In order to adapt to the trend of "energy saving and emission reduction" and impel the practical application of semi solid processing (SSP) in China, the progress and application of semi-solid theory in China have... In order to adapt to the trend of "energy saving and emission reduction" and impel the practical application of semi solid processing (SSP) in China, the progress and application of semi-solid theory in China have been reviewed briefly and systematically. It was emphasized on basic theories, such as formation of globular grains, theology, high pressure solidification and plastic deformation and applications, such as material design, preparation of semi-solid billets (slurries), thixoforming and application status, which are based on the advantage of semi-solid processing. The results show that the gap of SSP between world level and China exists, especially in application technologies, including market recognition, application fields exploiting, developing of billets (slurries) preparation technologies with low cost and special equipments. The prospect of semi-solid forming development path in China is presented. And we hope that application of SSP has great new breakthrough and development and China wilt be changed from a large metal processing country to a powerful metal processing country. 展开更多

The bulk metal forming processes were simulated by using a one-step finite element(FE)approach based on deformation theory of plasticity,which enables rapid prediction of final workpiece configurations and stress/strain distributions.This approach was implemented to minimize the approximated plastic potential energy derived from the total plastic work and the equivalent external work in static equilibrium,for incompressibly rigid-plastic materials,by FE calculation based on the extremum work principle.The one-step forward simulations of compression and rolling processes were presented as examples,and the results were compared with those obtained by classical incremental FE simulation to verify the feasibility and validity of the proposed method. 展开更多

This research is intended to provide academic reference and design guidance for further studies to determine the most effective means to reduce a ship’s resistance through an air-cavity. On the basis of potential theory and on the assumption of an ideal and irrotational fluid, this paper drives a method for calculating air cavity formation using slender ship theory then points out the parameters directly related to the formation of air cavities and their interrelationships. Simulations showed that the formation of an air cavity is affected by cavitation number, velocity, groove geometry and groove size. When the ship’s velocity and groove structure are given, the cavitation number must be within range to form a steady air cavity. The interface between air and water forms a wave shape and could be adjusted by an air injection system. 展开更多

At the same time the springback values of the drawing of patterns' unloading and trimming about the satellite aerial reflecting surface are predicted and also compared with those of the practical punch. Above two springbacks all obtain satisfactory results, which provide a kind of effective quantitative pre-prediction of springback for the practical engineers. 展开更多

Forming limit diagram (FLD) is an important performance index to describe the maximum limit of principal strains that can be sustained by sheet metals till to the onset of localized necking. It offers a convenient and useful tool to predict the forming limit in the sheet metal forming processes. In the present study, FLD has been determined experimentally for Ti?6Al?4V alloy at 400 °C by conducting a Nakazima test with specimens of different widths. Additionally, for theoretical FLD prediction, various anisotropic yield criteria (Barlat 1989, Barlat 1996, Hill 1993) and different hardening models viz., Hollomon power law (HPL), Johnson?Cook (JC), modified Zerilli–Armstrong (m-ZA), modified Arrhenius (m-Arr) models have been developed. Theoretical FLDs have been determined using Marciniak and Kuczynski (M?K) theory incorporating the developed yield criteria and constitutive models. It has been observed that the effect of yield model is more pronounced than the effect of constitutive model for theoretical FLDs prediction. However, the value of thickness imperfection factor (f0) is solely dependent on hardening model. Hill (1993) yield criterion is best suited for FLD prediction in the right hand side region. Moreover, Barlat (1989) yield criterion is best suited for FLD prediction in left hand side region. Therefore, the proposed hybrid FLD in combination with Barlat (1989) and Hill (1993) yield models with m-Arr hardening model is in the best agreement with experimental FLD. 展开更多

In this study, a linear elastic shell finite element method is adopted. Other related problems such as wing skin panel modeling and peening scheme analysis were also outlined. The method has been applied to manufacturing panels of a certain Chinese aircraft and was proved to be effective in reducing peening experimental tests and improving products quality. 展开更多

Low-permeability dense reservoirs,including micro-fractured reservoirs,are commonly characterized by high content of clay substances,high original water saturation,high sensitivity to invasive fluids,high capillary pressure,complicated structure and anisotropic,high flow-resistance and micro pore throats etc,.Generally they also have lots of natural micro fractures,probably leading to stress sensibility.Main damaging factors in such reservoirs are water-sensibility and water-blocking caused by invasive fluids during drilling and production operations.Once damaged,formation permeability can rarely recovered.Numerous studies have shown that damaging extent of water-blocking ranges from 70% to 90%.Main damaging mechanisms and influencing factors of water-blocking were systematically analyzed.Also some feasible precaution or treating approaches of water-blocking were put forward.In a laboratory setting,a new multi-functional drilling fluid composed mainly of amphion polymer,sulfonation polymer,high effectively preventive water-blocking surfactants,ideal packing temporary bridging agents(TBA) and film-forming agents,etc.,were developed.New low-damage drilling fluids has many advantages,such as good rheological properties,excellent effectiveness of water-blocking prevention,good temporary plugging effect,low filtration and ultra-low permeability(API filtration≤5 mL,HTHP filtration≤10 mL,mud cake frictional coefficient≤0.14,permeability recovery>81%),can efficiently prevent or minimize damage,preserve natural formation and enhance comprehensive development-investment effect in TUHA Jurassic dense sandstone reservoir formation with low-permeability,the only one developing integrated condense gas field.Some references can be provided to similar reservoir formations. 展开更多

