Link-16 anti-jamming performance evaluation based on grey relational analysis and cloud model

Anti-jamming performance evaluation has recently received significant attention. For Link-16, the anti-jamming performance evaluation and selection of the optimal anti-jamming technologies are urgent problems to be solved. A comprehensive evaluation method is proposed, which combines grey relational analysis (GRA) and cloud model, to evaluate the anti-jamming performances of Link-16. Firstly, on the basis of establishing the anti-jamming performance evaluation indicator system of Link-16, the linear combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and entropy weight method (EWM) are used to calculate the combined weight. Secondly, the qualitative and quantitative concept transformation model, i.e., the cloud model, is introduced to evaluate the anti-jamming abilities of Link-16 under each jamming scheme. In addition, GRA calculates the correlation degree between evaluation indicators and the anti-jamming performance of Link-16, and assesses the best anti-jamming technology. Finally, simulation results prove that the proposed evaluation model can achieve the objective of feasible and practical evaluation, which opens up a novel way for the research of anti-jamming performance evaluations of Link-16. 展开更多

基于GM(1,1)修正模型的轨道交通长期客流预测

目的准确预测轨道交通长期客流对轨道交通运输管理、规划及建设进行指导.方法以新乡市为例,对该市2007—2022年铁路客流进行统计、分析,建立GM(1,1)灰度模型进行客流量预测.考虑到新冠疫情的影响,将原始数据进行分类分析.分别针对包含... 目的准确预测轨道交通长期客流对轨道交通运输管理、规划及建设进行指导.方法以新乡市为例,对该市2007—2022年铁路客流进行统计、分析,建立GM(1,1)灰度模型进行客流量预测.考虑到新冠疫情的影响,将原始数据进行分类分析.分别针对包含疫情数据与剔除疫情数据的客流信息建立GM(1,1)灰色模型进行客流预测,并对剔除疫情数据的模型预测结果进行两次残差修正,得出预测结果,最后通过残差检验及后验差检验对各模型预测结果进行精度校验.结果实验证明由于GM(1,1)灰度模型的线性特征,疫情影响下的数据波动影响到模型预测,而剔除疫情影响年份的数列在模型中平均预测精度达96.59%,经过二次修正后预测精度提高0.29%,具有较好的预测效果.结论该模型对轨道列车长期客流预测有较好的适应性,能够为轨道交通建设提供一定的交通需求分析依据. 展开更多

Through calculation,the predictive value on the coal consumption of Jilin Province was attained,namely consumption of 2014 is 114. 84 × 106 t and of 2015 is 117. 98 ×106t,respectively. 基于ARIMA模型与GM(1,1)模型比较的宁夏卫生总费用及其构成预测研究

目的比较ARIMA模型和GM(1,1)模型对宁夏卫生费用的拟合效果,并预测宁夏卫生总费用及其构成的未来发展趋势,为相关部门制定和调整医疗卫生政策提供参考。方法利用2016年—2022年宁夏卫生总费用及其构成的相关数据,分别构建ARIMA模型和GM(... 目的比较ARIMA模型和GM(1,1)模型对宁夏卫生费用的拟合效果,并预测宁夏卫生总费用及其构成的未来发展趋势,为相关部门制定和调整医疗卫生政策提供参考。方法利用2016年—2022年宁夏卫生总费用及其构成的相关数据,分别构建ARIMA模型和GM(1,1)模型,进行卫生总费用构成的拟合,采用平均绝对误差(Mean Absolute Error,MAE)和均方根误差(Root Mean Square Error,RMSE)比较拟合效果,基于优势模型对宁夏2023年—2028年卫生总费用及其构成进行预测。结果GM(1,1)模型拟合效果较好,为优势模型。预测结果显示,2023年—2028年,宁夏卫生总费用平稳增长,从465.38亿元增长至671.50亿元,政府和个人卫生支出占卫生总费用的比重分别从32.35%和25.39%下降至31.63%和22.53%,社会卫生支出占卫生总费用的比重从42.25%上升至45.84%。结论经预测,2023年—2028年宁夏卫生总费用呈逐年增长趋势,卫生费用筹资结构趋于合理化,相关部门应继续保持目前发展态势,采取有效措施以促进医疗卫生事业的可持续发展。 展开更多

