Failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)is a preven-tative risk evaluation method used to evaluate and eliminate fail-ure modes within a system.However,the traditional FMEA method exhibits many deficiencies that pose ch...Failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)is a preven-tative risk evaluation method used to evaluate and eliminate fail-ure modes within a system.However,the traditional FMEA method exhibits many deficiencies that pose challenges in prac-tical applications.To improve the conventional FMEA,many modified FMEA models have been suggested.However,the majority of them inadequately address consensus issues and focus on achieving a complete ranking of failure modes.In this research,we propose a new FMEA approach that integrates a two-stage consensus reaching model and a density peak clus-tering algorithm for the assessment and clustering of failure modes.Firstly,we employ the interval 2-tuple linguistic vari-ables(I2TLVs)to express the uncertain risk evaluations provided by FMEA experts.Then,a two-stage consensus reaching model is adopted to enable FMEA experts to reach a consensus.Next,failure modes are categorized into several risk clusters using a density peak clustering algorithm.Finally,the proposed FMEA is illustrated by a case study of load-bearing guidance devices of subway systems.The results show that the proposed FMEA model can more easily to describe the uncertain risk information of failure modes by using the I2TLVs;the introduction of an endogenous feedback mechanism and an exogenous feedback mechanism can accelerate the process of consensus reaching;and the density peak clustering of failure modes successfully improves the practical applicability of FMEA.展开更多

Since the beginning of the 20th century, tideland reclamation as a huge project has continuously extended from inland to the sea for the socioeconomic development, like Zhejiang, Jiangsu and other coastal regions in C...Since the beginning of the 20th century, tideland reclamation as a huge project has continuously extended from inland to the sea for the socioeconomic development, like Zhejiang, Jiangsu and other coastal regions in China. The increase of land area alleviated the contradiction of supply and demand between human and land, which provided the guarantee for agricultural production and industrial development. However, marine ecological environment has been seriously damaged due to the increasing scale of tideland reclamation. This paper took the Hangzhou Bay in the Yangtze River Delta as a study area to explore the evolution law, socioeconomic effect and eco-environmental effect of reclaimed land from 1985 to 2015. The result showed that as follows:(1) The area of tideland reclamation was 460.67 km^2 with 16.57% cultivated land and 15.93% construction land, and its land use was inefficient;(2) Land use change has spatial and temporal difference, the speed of tideland reclamation had been increasing from 1985 to 2015 in time and the scale of reclaimed land in the southern(84.07%) of Hangzhou Bay was larger than the northern region(15.93%) in space;(3) The evolution law of land use was from tideland to swampland and coastal waters to agricultural facility land, to cultivated land to industrial-mining land to idle land, rural-urban construction land, and formed obviously hierarchical structure;(4) Effect analysis of land use change found that the socio-economic effect had increased but the eco-environmental effect had decreased from 1985 to 2015, it reflected socio-economic effect was acquired through sacrificing eco-environmental effect;(5) It pointed out the existing problems on land extensive inefficient, environmental degradation and economy excessive growth without scientific planning, and offered some suggestions in land comprehensive improvement project, industrial transformation and upgrading and scientific planning and legal safeguardto promote sustainable development in the Hangzhou Bay in the new period.展开更多

[Objectives]To investigate the effect of healthcare failure mode and effect analysis(HFMEA)on reducing error risk of neonatal parenteral nutrition solution dispensing.[Methods]A research team was established to identi...[Objectives]To investigate the effect of healthcare failure mode and effect analysis(HFMEA)on reducing error risk of neonatal parenteral nutrition solution dispensing.[Methods]A research team was established to identify the failure mode(FM)in each link of the formulation process of neonatal parenteral nutrition solution by HFMEA,quantify the severity(S),occurrence(O)and detection(D)of FM,and evaluate FM by risk priority number(RPN).For FM with the values of RPN>16,failure cause analysis was conducted,and corresponding improvement measures were formulated.The weight coefficient and random consistency ratio(CR)of deployment process were calculated in Matlab R2018a by compiling the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)program.Six months after the implementation of improvement measures,the implementation effect was evaluated by comparing the changes of the values of RPN which was evaluated comprehensively and the rate of dispensing errors before and after the implementation of HFMEA.[Results]In the preparation process of neonatal parenteral nutrition solution,a total of 13 FMs with medium and above risk were found,the weight coefficient of medical order review,dosing and mixing was 0.2703,the weight coefficient of drug dispensing check and review was 0.1432,the weight coefficient of print label was 0.1015,the weight coefficient of distribution was 0.0716,and CR=0.0491<0.1.After six months of intervention,the total RPN value decreased by 64.81%from 127.8 to 45.0.The deployment error rates were significantly lower after the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusions]HFMEA can effectively reduce the error risk in preparation of neonatal parenteral nutrition solution,improve the quality of dispensing and promote the safety of neonatal medication.展开更多

