The damage to endothelium, hypertrophy and hyperplasia of smooth muscle and increament of ECM were found in gastric coronary vein of cirrhotic patients. The vessel wall hardened and thickened with decrease of elasticity. The results showed that the portal hypertension could accompany with ' portal hypertensive vascular lesions'.展开更多