随着浅部煤炭资源逐步枯竭,煤炭开采不断向深部发展,我国东部矿区和中西部部分矿区已经进入深部开采阶段。然而,由于深部岩体的高地应力环境及采掘过程的强扰动效应,深部巷道大变形灾害频发,严重制约了深部煤炭资源的安全高效开发。如... 随着浅部煤炭资源逐步枯竭,煤炭开采不断向深部发展,我国东部矿区和中西部部分矿区已经进入深部开采阶段。然而,由于深部岩体的高地应力环境及采掘过程的强扰动效应,深部巷道大变形灾害频发,严重制约了深部煤炭资源的安全高效开发。如何有效控制巷道围岩稳定及提升掘进效率已成为深部煤炭开发面临的重大技术挑战,主要体现在:对深部巷道米级大变形灾变的机理认识尚不清晰;缺乏适用于深部巷道大变形灾害控制的理论与技术;缺乏适应大变形灾变环境的快速成巷技术。针对以上问题,围绕中东部典型矿区深部巷道米级大变形灾变机理、深部巷道大变形灾害控制理论及技术体系、大变形灾变环境下的快速成巷技术等方面展开了系统研究,取得了以下进展:提出了深部巷道围岩应力场和变形破裂导致的围岩结构扰动演化过程的探测表征方法,发展了深部巷道大变形灾变过程模拟分析的FDEM方法,揭示了深部巷道米级大变形灾害孕育形成的破裂碎胀-大位移运动机理;提出了由“应力恢复、围岩增强、固结修复、应力转移-承载圈控制”四项控制原理构成的深部围岩稳定性分步联合控制理论,建立了精准介入围岩结构与扰动应力场演化过程、多重手段分步协同的灾害控制理论与技术体系;研发出深部巷道大变形灾变环境下TBM安全高效掘进关键技术,发展了TBM掘进过程挤压变形卡机灾害预测控制方法,建立了深部煤系地层TBM系统适应性设计理论与评价决策体系。研究成果实现了典型矿区深部巷道碎胀大变形灾害的有效控制和安全高效掘进,解决了深部矿井采掘接替的技术难题。 展开更多

改进Sobol法在自由曲面测量仪几何误差分析中的应用

在自由曲面的测量过程中,几何误差的引入几乎无法避免,而这些误差会严重影响测量结果的精度。针对此问题,以自由曲面测量仪为研究对象,基于多体系统理论建立误差模型,然后运用Sobol方法和准Monte Carlo算法对几何误差元素及其耦合效应... 在自由曲面的测量过程中,几何误差的引入几乎无法避免,而这些误差会严重影响测量结果的精度。针对此问题,以自由曲面测量仪为研究对象,基于多体系统理论建立误差模型,然后运用Sobol方法和准Monte Carlo算法对几何误差元素及其耦合效应进行灵敏度分析,识别严重影响测量结果的关键误差元素。通过分析自由曲面测量仪在不同位置下的几何误差元素灵敏度系数,从21项几何误差中识别出9项对自由曲面测量仪测量精度影响较大的关键项,并对灵敏度分析结果进行了误差补偿仿真验证。结果表明:补偿关键误差后,沿X、Y和Z方向的测量精度分别提升了77.1%、65%和83.3%,说明该方法能够有效辨识出自由曲面测量仪的关键几何误差项。 展开更多

