This new integrated networks architecture consists of LEO satellites and civil aircrafts carrying aerial base stations, called &...In this paper, we propose a novel AIenabled space-air-ground integrated networks(SAGIN). This new integrated networks architecture consists of LEO satellites and civil aircrafts carrying aerial base stations, called "civil aircraft assisted SAGIN(CAA-SAGIN)". The assistance of civil aircrafts can reduce the stress of satellite networks, improve the performance of SAGIN, decrease the construction cost and save space resources. Taking the Chinese mainland as an example, this paper has analyzed the distribution of civil aircrafts, and obtained the coverage characteristics of civil aircraft assisted networks(CAAN). Taking Starlink as the benchmark, this paper has calculated the service gap of CAAN, and designed the joint coverage constellation. The simulation results prove that the number of satellites in CAASAGIN can be greatly reduced with the assistance of civil aircrafts at the same data rate.展开更多
Computer-aided design(CAD)software continues to be a crucial tool in digital twin application and manufacturing,facilitating the design of various products.We present a novel CAD generation method,an agent that constr...Computer-aided design(CAD)software continues to be a crucial tool in digital twin application and manufacturing,facilitating the design of various products.We present a novel CAD generation method,an agent that constructs the CAD sequences containing the sketch-and-extrude modelling operations efficiently and with high quality.Starting from the sketch and extrusion operation sequences,we utilise the transformer encoder to encode them into different disentangled codebooks to represent their distribution properties while considering their correlations.Then,a combination of auto-regressive and non-autoregressive samplers is trained to sample the code for CAD sequence con-struction.Extensive experiments demonstrate that our model generates diverse and high-quality CAD models.We also show some cases of real digital twin applications and indicate that our generated model can be used as the data source for the digital twin platform,exhibiting designers'potential.展开更多

The process of drug discovery involves the designing of molecules with appropriate pharmacophores with the help of various soft wares. The purpose of this paper is to study the probable binding modes of fatty acids on fatty acids after enzymatic hydrolysis of the FAAH (fatty acid amide hydrolase) in different extracts of flowers, leaves, stem bark, root bark and nuts of Semecarpus anacardiurn L. f. by using molecular modeling study and computer assisted drug designing. Nuts yielded 20 fatty acids including saturated, ω-3 unsaturated, ω-6 unsaturated, ω-7 unsaturated and ω-9 unsaturated fatty acids. Based on IR, IH NMR, 13C NMR, MS (mass) spectrometry, GC analysis, the structural elucidation of these isolated fatty acids was established. Methods: A dataset comprising of 20 fatty acids were drawn in ChemDraw and converted into 3D-molecules with all possible tautomers and chiral centers. The minimization of molecules was carried out using PRCG (Polak-Ribiere Conjugate Gradient) method with maximum of 5000 iterations. The minimized compounds were used for protein preparation. The crystal structure of human FAAH (PDB ID: 3K84) is prepared and selected for the docking studies of 20 fatty acids using Schr6dinger docking program module.. Conclusions: In this study, we carried out the molecular docking studies in order to understand the probable binding mode of 20 fatty acids in FAAH from which we identified key active site residues for FAAH, thereby it can be used to design the novel compounds for FAAH targets.展开更多

The general architecture of the integrated environment is divided into five tiers and employs the transparently integrated mode, with the mode, function calling and information exchanging among independent PDM and CAD processes are carried out via message translation /parse approach. Product layout feature(PLF ) model definition is presented, PLF model is used to represent design intention at the preliminary design phase. The collaborative design methodology employing the PLF model in PDM/3D CAD integrated environment is analyzed. It provides users with both parametric and freehand methods to create and edit 3D conceptual models with different levels of complexity in a VR environment intuitively without the need of switching between the VR environment and CAD tools.
