The paper reviews the core theories of strategic procurement and uses G Company as a case study to examine how supply chain integration and upstream-downstream collaboration can enable the transformation of mining companies into high-value-added fields. The study shows that strategic procurement not only enhances corporate competitiveness but also promotes industry-wide collaborative development, offering valuable insights into industrial upgrading and global supply chain optimization.