P <0.05, and the difference between groups was obvious.Conclusion: according to the above statement, providing personalized care for patients with gastric ulcer and digestive bleeding can improve the overall nursing effect of patients. The overall hospitalization time of patients can be reduced, reduce the burden of medical expenses caused by patients in hospitalization, and improve the quality of life, which is worth promoting for reference.展开更多
Objective: to analyze the effect of strengthening the clinical treatment in nursing ward on the mortality, pulmonary function index, quality of life, complication rate, mechanical ventilation time, and ICU treatment t...Objective: to analyze the effect of strengthening the clinical treatment in nursing ward on the mortality, pulmonary function index, quality of life, complication rate, mechanical ventilation time, and ICU treatment time in patients with severe acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Methods: sixty-two patients with severe acute respiratory distress syndrome were sampled. The admission time was from August 2019 to August 2021. The sealed envelopes were selected and divided into groups. They received clinical treatment in intensive care unit (n31, research group) and routine mechanical ventilation. Treatment (n31, control group), pulmonary function indexes, quality of life scores, total mortality, mechanical ventilation time, and ICU treatment time were compared. Results: after treatment, the FEV1/FVC (45.37±3.46), FEV1 (0.58±0.14)L, and FVC (1.19±0.35)L of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the SF-36 scale score of the control group was lower than that of the study group. The complication rate in the study group was 3.23% (1/31), which was lower than that in the control group, which was 22.58% (7/31). Conclusion: acute respiratory distress syndrome has a high mortality rate. Implementing clinical treatment in intensive care unit can not only reduce the mortality rate and complication rate of patients, but also improve patients quality of life and pulmonary function indicators, and shorten their mechanical ventilation time and ICU treatment time needs attention.展开更多

Methods: nursing risk management intervention was implemented in the hemodialysis room of our hospital in June, 2021. Before the intervention, the existing risk factors in the hemodialysis room were analyzed, and the corresponding intervention countermeasures were formulated according to the existing risk factors. 60 patients who received hemodialysis treatment in our hospital after the implementation of risk management were selected as the observation objects, and the clinical data of 60 patients who received hemodialysis treatment before intervention were randomly selected as the control group. A retrospective study was conducted, and the clinical nursing risk events and clinical nursing quality scores of the two groups were counted. Results: the incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was 6.67%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (20.00%, P < 0.05). The scores of nursing quality indexes of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in hemodialysis nursing, the risk factors in hemodialysis include infection, electrolyte disorder, hypoproteinemia, etc. These diseases can lead to complications in patients, and the severe cases are life-threatening, so it is necessary to make early diagnosis and treatment. Through the analysis of various risk factors,it ensures the safety of patients' blood purification process.展开更多

Methods: 80 patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo were selected from January 2020 to December 2020. The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. Besstatin mesylate and flunarizine hydrochloride capsule were used in the treatment. The observation group was treated with drugs on the basis of passive reduction. Results: the total effective cure rate of the observation group was 92.5%, the incidence of adverse events was 2.5%, and the recurrence rate after treatment was 17.5%. The total effective treatment rate of the control group was 75%, the incidence of adverse events was 10%, and the recurrence rate was 47.5%. Conclusion: in the treatment of patients with benign paroxytic positional vertigo, passive reduction combined with drugs can improve the treatment effect, reduce the occurrence of side effects, and it is not easy to relapse after treatment.展开更多

