Methods: A total of 104 patients undergoing valve replacement surgery were included and divided into a 22F group (45 patients) and a 26F group (59 patients). The basic characteristics, postoperative ICU stay duration, drainage duration, postoperative complications, and pain scores were compared between the two groups. All data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software, with p Results: There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of age, sex, and underlying diseases. The ICU stay duration and drainage duration showed no significant differences (p > 0.05). The total drainage volume in the 22F group was significantly lower than that in the 26F group (225 vs. 380 ml, p = 0.035), and the pain scores on the third postoperative day were also significantly lower in the 22F group (p Conclusion: Compared to the 26F group, patients in the 22F group exhibited less postoperative drainage volume and lower pain scores, suggesting that the 22F drainage tube may have better clinical outcomes after valve replacement surgery.展开更多

Methods: 178 patients with upper urinary calculi were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, 89 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional URI, and patients in the observation group were treated with self-made negative pressure suction device combined with URI. The surgical indicators, complications and therapeutic effects of patients in the two groups were observed. Results: the renal pressure, operation time, postoperative hospital stay, intraoperative blood loss, WBC count, neutrophil percentage, PCT value and CRP value in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.01), and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The primary stone clearance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the intraoperative stone escape rate, postoperative fever incidence and postoperative septic shock incidence in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05), with statistically significant differences. Conclusion: the self-made negative pressure suction device combined with URL can significantly reduce the intraoperative calculus escape rate and the incidence of septic shock, and can significantly improve the primary calculus clearance rate with good effect.展开更多

Methods: with the specialist nurses of stoma wounds as the main teachers, the improved negative pressure suction treatment technique was applied to the medical staff of 7 medical units in the second affiliated hospital of Chongqing Medical University by means of specialized theoretical training, practical exercises and tour guidance. The differences in the theoretical and operational levels of the medical staff before and after the training were observed, as well as the patients' satisfaction with the technique. Results: after the promotion and training of the improved negative pressure suction therapy technique in the medical association guided by specialized nurses, the theoretical knowledge and operation skills of the medical staff were significantly improved (P < 0.0001), and the patient satisfaction was also significantly better than before the training (P < 0.0001). Conclusion: the promotion of the improved negative pressure suction treatment technology in the medical union guided by specialized nurses can improve the technical skill level of negative pressure wound treatment for medical staff in the medical union and improve the patient satisfaction, which is beneficial to the development of the health cause in primary hospitals.展开更多
