Methods: The relevant literature from the establishment of PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, CINAHL, Web of Science, CBM, Wan Fang Data and CNKI databases to August 2024 was retrieved. Randomized controlled studies on the application of nursing intervention measures in patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgical diseases were collected. EndNote X9 literature management software was used for literature deduplication, and R software (version 4.4.1) was used for meta-analysis. Results: Twenty-four literatures involving 2942 patients were included. The results showed that after the implementation of more refined nursing intervention measures, the exhaust time of patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgical diseases was shortened [SMD = −3.756, 95% CI (−6.215, −1.297), P = 0.003], the time of getting out of bed was shortened [SMD = −1.521, 95% CI (−1.960, −1.081), P CI (−3.555, −2.190), P CI (0.243, 0.415), P CI (−14.286, −8.170), P CI (−14.286, −8.170), P < 0.001]. Conclusion: Existing evidence shows that compared with the conventional nursing model, a more refined and targeted nursing model can significantly improve the prognosis of patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgical diseases. Due to the limitation of the number of included literatures, more high-quality epidemiological studies are needed to verify the above conclusion.展开更多

Through top-level planning, faculty training, resource integration, and teaching method innovation, a comprehensive, all-encompassing teaching reform model has been constructed. This model focuses on the students, integrating diverse teaching methods and practical approaches, and embedding ideological and political content seamlessly into the courses. This initiative not only consolidates students’ professional knowledge but also cultivates their correct values, patriotic sentiments, and scientific spirit. Practice has demonstrated the potential of foundational mathematics courses as a vehicle for ideological and political education, effectively enhancing students’ sense of social responsibility and professional competence.展开更多
