The preparation of carbon-based electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorbers possessing thin matching thickness,wide absorption bandwidth,strong absorption intensity,and low filling ratio remains a huge challenge.Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)are ideal self-sacrificing templates for the construction of carbon-based EMW absorbers.In this work,bimetallic FeMn-MOF-derived MnFe_(2)O_(4)/C/graphene composites were fabricated via a two-step route of solvothermal reaction and the following pyrolysis treatment.The results re-veal the evolution of the microscopic morphology of carbon skeletons from loofah-like to octahedral and then to polyhedron and pomegran-ate after the adjustment of the Fe^(3+)to Mn^(2+)molar ratio.Furthermore,at the Fe^(3+)to Mn^(2+)molar ratio of 2:1,the obtained MnFe_(2)O_(4)/C/graphene composite exhibited the highest EMW absorption capacity.Specifically,a minimum reflection loss of-72.7 dB and a max-imum effective absorption bandwidth of 5.1 GHz were achieved at a low filling ratio of 10wt%.In addition,the possible EMW absorp-tion mechanism of MnFe_(2)O_(4)/C/graphene composites was proposed.Therefore,the results of this work will contribute to the construction of broadband and efficient carbon-based EMW absorbers derived from MOFs. 展开更多

Transition metal sulfides have great potential as anode mterials for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)due to their high theoretical specific capacities.However,the inferior intrinsic conductivity and large volume variation during sodiation-desodiation processes seriously affect its high-rate and long-cyde performance,unbeneficial for the application as fast-charging and long-cycling SIBs anode.Herein,the three-dimensional porous Cu_(1.81)S/nitrogen-doped carbon frameworks(Cu_(1.81)S/NC)are synthesized by the simple and facile sol-gel and annealing processes,which can accommodate the volumetric expansion of Cu_(1.81)S nanoparticles and accelerate the transmission of ions and electrons during Na^(+)insertion/extraction processes,exhibiting the excellent rate capability(250.6 mA·g^(-1)at 20.0 A·g^(-1))and outstanding cycling stability(70% capacity retention for 6000 cycles at 10.0 A·g^(-1))for SIBs.Moreover,the Na-ion full cells coupled with Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)/C cathode also demonstrate the satisfactory reversible specific capacity of 330.5 mAh·g^(-1)at 5.0 A·g^(-1)and long-cycle performance with the 86.9% capacity retention at 2.0 A·g^(-1)after 750 cycles.This work proposes a promising way for the conversionbased metal sulfides for the applications as fast-charging sodium-ion battery anode. 展开更多

Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)are import-ant as possible energy storage materials.Nitrogen-doped iron-cobalt MOFs were synthesized by a one-pot solvo-thermal method using CoCl_(3)·6H_(2)O and FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O dis-solved in N,N-dimethylformamide,and were converted into Fe-Co embedded in N-doped porous carbon polyhedra by pyrolysis in a nitrogen atmosphere.During pyrolysis,the or-ganic ligands transformed into N-doped porous carbon which improved their structural stability and also their electrical contact with other materials.The Fe and Co are tightly bound together because of their encapsulation by the carbon nitride and are well dispersed in the carbon matrix,and improve the material’s conductivity and stability and provide additional capacity.When used as the anode for lithium-ion batteries,the material gives an initial capacity of up to 2230.7 mAh g^(-1)and a reversible capa-city of 1146.3 mAh g^(-1)is retained after 500 cycles at a current density of 0.5 A g^(-1),making it an excellent candidate for this purpose. 展开更多

