The main method used is lip-audio matching detection technology based on the Siamese neural network, combined with MFCC (Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficient) feature extraction of band-pass filters, an improved dual-branch Siamese network structure, and a two-stream network structure design. Firstly, the video stream is preprocessed to extract lip images, and the audio stream is preprocessed to extract MFCC features. Then, these features are processed separately through the two branches of the Siamese network. Finally, the model is trained and optimized through fully connected layers and loss functions. The experimental results show that the testing accuracy of the model in this study on the LRW (Lip Reading in the Wild) dataset reaches 92.3%;the recall rate is 94.3%;the F1 score is 93.3%, significantly better than the results of CNN (Convolutional Neural Networks) and LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) models. In the validation of multi-resolution image streams, the highest accuracy of dual-resolution image streams reaches 94%. Band-pass filters can effectively improve the signal-to-noise ratio of deep forgery video detection when processing different types of audio signals. The real-time processing performance of the model is also excellent, and it achieves an average score of up to 5 in user research. These data demonstrate that the method proposed in this study can effectively fuse visual and audio information in deep forgery video detection, accurately identify inconsistencies between video and audio, and thus verify the effectiveness of lip-audio modality fusion technology in improving detection performance.展开更多

The bearing fault characteristics are a ected by the interaction in the vibration signals. The low harmonics of the bearing characteristic frequencies cannot be usually observed in the Fourier spectrum. The frequency loss in the bearing vibration signal is presented through two independent experiments in this paper. The existence of frequency loss phenomenon in the low frequencies, side band frequencies and resonant frequencies and revealed. It is demonstrated that the lost frequencies are actually suppressed by the internal action in the bearing fault signal rather than the external interference. The amplitude and distribution of the spectrum are changed due to the interaction of the bearing fault signal. The interaction mechanism of bearing fault signal is revealed through theoretical and practical analysis. Based on mathematical morphology, a new method is provided to recover the lost frequencies. The multi-resonant response signal of the defective bearing are decomposed into low frequency and high frequency response, and the lost frequencies are recovered by the combination morphological filter(CMF). The e ectiveness of the proposed method is validated on simulated and experimental data.展开更多

In this paper, the feasibility of using only natural frequencies to identify structural damage is exploited by adopting two usual approaches, namely, sensitivity analysis and neural networks. S, ome aspects of damage detection such as the problem of incomplete modal test data and robustness of detection are considered. A laboratory tested 3 storey frame is used to demonstrate the possibility of frequency-based damage detection techniques. The numerical results show that the damaged element can be correctly localized and the content of damage can be identified with relatively high degree of accuracy by using the changes in frequencies.展开更多

The time frequency feature (TFF) of the relative displacement at measured story is defined as the real part of the coefficients of the analytical wavelet transform. The fractal dimension (FD) is to quantify the TFF within the fundamental frequency band using box counting method. It is verified that the FDTFFs at all stories of the linear MRF are identical with the help of static condensation method and modal superposition principle, while the FDTFFs at the stories with localized nonlinearities due to damage will be different from those at the stories without nonlinearities using the reverse-path methodology. By comparing the FDTFFs of displacements at measured stories in a structure, the damage-induced nonlinearity of the structure under strong ground motion can be detected and localized. Finally shaking table experiments on a 1:8 scale sixteen-story three-bay steel MRF with added frictional dampers, which generate local nonlinearities, are conducted to validate the approach.展开更多

Thus, FRF shifts can be used to detect cracks. When a crack at a specific location and magnitude occurs in an offshore structure, changes in the FRF can be measured. In this way, shifts in FRF can be used to detect cracks. An experimental model was constructed to verify the FRF method. The relationship between FRF and cracks was found to be non-linear. The effect of multiple cracks on FRF was analyzed, and the shift due to multiple cracks was found to be much more than the summation of FRF shifts due to each of the cracks. Then the effects of noise and changes in the mass of the jacket on FRF were evaluated. The results show that significant damage to a beam can be detected by dramatic changes in the FRF, even when 10% random noise exists. FRF can also be used to approximately locate the breakage, but it can neither be efficiently used to predict the location of breakage nor the existence of small hairline cracks. The FRF shift caused by a 7% mass change is much less than the FRF shift caused by the breakage of any beam, but is larger than that caused by any early cracks.展开更多

