Air w...Experimental study was carried out of heat transfer of the Gas Carrying Evaportion with fluidized solid particles in a vertical annulus. The annulus consists of an electrical heating bar and an outer glass tube. Air was adopted as the carrying gas. Water and aqueous solutions of carboxyl methyl cellulose were used as the working liquids. Solid particles were ceramic beads and glass beads of different diameter. The experimental results showed that the liquid flow boiling heat transfer was increased and the superheat of liquid at heating surface lowered remarkably by the introduction of the carrying gas and the fluidized solid pericles. The heat transfer augmentation became weaker as the liquid viscosity icreased.Experimental data of the heat transfer were correlated.展开更多