Methods: the experiment selected the patients of hepatobiliary surgery as the object of this investigation. In terms of time period, we retrieved 120 patients who received corresponding treatment in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020. They were divided into two groups by random number method. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures, while patients in the observation group were given failure mode and effect analysis combined with PDCA cycle management to compare the nursing results. Results: from the point of view of nursing quality, the incidence of nursing errors in the observation group was 1.7% and that in the control group was 6.7%, which was statistically significant (P < 0.05). At the same time, the satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was 98.3%, which was better than that of the control group (90.0%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Finally, the incidence of complications was 8.3% (5/60) in the observation group and 18.3% (11/60) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of failure mode and effect analysis combined with PDCA circulation management mode has good effect on rehabilitation nursing of patients with hepatobiliary surgery diseases, can improve the overall quality of nursing work, and has promotional value.展开更多
Recognizing target intent is crucial for making decisions on the battlefield.However,the imperfect and ambiguous character of battlefield situations challenges the validity and causation analysis of classical intent r...Recognizing target intent is crucial for making decisions on the battlefield.However,the imperfect and ambiguous character of battlefield situations challenges the validity and causation analysis of classical intent recognition techniques.Facing with the challenge,a target intention causal analysis paradigm is proposed by combining with an Intervention Retrieval(IR)model and a Hybrid Intention Recognition(HIR)model.The target data acquired by the sensors are modelled as Basic Probability Assignments(BPAs)based on evidence theory to create uncertain datasets.Then,the HIR model is utilized to recognize intent for a tested sample from uncertain datasets.Finally,the intervention operator under the evidence structure is utilized to perform attribute intervention on the tested sample.Data retrieval is performed in the sample database based on the IR model to generate the intention distribution of the pseudo-intervention samples to analyze the causal effects of individual sample attributes.The simulation results demonstrate that our framework successfully identifies the target intention under the evidence structure and goes further to analyze the causal impact of sample attributes on the target intention.展开更多

BACKGROUND Utilizing failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)in operating room nursing provides valuable insights for the care of patients undergoing radical gastric cancer surgery.AIM To evaluate the impact of FMEA on...BACKGROUND Utilizing failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)in operating room nursing provides valuable insights for the care of patients undergoing radical gastric cancer surgery.AIM To evaluate the impact of FMEA on the risk of adverse events and nursing-care quality in patients undergoing radical surgery.METHODS Among 230 patients receiving radical cancer surgery between May 2019 and May 2024,115 were assigned to a control group that received standard intraoperative thermoregulation,while the observation group benefited from FMEA-modeled operating room care.Clinical indicators,stress responses,postoperative gastroin-testinal function recovery,nursing quality,and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.RESULTS Significant differences were observed in bed and hospital stay durations between the groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss or postoperative body temperature(P>0.05).Stress scores improved in both groups post-nursing(P<0.05),with the observation group showing lower stress scores than the control group(P<0.05).Gastrointestinal function recovery and nursing quality scores also differed significantly(P<0.05).Additionally,the incidence of adverse events such as stress injuries and surgical infections varied notably between the groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Incorporating FMEA into operating room nursing significantly enhances patient care by improving safety,expediting recovery,and reducing healthcare-associated risks.展开更多

Therefore, traffic control policies have been gradually adopted by Beijing municipal government since 2008, so as to ease traffic and environmental problems. In this paper, the background and current situation of Beijing to implement traffic control policies are introduced, and also this measure is analyzed and evaluated from traffic effect, environmental effect, motor vehicle development, urban road development, public transport development, and balance between supply and demand, etc. Finally, related conclusions are drawn up as follows: an induced traffic volume will be generated by traffic control policies, and the effect of the traffic control will be erased by the natural growth rate of motor vehicles in three years; public traffic service should be improved for better making traffic control policies; the traffic congestion and environmental problems are alleviated by traffic control policies in the short term, but can't be fundamentally solved in the long run; traffic control policies should cooperate with other traffic demand management policies for reducing demands, and traffic condition should be optimized in both time and space, so that the traffic congestion and environmental problems will be fundamentally solved.展开更多