在乡村振兴战略实施过程中,乡村聚落形态识别及规律分析对传统村落的传承发展与创新保护具有重要意义。本文基于表征与非表征理论和康泽恩形态学理论,从物质-文化互动视角构建涵盖历史形态、结构形态和功能文化形态的传统村落形态识别... 在乡村振兴战略实施过程中,乡村聚落形态识别及规律分析对传统村落的传承发展与创新保护具有重要意义。本文基于表征与非表征理论和康泽恩形态学理论,从物质-文化互动视角构建涵盖历史形态、结构形态和功能文化形态的传统村落形态识别体系。以湖南省郴州市庙下村为案例,通过实地调研、参与式评估、问卷调查、深度访谈等方式对村落进行调查分析,研究结果表明:(1)从历史形态演化维度来看,受不同时期历史文化与社会文化的影响,庙下村聚落物质形态呈现出限制性扩张、集聚式增长、外延式发展和沿路式扩张4个阶段。(2)从结构形态的特征维度来看,村落内部形成由点、线、面交织的完整有序结构。其中,点要素在东北宗祠附近及中心处集聚,线要素呈交叉纵横的棋盘式布局特征,面要素的功能板块在村落中呈现界限清晰的规则有序布局。(3)不同点、线、面承载的文化空间有所差异。从文化形态维度来看,以乡村聚落内的1 086处现存建筑为评价单元,选取用地类型、建筑年代、建筑质量、建筑风貌、建筑层数和屋顶形式6个评价指标,采用2.5D空间形态表达方式探究文化价值的差异性,庙下村文化价值特征的各方面在空间上均呈现出显著集聚、相似与连续的特征。(4)基于物质-文化形态特征,将庙下村分为传统文化区、现代化生活区和传统生活区等6种功能类型,根据不同区域存在问题以及治理主体差异,进一步从管理策略上归并为保护区、整治区和更迭区,以村民、政府和企业主体构成的行动者网络为逻辑出发点,针对不同区域的开发保护提出建议,为促进传统村落可持续发展提供新视角。 展开更多

弹性屈曲临界荷载是准确评价冷弯型钢构件承载力的重要指标.利用人工神经网络(artificial neural networks,ANNs)模型对冷弯C型截面轴压构件的屈曲临界载荷进行了预测,将影响屈曲的几何参数和有限条法所得的计算结果作为数据集,对神经... 弹性屈曲临界荷载是准确评价冷弯型钢构件承载力的重要指标.利用人工神经网络(artificial neural networks,ANNs)模型对冷弯C型截面轴压构件的屈曲临界载荷进行了预测,将影响屈曲的几何参数和有限条法所得的计算结果作为数据集,对神经网络模型进行了训练、验证和测试.基于最优化理论,采用6种不同的优化算法进行了模型的训练,并比较了不同算法的网络模型性能.通过随机网格搜索确定最优超参数,使用3种统计参数来评估训练后的人工神经网络的性能,以得到最适合预测屈曲临界荷载的神经网络模型.结果表明:Levenberg-Marquardt(L-M)算法在非线性最小二乘问题上相较于其他算法具有更高的准确性,多次训练后,L-M算法使模型预测误差非常小,而其他算法在准确度上不及L-M算法. 展开更多

随着互联网的发展,数字产品数量激增,许多产品同时具有了数字和实物两种形态。这使得消费者在选择产品时可能面临应该选择购买哪种产品形态的问题。本研究探讨了消费者为自己决策和为他人决策时存在的产品形态偏好逆转现象。通过5项实验... 随着互联网的发展,数字产品数量激增,许多产品同时具有了数字和实物两种形态。这使得消费者在选择产品时可能面临应该选择购买哪种产品形态的问题。本研究探讨了消费者为自己决策和为他人决策时存在的产品形态偏好逆转现象。通过5项实验,本研究发现:消费者为自己决策时会偏好产品的数字形态,而为他人决策时更偏好同一产品的实物形态。这是因为,产品的数字形态相对于其实物形态具有高可行性(feasibility)和低可取性(desirability)。依据解释水平理论,消费者在为自己(vs.他人)决策时更加关注可行性(较少关注可取性)。因此,消费者在为自己和他人进行产品形态选择时产生了偏好逆转。本研究对相关理论和实践意义进行了讨论。 展开更多

人才培养质量不仅是学校教育质量的核心要素,也是教育学重要的研究课题。学校培养的学生与社会需求脱节是造成近代以来中国人才培养质量不高的重要原因,并引发社会各界的诸多探讨。本研究回溯中国近代教育史,发现二十世纪二三十年代南... 人才培养质量不仅是学校教育质量的核心要素,也是教育学重要的研究课题。学校培养的学生与社会需求脱节是造成近代以来中国人才培养质量不高的重要原因,并引发社会各界的诸多探讨。本研究回溯中国近代教育史,发现二十世纪二三十年代南开学校的社会视察课是应对这一问题的重要探索。研究发现,在情境学习理论的指导下,南开学校的社会视察课以“形真”和“情切”为主要抓手来提高人才培养质量。具体来讲,其“形真”即实地参观与教学内容相适应的场景或氛围,帮助学生通过具体的形象迅速而正确地理解教学内容,其“情切”即通过有目的创设或实地参观“有情之境”,激发学生的主观能动性,在现实世界中培养学生的情感、态度和价值观。社会视察课能很好连接“学”与“用”,进而提升人才培养质量。因此,社会视察课所蕴含的教育理念对于提升当下学校人才培养质量具有重要的借鉴意义。 展开更多