(2E,6E)-4-methyl-2,6-bis(pyridin-3-ylmethylene)cyclohexan-1-one(L_(1))and 4-methyl-2,6-bis[(E)-4-(pyridin-4-yl)benzylidene]cyclohexan-1-one(L_(2))were synthesized and combined with isophthalic acid(H_(2)IP),then under solvothermal conditions,to react with transition metals achieving four novel metal-organic frameworks(MOFs):[Zn(IP)(L_(1))]_(n)(1),{[Cd(IP)(L_(1))]·H_(2)O}_(n)(2),{[Co(IP)(L_(1))]·H_(2)O}_(n)(3),and[Zn(IP)(L_(2))(H_(2)O)]_(n)(4).MOFs 1-4 have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,powder X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetry,and elemental analysis.Single-crystal X-ray diffraction shows that MOF 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system with space group P2_(1)/n,and MOFs 2-4 belong to the triclinic system with the P1 space group.1-3 are 2D sheet structures,2 and 3 have similar structural characters,whereas 4 is a 1D chain structure.Furthermore,1-3 exhibited certain photocatalytic capability in the degradation of rhodamine B(Rh B)and pararosaniline hydrochloride(PH).4could be used as a heterogeneous catalyst for the Knoevenagel reaction starting with benzaldehyde derivative and malononitrile.4 could promote the reaction to achieve corresponding products in moderate yields within 3 h.Moreover,the catalyst exhibited recyclability for up to three cycles without significantly dropping its activity.A mechanism for MOF 4 catalyzed Knoevenagel condensation reaction of aromatic aldehyde and malononitrile has been initially proposed.CCDC:2356488,1;2356497,2;2356499,3;2356498,4. 展开更多

The poor electronic conductivity of metal-organic framework(MOF)materials hinders their direct application in the field of electrocatalysis in fuel cells.Herein,we proposed a strategy of embedding carbon nanotubes(CNTs)during the growth process of MOF crystals,synthesizing a metalloporphyrin-based MOF catalyst TCPPCo-MOF-CNT with a unique CNT-intercalated MOF structure.Physical characterization revealed that the CNTs enhance the overall conductivity while retaining the original characteristics of the MOF and metalloporphyrin.Simultaneously,the insertion of CNTs generated adequate mesopores and created a hierarchical porous structure that enhances mass transfer efficiency.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic analysis confirmed that the C atom in CNT changed the electron cloud density on the catalytic active center Co,optimizing the electronic structure.Consequently,the E1/2 of the TCPPCo-MOF-CNT catalyst under neutral conditions reached 0.77 V(vs.RHE),outperforming the catalyst without CNTs.When the TCPPCo-MOF-CNT was employed as the cathode catalyst in assembling microbial fuel cells(MFCs)with Nafion-117 as the proton exchange membrane,the maxi-mum power density of MFCs reached approximately 500 mW·m-2. 展开更多

Fluorinated gases(F-gases)play a vital role in the chemical industry and in the fields of air conditioning,refrigeration,health care,and organic synthesis.However,the direct emission of waste gases containing F-gases into the atmosphere contributes to greenhouse effects and generates toxic substances.Developing porous materials for the energy-efficient capture,separation,and recovery of F-gases is highly desired.Recently,as a highly designable porous adsorbents,metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)exhibit excellent selective sorption performance toward F-gases,especially for the recognition and separation of different F-gases with highly similar properties,showing their great potential in F-gases control and recovery.In this review,we discuss the capture and separation of F-gases and their azeotropic,near-azeotropic,and isomeric mixtures in various application scenarios by MOFs,specifically classify and analyze molecular interaction between F-gases and MOFs,and interpret the mechanisms underlying their high performance regarding both adsorption capacity and selectivity,providing a repertoire for future materials design.Challenges faced in the transformation research roadmap of MOFs adsorbent separation technologies toward F-gases are also discussed,and areas for future research endeavors are highlighted. 展开更多