BACKGROUND Craniocerebral injuries encompass brain injuries,skull fractures,cranial soft tissue injuries,and similar injuries.Recently,the incidence of craniocerebral injuries has increased dramatically due to the inc...BACKGROUND Craniocerebral injuries encompass brain injuries,skull fractures,cranial soft tissue injuries,and similar injuries.Recently,the incidence of craniocerebral injuries has increased dramatically due to the increased numbers of traffic accidents and aerial work injuries,threatening the physical and mental health of patients.AIM To investigate the impact of failure modes and effects analysis(FMEA)-based emergency management on craniocerebral injury treatment effectiveness.METHODS Eighty-four patients with craniocerebral injuries,treated at our hospital from November 2019 to March 2021,were selected and assigned,using the random number table method,to study(n=42)and control(n=42)groups.Patients in the control group received conventional management while those in the study group received FMEA theory-based emergency management,based on the control group.Pre-and post-interventions,details regarding the emergency situation;levels of inflammatory stress indicators[Interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),and procalcitonin(PCT)];incidence of complications;prognoses;and satisfaction regarding patient care were evaluated for both groups.RESULTS For the study group,the assessed parameters[pre-hospital emergency response time(9.13±2.37 min),time to receive a consultation(2.39±0.44 min),time needed to report imaging findings(1.15±4.44 min),and test reporting time(32.19±6.23 min)]were shorter than those for the control group(12.78±4.06 min,3.58±0.71 min,33.49±5.51 min,50.41±11.45 min,respectively;P<0.05).Pre-intervention serum levels of IL-6(78.71±27.59 pg/mL),CRP(19.80±6.77 mg/L),and PCT(3.66±1.82 ng/mL)in the study group patients were not significantly different from those in the control group patients(81.31±32.11 pg/mL,21.29±8.02 mg/L,and 3.95±2.11 ng/mL respectively;P>0.05);post-intervention serum indicator levels were lower in both groups than pre-intervention levels.Further,serum levels of IL-6(17.35±5.33 pg/mL),CRP(2.27±0.56 mg/L),and PCT(0.22±0.07 ng/mL)were lower in the study group than in the control group(30.15±12.38 pg/mL,3.13±0.77 mg/L,0.38±0.12 ng/mL,respectively;P<0.05).The complication rate observed in the study group(9.52%)was lower than that in the control group(26.19%,P<0.05).The prognoses for the study group patients were better than those for the control patients(P<0.05).Patient care satisfaction was higher in the study group(95.24%)than in the control group(78.57%,P<0.05).CONCLUSION FMEA-based craniocerebral injury management effectively shortens the time spent on emergency care,reduces inflammatory stress and complication risk levels,and helps improve patient prognoses,while achieving high patient care satisfaction levels.展开更多
Reliability allocation of computerized numerical controlled(CNC)lathes is very important in industry.Traditional allocation methods only focus on high-failure rate components rather than moderate failure rate compon...Reliability allocation of computerized numerical controlled(CNC)lathes is very important in industry.Traditional allocation methods only focus on high-failure rate components rather than moderate failure rate components,which is not applicable in some conditions.Aiming at solving the problem of CNC lathes reliability allocating,a comprehensive reliability allocation method based on cubic transformed functions of failure modes and effects analysis(FMEA)is presented.Firstly,conventional reliability allocation methods are introduced.Then the limitations of direct combination of comprehensive allocation method with the exponential transformed FMEA method are investigated.Subsequently,a cubic transformed function is established in order to overcome these limitations.Properties of the new transformed functions are discussed by considering the failure severity and the failure occurrence.Designers can choose appropriate transform amplitudes according to their requirements.Finally,a CNC lathe and a spindle system are used as an example to verify the new allocation method.Seven criteria are considered to compare the results of the new method with traditional methods.The allocation results indicate that the new method is more flexible than traditional methods.By employing the new cubic transformed function,the method covers a wider range of problems in CNC reliability allocation without losing the advantages of traditional methods.展开更多

To achieve this goal, the failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is a convenient method;moreover it was used to prevent the occurrence of adverse events and look at what could go strong at each step. This study aimed to utilize FMEA in central blood bank in Khartoum to evaluate the potential risk and adverse event that may occur during the donation process. According to the severity, occurrence and the detection of each failure mode, the risk priority number (RPN) was calculated to determine which of the failures should take priority to find a solution and applying corrective action to reduce the failure risk. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) version 11 was used as descriptive and analytical statistics tool. The FMEA technique provides a systematic method for finding vulnerabilities in a process before they result in an error, and in this study a satisfactory outcome was reached.展开更多

In this study, the shielding effectiveness of a two-coil MR-WPT system for different material shields is analyzed in theory using Moser's formula and Schelkunoff's formula. On this basis a candidate magnetic-shielding scheme with a double-layer structure is determined, which has better shielding effectiveness and coils coupling coefficient. Finally, some finite element simulation results validate the correctness of the theoretical analysis, and the shielding effectiveness with the double-layer shield in maximum is 30?dB larger than the one with the single-layer case.展开更多

文摘Failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)is a preven-tative risk evaluation method used to evaluate and eliminate fail-ure modes within a system.However,the traditional FMEA method exhibits many deficiencies that pose challenges in prac-tical applications.To improve the conventional FMEA,many modified FMEA models have been suggested.However,the majority of them inadequately address consensus issues and focus on achieving a complete ranking of failure modes.In this research,we propose a new FMEA approach that integrates a two-stage consensus reaching model and a density peak clus-tering algorithm for the assessment and clustering of failure modes.Firstly,we employ the interval 2-tuple linguistic vari-ables(I2TLVs)to express the uncertain risk evaluations provided by FMEA experts.Then,a two-stage consensus reaching model is adopted to enable FMEA experts to reach a consensus.Next,failure modes are categorized into several risk clusters using a density peak clustering algorithm.Finally,the proposed FMEA is illustrated by a case study of load-bearing guidance devices of subway systems.The results show that the proposed FMEA model can more easily to describe the uncertain risk information of failure modes by using the I2TLVs;the introduction of an endogenous feedback mechanism and an exogenous feedback mechanism can accelerate the process of consensus reaching;and the density peak clustering of failure modes successfully improves the practical applicability of FMEA.
文摘Plant height is one of the important agronomic traits of rice. Over higher plant would easily result in plant lodging and output reducing. On the other hand, the dwarf varieties with proper plant height had higher lodging resistance and a greater harvest index, allowing for the increased use of nitrogen fertilizer. Dwarf breeding had made a great breakthrough in the rice breeding. The breeding and extension of excellent dwarf varieties remarkably improved the yield potential of rice. Therefore, the plant height is still one of the focuses in rice genetic research.

