This research attempts to devise a multistage and multiproduct short-term integrative production plan that can dynamically change based on the order priority and virtual occupancy for application in steel plants. Considering factors such as the delivery time, varietal compatibility between different products, production capacity of variety per hour, minimum or maximum batch size, and transfer time, we propose an available production capacity network with varietal compatibility and virtual occupancy for enhancing production plan implementation and quick adjustment in the case of dynamic production changes. Here available means the remaining production capacity after virtual occupancy.To quickly build an available production capacity network and increase the speed of algorithm solving, constraint selection and cutting methods with order priority were used for model solving. Finally, the genetic algorithm improved with local search was used to optimize the proposed production plan and significantly reduce the order delay rate. The validity of the proposed model and algorithm was numerically verified by simulating actual production practices. The simulation results demonstrate that the model and improved algorithm result in an effective production plan. 展开更多

To minimize this risk, IPM tools can be applied to reduce the use of chemicals. A cost-effective application of IPM depends on the number of insects at the time of application. Several conditions and factors influence the lifecycle and numbers of generations within a year. In order to perform ex-ante evaluations of the cost-effectiveness of IPM measures against pest insects, the generic PREMISE insect model has been developed, which integrates insect's population dynamics, the climate and other conditions, applied measures, economics, environment and human health (residues). This paper describes these components of the PREMISE insect model, and how these components interact to assess the cost-effectiveness of IPM measures and the effects on the environment and human health. The integrated simulation and optimization technology of reservoir-wellbore-pipe network is developed to reflect the mutual influence and restriction among reservoir engineering,oil production engineering and surface engineering,and to obtain the scheme with minimum conflict and optimal benefit in each step.This technology is based on the concept of global optimization to maximize production and profit,reduce costs and increase benefit.This paper elaborates the current situation of integrated simulation technology of reservoir-wellbore-pipe network both at home and abroad,discusses its correlation with the primary business of Sinopec and its development from three aspects of modeling,cloud platform and intellectualization.Suggestions on its future development are put forward from underlying data,software platform,popularization and application,and cross-border integration to provide means and guidance for the construction of intelligent oil and gas fields.The results show that the integrated simulation of reservoir-wellbore-pipe network can better reflect the optimization requirements of each step,avoid the ineffective operation of field equipment,and effectively improve the efficiency of research and management.Coupling solution,global optimization method and pressure fitting,which can make the simulation results reflect the real situation,are the key technologies for the network.The theoretical technology and main function research of integrated simulation technology have been mature,but the large-scale application and local function improvement of oil and gas fields are yet to be promoted.In the future,the integrated simulation of reservoir-wellbore-pipe network will develop from digitalization to modeling and intellectualization,from local simulation to cloud computing,and from manual intervention to intelligent decision-making.We suggest speeding up the construction of the unified database and model base of the whole underlying platform,strengthening the construction of software integration and integration platform with independent intellectual property rights,speeding up the popularization and application of intelligent oil and gas field demonstration projects,and strengthening the integration of oil and gas industry with artificial intelligence(AI),big data and block chain for its development. 展开更多

A new method to evaluate integrated production system capacity in oil fields

To improve the design and management of an integrated production system(IPS),a set of mathematical models and workflows are developed for evaluating the capacity of an IPS at steady-state conditions.Combining the conservation laws with applicable multiphase fluid and choke models,these mathematical models are solved to characterize the hydraulics of an integrated system of reservoir,wells,chokes,flowlines,and separator at steady state.The controllable variables such as well count,choke size and separator pressure are adjusted to optimize the performance of the IPs at a specific time.It is found that increasing the well count can increase the bulk flow rate of the production network,but too many wells may increase the manifold pressure,leading to decline of single-well production.Increasing the choke size can improve the capacity of the IPs.The production of the IPs is negatively correlated with the separator pressure.With increasing separator pressure and decreasing choke size,the increment of total fluid production(the capacity of IPS)induced by increasing well count decreases.Validation tests with field examples show a maximum absolute deviation is 1.5%,demonstrating the robustness and validity of the proposed mathematical models and workflows. 展开更多

However, existing CAD modeling systems are not capable of providing enough information for subsequent manufacturing activities such as CAPP and CAM. A new design approach using feature technique and object oriented programming method is put forward in this paper in order to create the product information model of welding structure. With this approach, the product information model is able to effectively support computer aided welding process planning, fixturing, assembling, path planning of welding robot and other manufacturing activities. The feature classification and representing scheme of welding structure are discussed. A prototype system is developed based on feature and object oriented programming. Optimization of integrated geological-engineering design of volume fracturing with fan-shaped well pattern

