An accurate detection of the effective values of electric voltage and current from high frequency power generators is a precondition for the development of smart electrotomes. In this light, an energy detection system based on personal computer (PC) is developed hereby. It senses voltage and current in isolation from generators with transformers, and then the measured values are amplified, filtered, transformed into single-ended signals and converted to RMS. The detected signals are transformed into digital signals through Data Acquisition Card (DAQ) and the data are processed with quadratic fit in Labview. Finally, the controller completes constant power output. The experiment results indicate that the energy detection system can measure the output parameters precisely and the controller can achieve constant power control. 展开更多

为了研究国Ⅵ标准下不同类型混合动力汽车在实际道路中的排放特性,作用采用便携式排放测试系统(PEMS)对3辆轻型混合动力汽车和1辆汽油车进行了实际道路行驶排放测试(RDE)。结果发现:混合动力汽车(增强式混合动力汽车REEV、插电式混合动... 为了研究国Ⅵ标准下不同类型混合动力汽车在实际道路中的排放特性,作用采用便携式排放测试系统(PEMS)对3辆轻型混合动力汽车和1辆汽油车进行了实际道路行驶排放测试(RDE)。结果发现:混合动力汽车(增强式混合动力汽车REEV、插电式混合动力汽车PHEV、油电混合动力汽车HEV)在各类道路上的CO_(2)排放均低于轻型汽油车(LDGV)。其中,相较于混合动力汽车,LDGV的CO_(2)排放因子高出1.01~2.09倍。此外,测试还揭示了汽车CO_(2)排放速率与车速、加速度间存在显著的多项式关系。尤为值得注意的是,在多数工况下,REEV和PHEV的CO和NO_(x)排放量均低于LDGV和HEV,特别是在电力驱动模式下,它们几乎不产生NO_(x)排放,充分展现了其在减少排放方面的显著优势。研究结果对于推动绿色出行、优化交通管理策略具有重要意义。 展开更多

针对阵列静电传感器在航空发动机滑油磨粒在线监测中存在灵敏度不高、敏感场分布不均匀等问题,通过理论与仿真相结合的方式,综合优化传感器结构单元,以提高传感器的灵敏特性。设计了一种新型双平面32极板阵列静电传感器,基于点电荷思想... 针对阵列静电传感器在航空发动机滑油磨粒在线监测中存在灵敏度不高、敏感场分布不均匀等问题,通过理论与仿真相结合的方式,综合优化传感器结构单元,以提高传感器的灵敏特性。设计了一种新型双平面32极板阵列静电传感器,基于点电荷思想建立了该传感器的理论模型;探究了极板厚度、覆盖角、长度和双平面间距对传感器灵敏特性的影响。在此基础上,优化传感器构型并制备相应的实验样品,搭建实验测试平台开展实验。结果表明:双平面间距L和极板长度H是提高传感器灵敏特性的关键,优化后的传感器灵敏度增加75.80%,均匀性提高了56.05%。实验结果与有限元仿真变化趋势一致,当L由1 cm增至2 cm、H由2 cm增至4 cm时,有效电压幅值增大176.08%。 展开更多

针对当前小麦播种机智能化程度低、播种作业时种子漏播肥料堵塞导致缺苗断垄现象产生的问题,设计了一款基于北斗测速的电驱式小麦播种机监控系统。通过电容检测可以实时监测小麦种子漏播情况,通过光电检测可以实时监控排肥管内肥料堵塞... 针对当前小麦播种机智能化程度低、播种作业时种子漏播肥料堵塞导致缺苗断垄现象产生的问题,设计了一款基于北斗测速的电驱式小麦播种机监控系统。通过电容检测可以实时监测小麦种子漏播情况,通过光电检测可以实时监控排肥管内肥料堵塞情况;北斗卫星实时定位并计算出播种机的前进速度,控制器根据播种机前进速度实时调节播种施肥电机转速,实现种子漏播、肥料堵塞报警和精量播种施肥的目的。在田间试验中,装载监控系统的播种机各项性能表现良好,漏播检测准确率91%以上,肥料堵塞检测准确率95%以上,播种合格率平均值大于94.6%,漏播指数小于2.8%,重播指数小于3%,均匀度变异系数小于3.5%,能够满足小麦精量播种的要求。 展开更多

在制造量子电压芯片时,使用二氧化硅薄膜作为层间介质层(IDL)可以实现约瑟夫森结的电气连接。通常二氧化硅是保形沉积的,后续的铌线层容易在直角台阶附近形成晶界裂纹。考虑到光刻和芯片高低温循环可靠性,需要对IDL进行平坦化处理。相... 在制造量子电压芯片时,使用二氧化硅薄膜作为层间介质层(IDL)可以实现约瑟夫森结的电气连接。通常二氧化硅是保形沉积的,后续的铌线层容易在直角台阶附近形成晶界裂纹。考虑到光刻和芯片高低温循环可靠性,需要对IDL进行平坦化处理。相对其他平坦化方案,牺牲层回刻的方法工艺步骤简单,适用于小批量的研究工作。具体步骤为:在IDL上旋涂覆盖厚光刻胶层填充图形中的沟壑并形成平坦的界面;然后采用反应离子束刻蚀等速去除光刻胶和SiO_(2),整体上完全刻蚀到SiO_(2)层后即可得到平坦的介质层表面,消除绝缘层台阶。其中光刻胶和SiO_(2)的等速刻蚀通过调节氧气流量与射频功率来实现。在回刻过程中使用终点探测系统实时监控平坦化状态,根据反射光强变化曲线来判断刻蚀深度,并决定何时停止这一过程。采用以上方法成功在结区上方形成厚度适宜、表面平坦的介质层。将牺牲层回刻法应用于芯片的制备,得到了没有裂纹的铌线层。芯片具有良好的直流特性曲线,有效提升了芯片的高低温循环可靠性。 展开更多
