The new education concept of combination of learning with working is mainly aimed at high skilled and practical talents, and focuses on cultivating students' applied skills, improving students' practical skills, cultivating students' professional competence in railway vehicle, and promoting sustainable development. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the significance of combination of learning with working for railway vehicle personnel training, then analyzes the existing problems of railway vehicle major in China, and finally analyzes talent training strategies from two aspects, to provide reference for relevant people to exchange.展开更多