为了准确预测原油管道结蜡厚度的变化趋势,解决传统灰色模型(GM)在模型结构和数据处理方面上的不足,构建了三参数灰色模型(TPGM)(1,1),从初始化种群和增加莱维飞行策略等方面对秃鹰搜索算法(BES)进行改进,利用改进的秃鹰搜索算法(IBES)... 为了准确预测原油管道结蜡厚度的变化趋势,解决传统灰色模型(GM)在模型结构和数据处理方面上的不足,构建了三参数灰色模型(TPGM)(1,1),从初始化种群和增加莱维飞行策略等方面对秃鹰搜索算法(BES)进行改进,利用改进的秃鹰搜索算法(IBES)对TPGM(1,1)模型的初始值与背景值进行自动寻优,建立了基于IBES-TPGM(1,1,λ,η)的管道结蜡厚度优化预测模型。利用室内环道和现场管道的结蜡厚度数据进行训练和预测,对比了不同模型的预测精度,并分析了数据集数量对模型精度的影响。分策略消融实验表明,IBES算法在寻优精度、收敛速度和全局搜索能力上均优于其他算法,改进策略具有实用性;IBES-TPGM(1,1,λ,η)模型在室内环道实验数据和现场管道数据上的平均相对误差最小,分别为0.6867%和0.1527%,预测效果优于GM(1,1)、TPGM(1,1)和BES-TPGM(1,1,λ,η)模型。所建模型对于训练集的数量要求较低,适用于管道结蜡厚度的中长期预测,研究结果可为清管周期的确定以及管道的安全运行提供实际参考。 展开更多

为了掌握河北省生鲜农产品冷链物流的发展趋势,为政府制定发展冷链物流产业政策提供参考,文章以2012—2021年河北省生鲜农产品的产量作为原始数据,通过灰色预测模型进行预测,针对2024—2031年共八年河北省生鲜农产品冷链物流需求量进行... 为了掌握河北省生鲜农产品冷链物流的发展趋势,为政府制定发展冷链物流产业政策提供参考,文章以2012—2021年河北省生鲜农产品的产量作为原始数据,通过灰色预测模型进行预测,针对2024—2031年共八年河北省生鲜农产品冷链物流需求量进行预测;另一方面从区域经济发展水平、物流运输技术能力、冷链物流市场规模、冷链支撑条件水平、人文因素五个方面,构建一个能够反映影响河北省生鲜农产品冷链物流需求的各种因素的指标体系,在构建指标的过程中,采用灰色关联分析方法。在建立影响河北省生鲜农产品冷链物流需求的指标体系过程中,进行指标选取时,应用灰色关联分析的方法。经测算,本次生鲜农产品冷链物流需求量预测的精确度为95.7%,能够进行较为精确的预测,可以得出河北省生鲜农产品冷链物流的需求量逐年增长的结果。同时灰色关联分析表明,物流交通运输能力和人文因素对生鲜农产品冷链物流需求影响最为显著,其次是冷链物流市场规模,而区域经济发展水平和冷链支撑条件水平对河北省生鲜品冷链物流需求量的影响程度相对较弱。 展开更多