Chaotic oscillator system is a typical non-lin- ear system which is sensitive to periodic signals and immune to noise at the same time. Those properties make it possible to detect low signal-to-noise ratio signals. The BPSK signal is a common signal type which is widely used in modern communication. This paper applies a frequency response based method for the purpose of structural health monitoring. In efforts to fulfill this task, concept of the minimum rank perturbation theory has been utilized. The present article introduces a promising methodology to select frequency points effectively. Identification of multi-degree of freedom (MDOF) linear time invariant (LTI) and linear time variant (LTV--due to damage) systems based on Time-frequency (TF) techniques--such as short-time Fourier transform (STFT), empirical mode decomposition (EMD), and wavelets--is proposed. STFT, EMD, and wavelet methods developed to date are reviewed in detail. In addition a Hilbert transform (HT) approach to determine frequency and damping is also presented. In this paper, STFT, EMD, HT and wavelet techniques are developed for decomposition of free vibration response of MDOF systems into their modal components. Once the modal components are obtained, each one is processed using Hilbert transform to obtain the modal frequency and damping ratios. In addition, the ratio of modal components at different degrees of freedom facilitate determination of mode shape. In cases with output only modal identification using ambient/random response, the random decrement technique is used to obtain free vibration response. The advantage of TF techniques is that they arc signal based; hence, can be used for output only modal identification. A three degree of freedom 1:10 scale model test structure is used to validate the proposed output only modal identification techniques based on STFT, EMD, HT, wavelets. Both measured free vibration and forced vibration (white noise) response are considered. The secondary objective of this paper is to show the relative ease with which the TF techniques can be used for modal identification and their potential for real world applications where output only identification is essential. Recorded ambient vibration data processed using techniques such as the random decrement technique can be used to obtain the free vibration response, so that further processing using TF based modal identification can be performed.展开更多

In this paper, we investigate the frequency response range of this novel detection technology by simulating the motion of carriers in gallium arsenide(GaAs) by the ensemble Monte Carlo method. At room temperature, for a direct-current(DC) voltage of 20 kV/cm applied to the semiconductor(GaAs) and sampling time o140 fs, the luminescence quenching phenomena induced by terahertz pulses with different center frequencies are studied The results show that the quenching efficiency is independent of the THz frequency when the frequency is in a range o0.1 THz–4 THz. However, when the frequency exceeds 4 THz, the efficiency decreases with the increase of frequency Therefore, the frequency response range is 0.1 THz–4 THz. Moreover, when the sampling time is changed to 100 fs the frequency response range is extended to be approximately 0.1 THz–5.6 THz. This study of the frequency-dependen characteristics of the luminescence response to the THz pulse can provide a theoretical basis for the exploration of THz detection technology.展开更多

Based on the literature review, time delay switch (TDS) attacks could make any control system, in particular a power control system, unstable. Therefore, future smart grids will have to use advanced methods to provide better situational awareness of power grid states keeping smart grids reliable and safe from TDS attacks. Here, we introduce a simple method for preventing time delay switch attack on networked control systems. The method relies on an estimator that will estimate and track time delays introduced by an adversary. Knowing the maximum tolerable time delay of the plant’s optimal controller for which the plant remains stable, a time-delay detector issues an alarm signal when the estimated time delay is larger than the minimum one and directs the system to alarm state. In an alarm state, the plant operates under the control of an emergency controller that is local to the plant and remains in this mode until the networked control system state is restored. This method is an inexpensive and simple way to guarantee that an industrial control system remains stable and secure.展开更多

