我国流动儿童群体庞大,但由于该群体受“流动”与“儿童”双重特点的限制,其议事能力往往受到限制,且传统的儿童议事会在帮助流动儿童参与议事、学会议事、提升能力等方面具有一定的局限性。基于此,文章探讨了通过项目化学习提升流动儿...我国流动儿童群体庞大,但由于该群体受“流动”与“儿童”双重特点的限制,其议事能力往往受到限制,且传统的儿童议事会在帮助流动儿童参与议事、学会议事、提升能力等方面具有一定的局限性。基于此,文章探讨了通过项目化学习提升流动儿童议事能力的价值及其策略。研究发现,项目化学习能助力流动儿童深度参与议事过程,提升其议事能力,同时形成“社会工作专业优势 + 项目化学习实践指导”的双重模式。社会工作在项目化学习过程中的具体介入策略包括社会工作者的角色定位及项目化学习模式的构建等。整体而言,项目化学习结合社会工作的专业方法,为提升流动儿童议事能力提供了新思路和有效路径,为其更好地融入城市生活、实现全面发展奠定基础。The population of migrant children in China is substantial. However, due to the dual characteristics of being both “migrant” and “children”, their deliberative capabilities are often limited. Furthermore, traditional children’s councils have certain limitations in facilitating migrant children’s participation, learning, and ability enhancement in deliberative activities. Based on this, this paper explores strategies and their value for enhancing the deliberative capabilities of migrant children through project-based learning (PBL). The study found that PBL can help migrant children deeply engage in the deliberative process, enhance their deliberative capabilities, and simultaneously form a dual model combining “professional advantages of social work + practical guidance of PBL.” In addition, this paper proposes specific intervention strategies for social work in the PBL process, including the role positioning of social workers and the construction of PBL models. Overall, PBL combined with professional social work methods provides new ideas and effective pathways for enhancing the deliberative capabilities of migrant children, laying a foundation for their better integration into urban life and achieving comprehensive development.展开更多

Teenagers in these families face many challenges in the process of family structure change, which has a great impact on their psychology and behavior. This paper discusses the causes of interpersonal communication obstacles faced by teenagers with reorganized families in the campus environment from four levels: individual, family, school and society, and finds that factors such as lack of self-efficacy, lack of interpersonal communication ability, lack of family care, lack of school attention, and peer group discrimination lead this group to fall into the dilemma of campus interpersonal communication, and then puts forward effective countermeasures for social work intervention.展开更多