文摘Since the beginning of the 20th century, tideland reclamation as a huge project has continuously extended from inland to the sea for the socioeconomic development, like Zhejiang, Jiangsu and other coastal regions in China. The increase of land area alleviated the contradiction of supply and demand between human and land, which provided the guarantee for agricultural production and industrial development. However, marine ecological environment has been seriously damaged due to the increasing scale of tideland reclamation. This paper took the Hangzhou Bay in the Yangtze River Delta as a study area to explore the evolution law, socioeconomic effect and eco-environmental effect of reclaimed land from 1985 to 2015. The result showed that as follows:(1) The area of tideland reclamation was 460.67 km^2 with 16.57% cultivated land and 15.93% construction land, and its land use was inefficient;(2) Land use change has spatial and temporal difference, the speed of tideland reclamation had been increasing from 1985 to 2015 in time and the scale of reclaimed land in the southern(84.07%) of Hangzhou Bay was larger than the northern region(15.93%) in space;(3) The evolution law of land use was from tideland to swampland and coastal waters to agricultural facility land, to cultivated land to industrial-mining land to idle land, rural-urban construction land, and formed obviously hierarchical structure;(4) Effect analysis of land use change found that the socio-economic effect had increased but the eco-environmental effect had decreased from 1985 to 2015, it reflected socio-economic effect was acquired through sacrificing eco-environmental effect;(5) It pointed out the existing problems on land extensive inefficient, environmental degradation and economy excessive growth without scientific planning, and offered some suggestions in land comprehensive improvement project, industrial transformation and upgrading and scientific planning and legal safeguardto promote sustainable development in the Hangzhou Bay in the new period.

文摘It is not objective to rate the decision-making factors in the traditional failure mode and effect analysis,so fuzzy semantic theory is used in this paper.Six fuzzy semantic scales and their corresponding semantics are summarized,and a defuzzification method is studied to obtain the fuzzy value table of the six fuzzy semantic scales.For the conflicts between experts in the traditional failure mode and effects analysis,a conflict-resolution algorithm is studied to obtain the failure risk order.Finally,a certain type of industrial valve is used as an example to prove the validity of the theory proposed in this paper.

