Nowadays, the problem of education internal examination is mainly manifested in the internal examination of school grades, the internal examination of employment due to academic competition and the internal examination of social elite training. From the perspective of sociology, the duality of the social function of education affects the inner volume of education. The inner volume of education means the alienation of the purpose of education, the growth of education without development, and the excessive and even ineffective loss of educational resources. In order to alleviate the serious phenomenon of the internal paper in social education and change the concept of social education, we should explore the ways to crack the internal paper in education from three aspects: perfecting the social security system, reshaping the internal value of education and strengthening the comprehensive management of education.展开更多

Based on this, this paper probes into Martin Buber’s dialogue philosophy education thought from three perspectives: human-oriented dialogue education view, educational purpose view pursued by free will, and teacher-student view based on “I-you”. This paper explores the basic characteristics of teacher-student relationship from the perspective of Martin Buber’s dialogue philosophy, so as to form interactive subjectivity between teachers and students with the theme of equality, show students’ full and complete personality in the encounter, and make love the key to the construction of teachers and students.展开更多