Due to the significant impact of carbon dioxide on global ecology,more efforts have been put into the exploration on CO_(2)capture and utilization.Porous organic framework materials,as a kind of materials with high porosity and designable structure,have been considered as effective host materials for adsorbing carbon dioxide or separating it from other gases.This review gives a deep insight into the applications of metal-organic frameworks,covalent-organic frameworks,and other porous frameworks on CO_(2)capture,focusing on the enhanced capture performances originated from their high surface area with abundant porous structure,functional groups with specific heteroatoms modification,or other building unit interactions.Besides,the main challenges associated with porous frameworks for CO_(2)capture and proposed strategies to address these obstacles,including the structural design strategy or the capture mechanism exploration,have been demonstrated and emphasized.This review can contribute to further investigation on porous frameworks for gas capture and separation with enhanced performance and efficiency. 展开更多

Lanthanide metal-organic frameworks(Ln-MOFs)have received extensive attention in the development of photoluminescent(PL)materials due to their stable structures and unique line-like emission spectroscopic properties.However,in order to prepare Ln-MOFs with high PL quantum yield(PLQY),further improving the sensitization efficiency of the“antenna effect”is essential.Herein,remarkably enhanced PL in[Tb_(2)(BDC)_(3)(DMF)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(2)]_n MOF is successfully achieved via high-pressure engineering at room temperature.Notably,the PL intensity continues to increase as the pressure increases,reaching its peak at 12.0 GPa,which is 4.4 times that of the initial state.Detailed experimental and theoretical calculations have demonstrated that pressure engineering significantly narrows the bandgap of[Tb_(2)(BDC)_(3)(DMF)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(2)]_n,optimizing both singlet and triplet energy levels.Ultimately,higher antenna effect sensitization efficiency is achieved by promoting intersystem crossing and energy transfer processes.Our work provides a promising strategy for the development of high PLQY Ln-MOFs. 展开更多

A Fuzzy Multi-Objective Framework for Energy Optimization and Reliable Routing in Wireless Sensor Networks via Particle Swarm Optimization

Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs)are one of the best technologies of the 21st century and have seen tremendous growth over the past decade.Much work has been put into its development in various aspects such as architectural attention,routing protocols,location exploration,time exploration,etc.This research aims to optimize routing protocols and address the challenges arising from conflicting objectives in WSN environments,such as balancing energy consumption,ensuring routing reliability,distributing network load,and selecting the shortest path.Many optimization techniques have shown success in achieving one or two objectives but struggle to achieve the right balance between multiple conflicting objectives.To address this gap,this paper proposes an innovative approach that integrates Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)with a fuzzy multi-objective framework.The proposed method uses fuzzy logic to effectively control multiple competing objectives to represent its major development beyond existing methods that only deal with one or two objectives.The search efficiency is improved by particle swarm optimization(PSO)which overcomes the large computational requirements that serve as a major drawback of existing methods.The PSO algorithm is adapted for WSNs to optimize routing paths based on fuzzy multi-objective fitness.The fuzzy logic framework uses predefined membership functions and rule-based reasoning to adjust routing decisions.These adjustments influence PSO’s velocity updates,ensuring continuous adaptation under varying network conditions.The proposed multi-objective PSO-fuzzy model is evaluated using NS-3 simulation.The results show that the proposed model is capable of improving the network lifetime by 15.2%–22.4%,increasing the stabilization time by 18.7%–25.5%,and increasing the residual energy by 8.9%–16.2% compared to the state-of-the-art techniques.The proposed model also achieves a 15%–24% reduction in load variance,demonstrating balanced routing and extended network lifetime.Furthermore,analysis using p-values obtained from multiple performance measures(p-values<0.05)showed that the proposed approach outperforms with a high level of confidence.The proposed multi-objective PSO-fuzzy model provides a robust and scalable solution to improve the performance of WSNs.It allows stable performance in networks with 100 to 300 nodes,under varying node densities,and across different base station placements.Computational complexity analysis has shown that the method fits well into large-scale WSNs and that the addition of fuzzy logic controls the power usage to make the system practical for real-world use. 展开更多