文摘[Objectives]To investigate the effect of healthcare failure mode and effect analysis(HFMEA)on reducing error risk of neonatal parenteral nutrition solution dispensing.[Methods]A research team was established to identify the failure mode(FM)in each link of the formulation process of neonatal parenteral nutrition solution by HFMEA,quantify the severity(S),occurrence(O)and detection(D)of FM,and evaluate FM by risk priority number(RPN).For FM with the values of RPN>16,failure cause analysis was conducted,and corresponding improvement measures were formulated.The weight coefficient and random consistency ratio(CR)of deployment process were calculated in Matlab R2018a by compiling the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)program.Six months after the implementation of improvement measures,the implementation effect was evaluated by comparing the changes of the values of RPN which was evaluated comprehensively and the rate of dispensing errors before and after the implementation of HFMEA.[Results]In the preparation process of neonatal parenteral nutrition solution,a total of 13 FMs with medium and above risk were found,the weight coefficient of medical order review,dosing and mixing was 0.2703,the weight coefficient of drug dispensing check and review was 0.1432,the weight coefficient of print label was 0.1015,the weight coefficient of distribution was 0.0716,and CR=0.0491<0.1.After six months of intervention,the total RPN value decreased by 64.81%from 127.8 to 45.0.The deployment error rates were significantly lower after the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusions]HFMEA can effectively reduce the error risk in preparation of neonatal parenteral nutrition solution,improve the quality of dispensing and promote the safety of neonatal medication.
文摘Objective: this paper mainly discusses the effect of personalized care for patients with gastric ulcer and digestive bleeding.Methods: the main members of this study were 100 patients with gastric ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted from June 2020 to June 2021.The 100 patients were grouped by random balance, group A and B, 50 patients in group A and group B patients in group B, observing the care satisfaction, hemostasis duration, overall length of stay and quality of life.Results: after the different patients in the two groups used nursing methods, the nursing satisfaction of group B was better than that of group A, the hemostasis time was shorter, and the quality of life was improved. P <0.05, and the difference between groups was obvious.Conclusion: according to the above statement, providing personalized care for patients with gastric ulcer and digestive bleeding can improve the overall nursing effect of patients. The overall hospitalization time of patients can be reduced, reduce the burden of medical expenses caused by patients in hospitalization, and improve the quality of life, which is worth promoting for reference.
文摘Objective: to analyze the effect of strengthening the clinical treatment in nursing ward on the mortality, pulmonary function index, quality of life, complication rate, mechanical ventilation time, and ICU treatment time in patients with severe acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Methods: sixty-two patients with severe acute respiratory distress syndrome were sampled. The admission time was from August 2019 to August 2021. The sealed envelopes were selected and divided into groups. They received clinical treatment in intensive care unit (n31, research group) and routine mechanical ventilation. Treatment (n31, control group), pulmonary function indexes, quality of life scores, total mortality, mechanical ventilation time, and ICU treatment time were compared. Results: after treatment, the FEV1/FVC (45.37±3.46), FEV1 (0.58±0.14)L, and FVC (1.19±0.35)L of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the SF-36 scale score of the control group was lower than that of the study group. The complication rate in the study group was 3.23% (1/31), which was lower than that in the control group, which was 22.58% (7/31). Conclusion: acute respiratory distress syndrome has a high mortality rate. Implementing clinical treatment in intensive care unit can not only reduce the mortality rate and complication rate of patients, but also improve patients quality of life and pulmonary function indicators, and shorten their mechanical ventilation time and ICU treatment time needs attention.
文摘Objective: to analyze the application effect of risk management in hemodialysis nursing management. Methods: nursing risk management intervention was implemented in the hemodialysis room of our hospital in June, 2021. Before the intervention, the existing risk factors in the hemodialysis room were analyzed, and the corresponding intervention countermeasures were formulated according to the existing risk factors. 60 patients who received hemodialysis treatment in our hospital after the implementation of risk management were selected as the observation objects, and the clinical data of 60 patients who received hemodialysis treatment before intervention were randomly selected as the control group. A retrospective study was conducted, and the clinical nursing risk events and clinical nursing quality scores of the two groups were counted. Results: the incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was 6.67%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (20.00%, P < 0.05). The scores of nursing quality indexes of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in hemodialysis nursing, the risk factors in hemodialysis include infection, electrolyte disorder, hypoproteinemia, etc. These diseases can lead to complications in patients, and the severe cases are life-threatening, so it is necessary to make early diagnosis and treatment. Through the analysis of various risk factors,it ensures the safety of patients' blood purification process.
文摘Objective: to study the efficacy of passive reduction combined with drugs in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Methods: 80 patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo were selected from January 2020 to December 2020. The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. Besstatin mesylate and flunarizine hydrochloride capsule were used in the treatment. The observation group was treated with drugs on the basis of passive reduction. Results: the total effective cure rate of the observation group was 92.5%, the incidence of adverse events was 2.5%, and the recurrence rate after treatment was 17.5%. The total effective treatment rate of the control group was 75%, the incidence of adverse events was 10%, and the recurrence rate was 47.5%. Conclusion: in the treatment of patients with benign paroxytic positional vertigo, passive reduction combined with drugs can improve the treatment effect, reduce the occurrence of side effects, and it is not easy to relapse after treatment.
文摘Objective: the experiment will apply failure mode and effect analysis combined with PDCA cycle management to hepatobiliary surgery patients to jointly improve the nursing results of patients. Methods: the experiment selected the patients of hepatobiliary surgery as the object of this investigation. In terms of time period, we retrieved 120 patients who received corresponding treatment in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020. They were divided into two groups by random number method. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures, while patients in the observation group were given failure mode and effect analysis combined with PDCA cycle management to compare the nursing results. Results: from the point of view of nursing quality, the incidence of nursing errors in the observation group was 1.7% and that in the control group was 6.7%, which was statistically significant (P < 0.05). At the same time, the satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was 98.3%, which was better than that of the control group (90.0%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Finally, the incidence of complications was 8.3% (5/60) in the observation group and 18.3% (11/60) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of failure mode and effect analysis combined with PDCA circulation management mode has good effect on rehabilitation nursing of patients with hepatobiliary surgery diseases, can improve the overall quality of nursing work, and has promotional value.