According to the variable toe-to-heel well spacing, combined with the dislocation theory, discrete lattice method, and finite-element-method(FEM) based fluid-solid coupling, an integrated geological-engineering method of volume fracturing for fan-shaped well pattern is proposed considering the geomechanical modeling, induced stress calculation, hydraulic fracturing simulation, and post-frac productivity evaluation. Besides, we propose the differential fracturing design for the conventional productivity-area and the potential production area for fan-shaped horizontal wells. After the fracturing of the conventional production area for H1 fan-shaped well platform, the research shows that the maximum reduction of the horizontal principal stress difference in the potential productivity-area is 0.2 MPa, which cannot cause the stress reversal, but this reduction is still conducive to the lateral propagation of hydraulic fractures. According to the optimized fracturing design, in zone-Ⅰ of the potential production area, only Well 2 is fractured, with a cluster spacing of 30 m and an injection rate of 12 m^(3)/min per stage;in zone-Ⅱ, Well 2 is fractured before Well 3, with a cluster spacing of 30 m and an injection rate of 12 m^(3)/min per stage. The swept area of the pore pressure drop in the potential production area is small, showing that the reservoir is not well developed. The hydraulic fracturing in the toe area can be improved by, for example, properly densifying the fractures and adjusting the fracture distribution, in order to enhance the swept volume and increase the reservoir utilization. 展开更多

A systems approach is used to describe the generation and variation of wastewater in an urban area. This is a multivariable system and its combined response at the outlet of this system, which is usually the entrance ofa wastewater treatment plant, depends on a number of environmental (precipitation and temperature) as well as social (size of the urban area, population changes, water consumption per capita) variables. There is a large number of available models and tools for describing the urban water system, however, the interactions between the individual components are rarely considered within the same modelling framework. In this paper a parsimonious methodology is proposed in order to understand and estimate the wastewater generation and its characteristics in an urban area using any information provided by the available data. The model incorporates both the flows of stormwater discharge and wastewater production that arrive to the wastewater treatment plant. A state dependent variable is introduced to simulate the consumptive uses in the urban area. Data availability and system's complexity affect the ability to achieve enhanced model performance, however, in the presented case study, preliminary results from the application of the presented model in the Greater Athens Area illustrate the potential of the conceptual modelling approach. 展开更多

According to the data of the total trade of agricultural products between China and the United States from 2009 to 2018 and the general description of agriculture in China,this paper adopts the method of econometric model to make a detailed analysis of the agricultural trade between China and the United States by using cointegration analysis,Granger causality test and error correction model in order to explore the impact of agricultural trade between China and the United States on China’s agricultural development. The results of empirical analysis show that there is a balanced relationship between the trade of agricultural products between China and the United States and the development of agriculture in China. The total trade of agricultural products between China and the United States affects the development of China’s agriculture.In addition,in the short term,if the short-term fluctuation deviates from the long-term equilibrium,then the error correction term will reverse it with strength of 0. 378,so that the non-equilibrium state will gradually return to the equilibrium state. 展开更多

新质生产力与产业结构升级——基于政府与市场双视角的研究

基于2011—2021年中国30个省份的面板数据,运用空间杜宾模型、面板门槛模型探究新质生产力对中国产业结构升级的驱动机制。结果表明:首先,新质生产力发展能够显著推动中国产业结构升级,且在更换被解释变量、空间权重矩阵等稳健性检验中... 基于2011—2021年中国30个省份的面板数据,运用空间杜宾模型、面板门槛模型探究新质生产力对中国产业结构升级的驱动机制。结果表明:首先,新质生产力发展能够显著推动中国产业结构升级,且在更换被解释变量、空间权重矩阵等稳健性检验中依然显著;其次,新质生产力通过提高财政科技支出和数字创新水平,进而对产业结构升级产生积极影响;异质性检验表明,新质生产力对产业结构升级的影响在东部地区具有正向显著的直接与间接效应,在中部地区仅有直接效应且呈现出积极的促进作用,而在西部与东北地区仅有间接效应较为显著;门槛效应分析表明政府干预具有双重门槛效应,并且随着政府干预程度的提升,新质生产力对产业结构升级的推动作用逐步增强,市场一体化具有单门槛效应,当市场一体化程度低于门槛值时,新质生产力对产业结构升级有显著影响,跨越门槛值时,新质生产力对产业结构升级的促进作用将会减弱。 展开更多

It is provided with multiple functions, such as laser scanning information management for goaf, cloud data de-noising optimization, construction, display and operation of three-dimensional model, model editing, profile generation, calculation of goaf volume and roof area, Boolean calculation among models and interaction with the third party soft ware. Concerning this system with a concise interface, plentiful data input/output interfaces, it is featured with high integration, simple and convenient operations of applications. Effective implementation of goaf detection and accurate acquisition of its spatial characteristics including the three-dimensional morphology the spatial position as well as the actual boundary and volume are important basis to analyze predict and control disasters caused by goaf. In recent years three-dimensional laser scanning technology has been effectively applied in goaf detection [3 4]. Large quantities of point cloud data that are acquired for goaf by means of the three-dimensional laser scanning system are processed relying on relevant engineering software to generate a three-dimensional model for goaf. Then a general modeling analysis and processing instrument are introduced to perform subsequent three-dimensional analysis and calculation [5 6].
