Methods: from February 2020 to April 2022, all patients were musculoskeletal ultrasound and compared with clinical and clinical data. Results: compared with surgical examination, musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnosis 96.00% (72 / 75), sensitivity 97.91% (47 / 48), specificity 92.59% (25 / 27), negative predictive value 96.15% (25 / 26), mis-diagnosis rate 95.91% (49 / 49), 7.40%, and missed diagnosis 2.08% (48 / 48). According to musculoskeletal ultrasound and surgical pathology observation, P> 0.05 was not significantly different when compared between local rotator cuff injury, local full thickness injury, rotator cuff front injury and large area full thickness injury. Conclusion: the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder lesions by muscle obone ultrasound has high accuracy, sensitivity and specificity, easy misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, which has certain reference value for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.展开更多

The results of 3...Objective To study the practical value of 3-dimensional computed tomography on diagnosis of bladder tumor, Methods Fifteen patients with bladder masses were examined by thin-layer computed tomography. The results of 3-dimensional reconstructed images were compared with the final diagnosis and the pathological stages. Results According to 3-dimensional reconstructed images, among the 15 cases, 12 cases of bladder cancer were diagnosed, and the pathological types were transitional carcinoma. Two cases were diagnosed as benign tumor (leiomyoma), and the other one was colon cancer, which invaded bladder. The accuracy was 100% . The clinical stages were determined. Of the 12 bladder carcinomas,5 was in stage T1, 3 in T2,, 3 in T3 and 1 in T4.The accuracy of staging was up to 83% (10/12) compared with pathological stages. Conclusion The 3-dimensional reconstructed technology may improve the accuracy of staging of bladder carcinoma, and to provide important evidence for surgery options. 3 refs,2 figs.展开更多

It is expected that the construction of urban landscape may return to its aesthetic value,practical value,ecological value and other aspects of value orientation. It is believed that the urban landscape is both a type of perception and experience. It can not only maintain the cultural heritage and the evolution of civilization,but also maintain the integration of the biological and physical environment,play the role of diversification in the urban public open space,and undertake social functions such as ecological,disaster prevention,waterlogging,and water conservancy at the same time of protecting and lighting the environment.展开更多
The research is to involve an experiment with a class composed of both liberal art and science students from an independent college. In the experiment, peer counselors are to be recruited as subjects I, while subjects...The research is to involve an experiment with a class composed of both liberal art and science students from an independent college. In the experiment, peer counselors are to be recruited as subjects I, while subjects II are to be made up of the experimental group and the control group. First, subjects I and subjects II will undergo a pretest by Tennessee Self-Concept Scale and Inventory of Interpersonal Problems- 32（IIP-32）. Then, after an intervention experiment that involves training and counseling of the peer counselors, subjects 1 and subjects II are to undergo a post-test. Finally, the statistic procedures of independent sample t and paired sample t are to be employed to assess the data. The results show that in the process of receiving training and counseling, the peer counselors achieve profound improvement in their cognitive level of self- concept, while their problems in interpersonal relationships are significantly reduced. The same is also observed in the experimental group after carrying out the counseling of the peer counselors. All this demonstrates that peer counseling is conducive to the improvement of university students＇ osvchological well-being.展开更多
