摘要
本文以中石油管道局沙特重油项目为例,研究了管道试压施工现状及主要存在的问题,结合竞争对手的方案,提出工效提升方案及建议,并对改进后的工效进行了评估。本文的研究为沙特阿美石油公司项目管理模式下管道试压提供了参考。
By taking the Saudi heavy oil project of China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau as an example, this pa-per expounds the present situation and main existing problems of pipeline pressure testing. Combined with the competitor’s scheme, the paper puts forward the scheme and suggestion of Ergonomics improvement, and evaluates the improved ergonomics. The study of this paper provides a reference for the pipeline pressure testing under the project management model of Saudi Aramco Oil Company.
