Objective: to explore the effect of cognitive behavior intervention on training injury patients and its influence on psychological stress state. Methods: in the research project recorded in this paper, a total of 200 patients were included as subjects, all of whom were training injury patients treated by our unit. The earliest time to visit our unit was June 2019, and the latest time to visit our hospital was October 2021. After treatment, all patients received symptomatic treatment, and targeted rehabilitation intervention was carried out for them. According to the different rehabilitation intervention measures they received, they were classified into two different groups. Patients who carried out rehabilitation intervention with conventional contents were assigned to the control group (100 cases in total), and patients who carried out cognitive behavioral intervention on the basis of conventional contents were assigned to the study group (100 cases in total). EPRS (Early Psychological Evaluation Scale) was used to compare the psychological stress state of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention, and the quality of life and the satisfaction of the two groups of patients before and after the rehabilitation intervention. Results: before intervention, there was no difference in EPRS index scores between the two groups (P > 0.05), after intervention, all indexes were reduced, and the study group was lower than the control group, that is, the study group patients' psychological stress state improved more ideal, the difference between the groups was significant (P < 0.05);Compared with no difference in quality of life between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05), after the completion of intervention, all indicators of quality of life in the two groups were improved, and the inter-group comparison suggested that the improvement effect of the study group was better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of study group was higher than that of control group, and the difference between groups was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for rehabilitation intervention of patients with training injuries, the implementation of cognitive behavioral intervention can not only effectively relieve the psychological stress response of patients, but also effectively improve the quality of their future military training and life, which has high utilization value and reference value, so it can be vigorously promoted to the clinical scope。 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on plasma cortisol in patients with breast cancer PTSD before surgery. Methods: SCL-90, EPQ-N and cognitive behavior intervention were performed on 30 patients with PTSD, 30 patients without PTSD and 30 normal subjects, and their fasting blood was collected to analyze cortisol in the morning. Results: The scores of SCL-90 and EPQ-N in patients with breast cancer PTSD were significantly higher than those in non-PTSD patients and normal subjects (P < 0.01). After cognitive behavioral intervention, the plasma cortisol level of breast cancer PTSD patients was significantly decreased (P Conclusion: Compared with non-PTSD breast cancer patients and normal control group, breast cancer PTSD patients had more serious psychological problems, worse emotional stability and higher plasma cortisol level. Cognitive-behavioral intervention can effectively reduce plasma cortisol levels in breast cancer patients with PTSD. 展开更多

Objective: to explore the effect of basic nursing plus cognitive behavioral nursing intervention on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) through comparative analysis. Methods: the case samples were collected from the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in our hospital. A total of 80 cases were collected from 2021.1 to 2022.1. After the samples were included in the group, they were divided into standardized groups and given different clinical intervention schemes, which were routine group (basic nursing) and intervention group (cognitive behavioral nursing intervention). The differences of the changes of emotion and quality of life parameters among the groups were statistically analyzed. Results: to evaluate the effect of nursing work in the two groups, the evaluation value of the intervention group was 95.00%, which was obviously superior to the conventional group with the evaluation score of 77.50%;In this study, the change of emotional state of the two groups before and after nursing was taken as the evaluation index. The results showed that the two groups had different degrees of improvement before nursing, but the evaluation index of the observation group was better, P0.05. The results showed that under different treatment schemes, the treatment effect was significantly better than that of the control group (P0.05). The results showed that in different treatment schemes, the quality of life among different treatment schemes was improved to varying degrees. Under different treatment effects, the difference between different treatment schemes was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: cognitive and behavioral nursing can improve the quality of life and self-protection of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. 展开更多
