It is reported that a middle-aged female patient suffered from fatigue, poor appetite, yellow staining of sclera and skin after the second dose of nine-valent HPV vaccine. After symptomatic support treatment such as protecting the liver and promoting gallbladder function, the symptoms improved, but the clinician failed to persuade the patient to improve the relevant examination in time to further investigate the drug-induced liver injury, resulting in the patient continuing to receive the third dose, resulting in chronic and severe liver damage. After further symptomatic support treatment such as liver protection, choleretic and nutritional support and follow-up for 5 months, the liver function of the patient has returned to normal. Through this case, we hope to improve the clinical cognition, diagnosis and treatment of drug-induced liver injury.展开更多

One effective approach to addressing the imminent water shortage crisis is sorption-based atmospheric water harvesting (SAWH). Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are a type of porous crystalline material. Due to its unique structural characteristics, it can show broad application prospects in the fields of gas storage and separation, catalysis, optoelectronic materials, and atmospheric water harvesting. Then, we summarize recent advances in using COF-based sorbents for atmospheric water harvesting and briefly introduce the technology of atmospheric water collection and the application of COFs in the field of sorption-based atmospheric water harvesting (SAWH).展开更多

文摘目的采用网状Meta分析探讨不同免疫营养素的治疗方式对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)的干预效果,并进行相应效果的评估及比较。方法通过计算机检索Embase、the Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、Scopus、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)公开发表的免疫营养素治疗NAFLD的相关文献,检索时限为建库至2024年3月17日。采用Stata 15.0和Review Manager 5.3软件进行网状Meta分析。结果最终纳入24项随机对照试验,包括1796例患者。网状Meta分析结果显示,使用益生菌[MD=-9.43,95%CI(-13.10,-5.77)]和维生素E[MD=-8.14,95%CI(-15.31,-0.98)]降低丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)的效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。使用益生菌[MD=-6.18,95%CI(-8.84,-3.52)]和维生素E[MD=-8.78,95%CI(-14.15,-3.40)]降低天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate transferase,AST)的效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。在降低体重指数(body mass index,BMI)方面,使用益生菌[MD=-6.18,95%CI(-8.84,-3.52),P<0.05]的效果优于对照组。使用维生素D[MD=-0.79,95%CI(-1.56,-0.01)]降低胰岛素抵抗指数(homeostatic model assessment for insulin resistance,HOMA-IR)的效果优于对照组。概率排序结果显示,共轭亚油酸降低ALT水平效果最佳;在降低AST方面,维生素E是最佳选择;合生元降低BMI值的效果最佳;在降低HOMA-IR方面,维生素D效果最佳。结论当前证据表明,共轭亚油酸、维生素E、合生元、维生素D可能对NAFLD患者的干预效果更好,未来有待更多高质量的研究进一步验证。
