This development has been swift, but the challenges are equally immense. Due to the rapid growth of business operations and the swift expansion of scale, a series of delayed issues in business and management inevitably arise. The main issues include: first, excessive fraudulent transactions in the agricultural market;second, the continued reliance on experienced personnel for production and management;and third, the profit-driven nature of social capital. In response to these issues, this paper proposes several improvement measures, including strengthening brand building, enhancing market transparency, establishing ethical standards in the market, optimizing production processes through automation, and regulating capital expansion. These suggestions emphasize the need for enterprises to reinforce self-regulation and enhance social responsibility, while also calling for industry regulators to strengthen guidance and regulation at the policy level, thus fostering a healthier and fairer market environment. Based on this, large fruit trade companies in China can continuously optimize and improve their management practices, thereby promoting the healthy development of the nation’s fruit trade.展开更多