Against the backdrop of intensifying global water scarcity,reclaimed water reuse has emerged as a critical strategy for ecological replenishment of landscape water bodies.However,its potential ecological risks remain underexplored.This study aims to establish a multidimensional ecological safety evaluation framework for reclaimed water replenishment systems and propose hierarchical risk prevention strategies.By integrating ecotoxicological assays(algae growth inhibition,Daphnia behavioral anomalies,zebrafish embryo toxicity),multimedia exposure modeling,and Monte Carlo probabilistic simulations,the risk contributions and spatial heterogeneity of typical pollutants are quantitatively analyzed.Results revealed that sulfamethoxazole(RQ=2.3)and diclofenac(RQ=1.8)posed high ecological risks,with their effects nonlinearly correlated with hydraulic retention time(HRT<3 days)and nutrient loading(TN>1.2 mg/L).A three-tier risk prevention system was developed based on the“source-pathway-receptor”framework:ozone-activated carbon pretreatment achieved 85%removal efficiency for pharmaceutical contaminants,ecological floating beds enhanced nitrogen and phosphorus retention by 40%-60%,and hydraulic regulation(flow velocity>0.1 m/s)effectively suppressed pathogen proliferation.The innovation of this study lies in establishing a chemical-biological-hydrological coupled risk quantification model for reclaimed water reuse scenarios.The hierarchical prevention standards have been incorporated into local reclaimed water management regulations,providing a scientific foundation and technical paradigm for sustainable landscape water replenishment. 展开更多

This study aims to build a value assessment framework applicable to Chinese health-care institutions for antineoplastic agents in the context of diagnosis related group(DRG).This study constructed the value assessment framework through literature research,Delphi expert consultation method,and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).This study used internal consistency reliability to test the reliability of the constructed framework.Exploratory factor analysis(EFA)and validation factor analysis were used for the validity test.Then,the level stratification of the indicators was set based on the literature data,and the value function of each indicator was constructed using the measuring attractiveness by a categorical based assessment technique method to construct a quantitative value assessment model.This study established a value assessment framework of 7 dimensions and 26 indicators.Reliability and validity analyses of these indicators made 4 indicators excluded.Then,the value functions were constructed for 17 indicators,establishing a quantitative value assessment model.This study constructed an antineoplastic drugs evaluation framework in the context of DRG with good validity and reliability and the corresponding quantitative value assessment model. 展开更多

Covalent organic frameworks(COFs)based photocatalysts utilizing infrared light remains unexplored due to the limitation of electronic absorption.Herein,two novel two-dimensional(2D)polyimide-linked phthalocyanine COFs,namely MPc-DPA-COFs(M=Zn/Cu),were prepared from the imidization reaction of metal tetraanhydrides of 2,3,9,10,16,17,23,24-octacarboxyphthalocyaninato(M(TAPc))with 9,10-diphenyl anthracene(DPA).Both COFs possess highly crystalline eclipsed AA stacking structure with neighboring layer distance of 0.33 nm on the basis of powder X-ray diffraction analysis and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy.Effective π–π interaction between phthalocyanine chromophores in neighboring layers of 2D COFs leads to significant bathochromic-shift of narrow Q band from 697 nm for M(TAPc)to the infrared light absorption range of 760–1000 nm for MPc-DPA-COFs according to solid UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra.This endows them in particular ZnPc-DPA-COF with excellent reactive oxygen species of•O_(2)^(–)and 1O_(2) generation activity under infrared light radiation(λ>760 nm)based on the electron spin resonance spectroscopy measurement,in turn resulting in the excellent photocatalytic capacity towards oxidation of sulfides under infrared light radiation.Corresponding quenching experiments reveal the contribution of both•O_(2)^(–)and 1O_(2) to the oxidation of sulfides,but the former•O_(2)^(–)species plays a leading role in this photocatalytic process.The present result not only provides a new efficient infrared light photocatalyst but also unveils the good potentials of phthalocyanine-based COFs in photocatalysis. 展开更多