文摘Recognizing target intent is crucial for making decisions on the battlefield.However,the imperfect and ambiguous character of battlefield situations challenges the validity and causation analysis of classical intent recognition techniques.Facing with the challenge,a target intention causal analysis paradigm is proposed by combining with an Intervention Retrieval(IR)model and a Hybrid Intention Recognition(HIR)model.The target data acquired by the sensors are modelled as Basic Probability Assignments(BPAs)based on evidence theory to create uncertain datasets.Then,the HIR model is utilized to recognize intent for a tested sample from uncertain datasets.Finally,the intervention operator under the evidence structure is utilized to perform attribute intervention on the tested sample.Data retrieval is performed in the sample database based on the IR model to generate the intention distribution of the pseudo-intervention samples to analyze the causal effects of individual sample attributes.The simulation results demonstrate that our framework successfully identifies the target intention under the evidence structure and goes further to analyze the causal impact of sample attributes on the target intention.
文摘Objective:To explore the effectiveness of humanistic care in pre-hospital emergency care.Methods:From April 2020 to January 2021,80 pre-hospital emergency patients were studied.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:a control group(n=40),which received conventional care,and an experimental group(n=40),which received humanistic care.The effects of nursing care and psychological state were compared between the two groups.Results:The experimental group showed better nursing outcomes and a more positive psychological state compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic care in pre-hospital emergency settings is more effective in reducing patients’anxiety and depression,enhancing the operational abilities and service attitudes of nursing staff,and increasing the emergency success rate.
文摘BACKGROUND Utilizing failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)in operating room nursing provides valuable insights for the care of patients undergoing radical gastric cancer surgery.AIM To evaluate the impact of FMEA on the risk of adverse events and nursing-care quality in patients undergoing radical surgery.METHODS Among 230 patients receiving radical cancer surgery between May 2019 and May 2024,115 were assigned to a control group that received standard intraoperative thermoregulation,while the observation group benefited from FMEA-modeled operating room care.Clinical indicators,stress responses,postoperative gastroin-testinal function recovery,nursing quality,and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.RESULTS Significant differences were observed in bed and hospital stay durations between the groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss or postoperative body temperature(P>0.05).Stress scores improved in both groups post-nursing(P<0.05),with the observation group showing lower stress scores than the control group(P<0.05).Gastrointestinal function recovery and nursing quality scores also differed significantly(P<0.05).Additionally,the incidence of adverse events such as stress injuries and surgical infections varied notably between the groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Incorporating FMEA into operating room nursing significantly enhances patient care by improving safety,expediting recovery,and reducing healthcare-associated risks.

文摘The controllable key factors in magnetorheological finishing device were studied to determine their influence on efficiency of magnetorheological finishing(MRF)and surface of MRF,as well as interaction between efficiency and surface.Based on theoretical and experimental research,the law of material removal was explored and a new process variable based material removal model(PVMR)was proposed.The experimental findings demonstrate that PVMR reveals the law of the material removal with introduction of three concepts and makes a material removal function z(y i)where the magnetorheological finishing process parameters are considered since they are easy to control and adjust.So the material function of this model is quadratic curve function which is readily suitable for stability and online control magnetorheological finishing.

文摘With the rapid development of economy and motorization, the traffic congestion and environmental problems have become more and more serious day by day in Beijing. Therefore, traffic control policies have been gradually adopted by Beijing municipal government since 2008, so as to ease traffic and environmental problems. In this paper, the background and current situation of Beijing to implement traffic control policies are introduced, and also this measure is analyzed and evaluated from traffic effect, environmental effect, motor vehicle development, urban road development, public transport development, and balance between supply and demand, etc. Finally, related conclusions are drawn up as follows: an induced traffic volume will be generated by traffic control policies, and the effect of the traffic control will be erased by the natural growth rate of motor vehicles in three years; public traffic service should be improved for better making traffic control policies; the traffic congestion and environmental problems are alleviated by traffic control policies in the short term, but can't be fundamentally solved in the long run; traffic control policies should cooperate with other traffic demand management policies for reducing demands, and traffic condition should be optimized in both time and space, so that the traffic congestion and environmental problems will be fundamentally solved.