The results show that high prediction accuracy can be expected by using the proposed method. Trend forecasting is an important aspect in fault diagnosis and work state supervision. The principle, where Grey theory is applied in fault forecasting, is that the forecast system is considered as a Grey system; the existing known information is used to infer the unknown information's character, state and development trend in a fault pattern, and to make possible forecasting and decisions for future development. It involves the whitenization of a Grey process. But the traditional equal time interval Grey GM (1,1) model requires equal interval data and needs to bring about accumulating addition generation and reversion calculations. Its calculation is very complex. However, the non equal interval Grey GM (1,1) model decreases the condition of the primitive data when establishing a model, but its requirement is still higher and the data were pre processed. The abrasion primitive data of plant could not always satisfy these modeling requirements. Therefore, it establishes a division method suited for general data modeling and estimating parameters of GM (1,1), the standard error coefficient that was applied to judge accuracy height of the model was put forward; further, the function transform to forecast plant abrasion trend and assess GM (1,1) parameter was established. These two models need not pre process the primitive data. It is not only suited for equal interval data modeling, but also for non equal interval data modeling. Its calculation is simple and convenient to use. The oil spectrum analysis acted as an example. The two GM (1,1) models put forward in this paper and the new information model and its comprehensive usage were investigated. The example shows that the two models are simple and practical, and worth expanding and applying in plant fault diagnosis. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the feasibility of using grey model GM(1,1)model to predict syphilis,and to provide a theoretical basis for the health sector to develop corresponding strategies.Methods:GM(1,1)model was used to construct and simulate the incident rate and case number of syphilis in China from 2009 to 2018 to predict the change trend.Results:The GM(1,1)prediction model of syphilis incident rate was x^(1)(k+1)=929.367901 e(0.029413k)-906.297901.The GM(1,1)prediction model for the number of syphilis patients was x^(1)(k+1)=1060.278025 e(0.034280k)-1029.639925.For syphilis incidence model,the posterior difference ratio was 0.19819 and the probability of small error was 1.For the syphilis incident number model,the posterior difference ratio was 0.18450 and the probability of small error was 1.The above models have good fitting accuracy with excellent grade level and can be predicted by extrapolation and predicted that the syphilis incidence in 2019-2021 may be 36.15 per 100,000,37.23 per 100,000 and 38.34 per 100,000,respectively.From 2019 to 2021,the number of incident syphilis cases in China may be 503,406,520,962 and 539,130,respectively.Conclusion:The GM(1,1)model can well fit and predict the change trend of syphilis incidence in time series.The prediction model showed that the incidence of syphilis may continue to increase and the number of syphilis cases per year may continue to increase substantially.More effort is needed to strengthen the prevention and treatment of venereal disease,reduce venereal harm to the population and improve the early detection rate of syphilis. 展开更多

在深大基坑开挖过程中,基坑周围土体会受到扰动,势必会影响到基坑、基坑周围建筑物和构筑物的稳定与安全。为解决基坑开挖过程中变形监测周期过长而无法长期监测以及监测数据误差等问题,以某工程实例为依据,对基坑周围地表沉降变形进行... 在深大基坑开挖过程中,基坑周围土体会受到扰动,势必会影响到基坑、基坑周围建筑物和构筑物的稳定与安全。为解决基坑开挖过程中变形监测周期过长而无法长期监测以及监测数据误差等问题,以某工程实例为依据,对基坑周围地表沉降变形进行监测,以地表沉降监测数据为基础数据建立GM(1,1)预测模型,进行基坑后期沉降变形预测分析。结果表明:该模型预测结果能较好的反映基坑的沉降变形情况,预测精度能满足工程需要,预测结果相对于实际观测值表现出超前现象,可为类似工程建设提供参考。 展开更多

目的分析2012—2022年上海市闵行区脑卒中死亡变化趋势,预测2023—2027年脑卒中死亡情况。方法测算2012—2022年上海市闵行区脑卒中死亡的年度变化百分比(annual percentage change,APC),运用Joinpoint线性回归模型进行时间趋势分析。以... 目的分析2012—2022年上海市闵行区脑卒中死亡变化趋势,预测2023—2027年脑卒中死亡情况。方法测算2012—2022年上海市闵行区脑卒中死亡的年度变化百分比(annual percentage change,APC),运用Joinpoint线性回归模型进行时间趋势分析。以2012—2022年上海市闵行区脑卒中死亡率构建灰色GM(1,1)模型,运用相对误差和级比偏差评估模型拟合效果,对2023—2027年上海市闵行区脑卒中死亡率进行预测分析。结果2012—2022年上海市闵行区脑卒中全人群、男性和女性粗死亡率均呈上升趋势(全人群:APC=2.50%,P<0.001;男性:APC=3.41%,P<0.001;女性:APC=1.46%,P=0.008)。灰色GM(1,1)模型预测2023—2027年上海市闵行区脑卒中死亡率呈上升趋势,2027年全人群脑卒中粗死亡率为97.55/10万,男性为112.31/10万,女性为83.33/10万,检验评估模型拟合效果达到较高要求。结论近十年来上海市闵行区脑卒中死亡率呈明显上升趋势,5年预测结果显示死亡率呈逐年上升趋势。 展开更多
