Then in view of uniform design method, arranging the ex...In order to develop a basic electrode with low fume and good usability, a uew slag system has been designed after analyzing several basic electrode slag systems. Then in view of uniform design method, arranging the experiment points by it, the influenced laws of the uew system coating compouents on the arc stability had been searched. In the formula, niue coating compouents were taken as independent variables and they were divided into six levels in all twenty-four experiments. The arc stability was taken as function and taken down the data when welding and then put them into the computer to be processed statistically. The analysis results give the mathematical model and trend diagrams between independent variables and the function. They indicate that the effects of many coating compouents on the arc stability are in the mutual form. The mutual effects between CaCO3 and BaF2, BaF2 and BaCO3 , increases the arc stability separately. While the mutual effects between CaF2 and iron powder, the square item of iron powder itself decreases the arc stability separately.展开更多

First, the principle of genetic engineering based design process optimization and reuse is put forward and analyzed. Second, the extensible basic-element model of the design process gene is established based on the models of the design process base and the base pair through analyzing the concept and structure of the design process gene and the extensible basic-element as well as its extensibility. Third, the features of divergence and scalability of the extensible basic-element model of the design process gene are discussed for carrying out the extension translation to the design process gene by way of inserting, deleting and updating design process bases. Finally, an example of building extensible basic-element models for the design process base, base pair and design process gene in mechanical product design and the mutation process of the design process gene in airplane design is presented which demonstrates the application of the method proposed in this paper.展开更多

The key technologies are the researches concerning global design,system integration,platform positioning,global performance analysis,structural strength and fatigue analysis,environment effect assessment of South China Sea,basin test and tunnel test,and construction technology of platform. Core technology of design and construction for the 6th deep water semi-submersible rig is held. Independent detail design and construction are also accomplished. These have improved technology of key equipment for China offshore oil exploitation.展开更多
