基于全生命周期理论的油气田工程物资管理技术设计研究

摘要 针对油气田工程物资管理技术的特点,本文结合层次分析法建立了油气田全生命周期规划指标体系,并对体系指标的权重进行了分析。主要的结论如下:基于层次分析法对油气田不同的影响因素进行对比分析可以确定每一层目标的系数,然后求解同层上的权系数,并对矩阵进行一致性检验,可以有效地判断矩阵特征的一致性;对油气田开发项目建设、运营和结束阶段的指标进行分析可以发现:本文提出的基于全生命周期理论的油气田工程物资管理规划指标能够很好的反应油气田开发项目的各项性能,油气田企业的全生命周期规划指标通过了一致性的检验。 Aiming at the characteristics of oil and gas field engineering material management technology, this paper combines the analytic hierarchy process to establish an oil and gas field full life cycle planning index system, and analyzes the weight of the system index. The main conclusions are as follows: comparative analysis of different influencing factors in oil and gas fields based on the analytic hierarchy process can determine the coefficients of each layer target, and then solve for the weight coefficients in the same layer, and perform a consistency test on the matrix to effectively judge the matrix characteristics. The analysis of the indicators of the construction, operation and end stages of oil and gas field development projects can be found: the indicators of material management planning for oil and gas field projects based on the full life cycle theory proposed in this paper can well reflect the performance of oil and gas field development projects. The enterprise’s full life cycle planning indicators have passed the consistency test.