Evolutionary algorithms have been extensively utilized in practical applications.However,manually designed population updating formulas are inherently prone to the subjective influence of the designer.Genetic programming(GP),characterized by its tree-based solution structure,is a widely adopted technique for optimizing the structure of mathematical models tailored to real-world problems.This paper introduces a GP-based framework(GPEAs)for the autonomous generation of update formulas,aiming to reduce human intervention.Partial modifications to tree-based GP have been instigated,encompassing adjustments to its initialization process and fundamental update operations such as crossover and mutation within the algorithm.By designing suitable function sets and terminal sets tailored to the selected evolutionary algorithm,and ultimately derive an improved update formula.The Cat Swarm Optimization Algorithm(CSO)is chosen as a case study,and the GP-EAs is employed to regenerate the speed update formulas of the CSO.To validate the feasibility of the GP-EAs,the comprehensive performance of the enhanced algorithm(GP-CSO)was evaluated on the CEC2017 benchmark suite.Furthermore,GP-CSO is applied to deduce suitable embedding factors,thereby improving the robustness of the digital watermarking process.The experimental results indicate that the update formulas generated through training with GP-EAs possess excellent performance scalability and practical application proficiency. 展开更多

The capture of CO_(2)from CO_(2)/H_(2)gas mixtures in syngas is a crucial issue for hydrogen production from steam methane reforming in industry,as the presence of CO_(2)directly affects the purity of H_(2).A combination of a high-throughput screening method and grand canonical Monte Carlo simulation was utilized to evaluate and screen 1725 metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)in detail as a means of determining their adsorption performance for CO_(2)/H_(2)gas mixtures.The adsorption and separation performance of double-linker MOFs was comprehensively evaluated using eight evaluation indicators,namely,the largest cavity diameter,accessible surface area,pore occupied accessible volume,porosity,adsorption selectivity,working capacity,adsorbent performance score and percent regeneration.Six optimal performance frameworks were screened to further study their single-component adsorption and binary competitive adsorption of CO_(2)/H_(2)respectively.The CO_(2)adsorption selectivity at different CO_(2)/H_(2)feed ratios was also evaluated,which indicated their excellent adsorption and separation performance.The microscopic adsorption mechanisms for CO_(2)and H_(2)at the molecular level were investigated by analyzing the radial distribution function and density distribution.This study may provide directional guidance and reference for subsequent experiments on the adsorption and separation of CO_(2)/H_(2). 展开更多

In situ preparation of zincophilic covalent-organic frameworks with low surface work function and high rigidity to stabilize zinc metal anodes

Zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs)are inexpensive and safe,but side reactions on the Zn anode and Zn dendrite growth hinder their practical applications.In this study,1,3,5-triformylphloroglycerol(Tp)and various diamine monomers(p-phenylenediamine(Pa),benzidine(BD),and 4,4"-diamino-p-terphenyl(DATP))were used to synthesize a series of two-dimensional covalent-organic frameworks(COFs).The resulting COFs were named TpPa,TpBD,and TpDATP,respectively,and they showed uniform zincophilic sites,different pore sizes,and high Young's moduli on the Zn anode.Among them,TpPa and TpBD showed lower surface work functions and higher ion transfer numbers,which were conducive to uniform galvanizing/stripping zinc and inhibited dendrite growth.Theoretical calculations showed that TpPa and TpBD had wider negative potential region and greater adsorption capacity for Zn2+than TpDATP,providing more electron donor sites to coordinate with Zn^(2+).Symmetric cells protected by TpPa and TpBD stably cycled for more than 2300 h,whereas TpDATP@Zn and the bare zinc symmetric cells failed after around 150 and200 h.The full cells containing TpPa and TpBD modification layers also showed excellent cycling capacity at 1 A/g.This study provides comprehensive insights into the construction of highly reversible Zn anodes via COF modification layers for advanced rechargeable ZIBs. 展开更多