文摘BACKGROUND Craniocerebral injuries encompass brain injuries,skull fractures,cranial soft tissue injuries,and similar injuries.Recently,the incidence of craniocerebral injuries has increased dramatically due to the increased numbers of traffic accidents and aerial work injuries,threatening the physical and mental health of patients.AIM To investigate the impact of failure modes and effects analysis(FMEA)-based emergency management on craniocerebral injury treatment effectiveness.METHODS Eighty-four patients with craniocerebral injuries,treated at our hospital from November 2019 to March 2021,were selected and assigned,using the random number table method,to study(n=42)and control(n=42)groups.Patients in the control group received conventional management while those in the study group received FMEA theory-based emergency management,based on the control group.Pre-and post-interventions,details regarding the emergency situation;levels of inflammatory stress indicators[Interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),and procalcitonin(PCT)];incidence of complications;prognoses;and satisfaction regarding patient care were evaluated for both groups.RESULTS For the study group,the assessed parameters[pre-hospital emergency response time(9.13±2.37 min),time to receive a consultation(2.39±0.44 min),time needed to report imaging findings(1.15±4.44 min),and test reporting time(32.19±6.23 min)]were shorter than those for the control group(12.78±4.06 min,3.58±0.71 min,33.49±5.51 min,50.41±11.45 min,respectively;P<0.05).Pre-intervention serum levels of IL-6(78.71±27.59 pg/mL),CRP(19.80±6.77 mg/L),and PCT(3.66±1.82 ng/mL)in the study group patients were not significantly different from those in the control group patients(81.31±32.11 pg/mL,21.29±8.02 mg/L,and 3.95±2.11 ng/mL respectively;P>0.05);post-intervention serum indicator levels were lower in both groups than pre-intervention levels.Further,serum levels of IL-6(17.35±5.33 pg/mL),CRP(2.27±0.56 mg/L),and PCT(0.22±0.07 ng/mL)were lower in the study group than in the control group(30.15±12.38 pg/mL,3.13±0.77 mg/L,0.38±0.12 ng/mL,respectively;P<0.05).The complication rate observed in the study group(9.52%)was lower than that in the control group(26.19%,P<0.05).The prognoses for the study group patients were better than those for the control patients(P<0.05).Patient care satisfaction was higher in the study group(95.24%)than in the control group(78.57%,P<0.05).CONCLUSION FMEA-based craniocerebral injury management effectively shortens the time spent on emergency care,reduces inflammatory stress and complication risk levels,and helps improve patient prognoses,while achieving high patient care satisfaction levels.

文摘Reliability allocation of computerized numerical controlled(CNC)lathes is very important in industry.Traditional allocation methods only focus on high-failure rate components rather than moderate failure rate components,which is not applicable in some conditions.Aiming at solving the problem of CNC lathes reliability allocating,a comprehensive reliability allocation method based on cubic transformed functions of failure modes and effects analysis(FMEA)is presented.Firstly,conventional reliability allocation methods are introduced.Then the limitations of direct combination of comprehensive allocation method with the exponential transformed FMEA method are investigated.Subsequently,a cubic transformed function is established in order to overcome these limitations.Properties of the new transformed functions are discussed by considering the failure severity and the failure occurrence.Designers can choose appropriate transform amplitudes according to their requirements.Finally,a CNC lathe and a spindle system are used as an example to verify the new allocation method.Seven criteria are considered to compare the results of the new method with traditional methods.The allocation results indicate that the new method is more flexible than traditional methods.By employing the new cubic transformed function,the method covers a wider range of problems in CNC reliability allocation without losing the advantages of traditional methods.
文摘The recognition and management of risk in donation process and blood product is critical to ensure donor and patient safety. To achieve this goal, the failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is a convenient method;moreover it was used to prevent the occurrence of adverse events and look at what could go strong at each step. This study aimed to utilize FMEA in central blood bank in Khartoum to evaluate the potential risk and adverse event that may occur during the donation process. According to the severity, occurrence and the detection of each failure mode, the risk priority number (RPN) was calculated to determine which of the failures should take priority to find a solution and applying corrective action to reduce the failure risk. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) version 11 was used as descriptive and analytical statistics tool. The FMEA technique provides a systematic method for finding vulnerabilities in a process before they result in an error, and in this study a satisfactory outcome was reached.

文摘Magnetic radiation phenomena appear inevitably in the magnetic-resonance wireless power transfer (MR-WPT) system, and regarding this problem the magnetic-shielding scheme is applied to improve the electromagnetic performance in engineering. In this study, the shielding effectiveness of a two-coil MR-WPT system for different material shields is analyzed in theory using Moser's formula and Schelkunoff's formula. On this basis a candidate magnetic-shielding scheme with a double-layer structure is determined, which has better shielding effectiveness and coils coupling coefficient. Finally, some finite element simulation results validate the correctness of the theoretical analysis, and the shielding effectiveness with the double-layer shield in maximum is 30?dB larger than the one with the single-layer case.
