher training and optimize teacher strength;improve the communication mechanism between home and school, and effectively improve the quality of after-school services.