The proposed H_/H∞ fault detection observers are designed to be insensitive to the corresponding actuator fault only, but sensitive to others. Then, to overcome the weakness of predefining threshold for FDI decision-making, this work proposes a zonotopic threshold analysis method to evaluate the generated residuals. The FDI decision-making relies on the evaluation with a dynamical zonotopic threshold. Finally, numerical simulations are provided to show the feasibility of the proposed scheme.展开更多

A frequency-domain interpolation algorithm to detect harmonics is proposed by choosing Shannon wavelet. Shannon wavelet is an orthogonal wavelet possessing best ideal frequency domain localization ability, it can restrict wavelet abasing but bring about Gibbs oscillation phenomenon simultaneously. An interpolation algorithm is developed to overcome this problem. Simulation reveals that the proposed method can effectively cancel aliasing, spectral leakage and Gibbs phenomenon, so it provides an effective means for power system harmonic analysis.展开更多

文摘The primary objective of this paper is to develop output only modal identification and structural damage detection. Recorded ambient vibration data processed using techniques such as the random decrement technique can be used to obtain the free vibration response, so that further processing using TF based modal identification can be performed.

文摘It has been proposed previously that the coherent detection of a terahertz(THz) pulse can be achieved based on the time-resolved luminescence quenching. This study of the frequency-dependen characteristics of the luminescence response to the THz pulse can provide a theoretical basis for the exploration of THz detection technology.
文摘This paper is to explore further results for total measurable fault information-based residual(ToMFIR) approach to fault detection in dynamic systems. The ToMFIR contains the essential fault information and remains unaffected by control actions in a closed-loop system. It is composed of controller residual and output residual and some of further results are developed in frequency domain.Besides the ability of detecting actuator and sensor faults,it is able to detect faults/failures resulting from the computer used for control purpose that generates control signals.Currently, all of existing fault detection schemes cannot achieve the same task at all.A practical DC motor example, with a PID controller,is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the ToMFIR-based fault detection.A comparison with the standard observer-based technique is also provided.
文摘The frequency offset information is extracted from local pilot amplitude characteristics, which suffer much less distortion in frequency-selective fading channels than those utilizing frequency domain correlation techniques. Simulation shows that the performance of this scheme has better performance than the existing frequency domain pilot-based frequency offset detection scheme.
文摘In order to enhance communication reliability of differential frequency hopping system, a receiver implemented with the concatenation of an optimal subblock-by-subblock maximum a posteriori probability (OBB-MAP) detector and a soft-decision Turbo decoder is proposed and validated in both AWGN and Rayleigh flat fading channels. It is shown that the OBB-MAP decoder can iteratively decode a cyclic trellis, and back-search the trellis for any state to obtain estimates for the prior information bits which can be employed by soft-decision Turbo decoder. The proposed receiver achieves a better bit error rate(BER) performance than maximum likelihood sequence estimation(MLSE) detector employing Viterbi algorithm. The simulation results demonstrate that the combined signal detection method improves communication quality.
文摘In this paper, we focus on the estimation of time delays caused by adversaries in the sensing loop (SL). This method is an inexpensive and simple way to guarantee that an industrial control system remains stable and secure.

文摘This work proposes a robust fault detection and isolation scheme for discrete-time systems subject to actuator faults,in which a bank of H_/H∞ fault detection unknown input observers(UIOs) and a zonotopic threshold analysis strategy are considered. In observer design, finite-frequency H_ index based on the generalized Kalman-Yakubovich-Popov lemma and H∞ technique are utilized to evaluate worst-case fault sensitivity and disturbance attenuation performance, respectively. Finally, numerical simulations are provided to show the feasibility of the proposed scheme.
文摘Aiming at harmonic detection, fast Fourier transform can only detect integer harmonics precisely, short time Fourier transform can detect non-integer harmonics with low resolution, and some former wavelet based methods have no aliasing-reduction scheme which result in low measurement precision and poor robustness. Simulation reveals that the proposed method can effectively cancel aliasing, spectral leakage and Gibbs phenomenon, so it provides an effective means for power system harmonic analysis.
