Selective harmonic elimination(SHE) in multilevel inverters is an intricate optimization problem that involves a set of nonlinear transcendental equations which have multiple local minima. A new advanced objective function with proper weighting is proposed and also its efficiency is compared with the objective function which is more similar to the proposed one. To enhance the ability of the SHE in eliminating high number of selected harmonics, at each level of the output voltage, one slot is created. The SHE problem is solved by imperialist competitive algorithm(ICA). The conventional SHE methods cannot eliminate the selected harmonics and satisfy the fundamental component in some ranges of modulation indexes. So, to surmount the SHE defect, a DC-DC converter is applied. Theoretical results are substantiated by simulations and experimental results for a 9-level multilevel inverter. The obtained results illustrate that the proposed method successfully minimizes a large number of identified harmonics which consequences very low total harmonic distortion of output voltage. 展开更多

Essential Switching plan and Selective Harmonics Elimination were executed to diminish the Total Harmonics Distortion (THD) esteem. Selective Harmonics Elimination Stepped Waveform (SHESW) strategy is executed to dispense with the lower order harmonics. Fundamental switching plan is utilized to control the switches in the inverter. The proposed topology is reasonable for any number of levels. The harmonic lessening is accomplished by selecting fitting switching angles. It indicates would like to decrease starting expense and unpredictability consequently it is able for modern applications. In this paper, third and fifth level harmonics have been disposed of. In the spectral analysis of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy,abundant characteristic spectral lines and severe interference information exist simultaneously in the original spectral data.Here,a feature selection method called recursive feature elimination based on ridge regression(Ridge-RFE)for the original spectral data is recommended to make full use of the valid information of spectra.In the Ridge-RFE method,the absolute value of the ridge regression coefficient was used as a criterion to screen spectral characteristic,the feature with the absolute value of minimum weight in the input subset features was removed by recursive feature elimination(RFE),and the selected features were used as inputs of the partial least squares regression(PLS)model.The Ridge-RFE method based PLS model was used to measure the Fe,Si,Mg,Cu,Zn and Mn for 51 aluminum alloy samples,and the results showed that the root mean square error of prediction decreased greatly compared to the PLS model with full spectrum as input.The overall results demonstrate that the Ridge-RFE method is more efficient to extract the redundant features,make PLS model for better quantitative analysis results and improve model generalization ability. 展开更多

By adding a wavelength of 1600-nm right-circular-polarized field to an 800-nm left-circular-polarized field, HHG is simulated from a real model of neon atom with p orbital, but not from a hydrogen-like atom model with s orbital. The orders of 3n + 1 can be selected while the orders of 3n + 2 are suppressed by adjusting the intensities of the two pulses. Nowadays, distributing network-connected photovoltaic (PV) systems are expanded by merging a PV system and a Direct Current (DC)/Alternating Current (AC) energy converter. DC/AC conversion of PV energy is in great demand for AC applications. The supply of electrical machines and transfer energy to the distribution network is a typical case. In this work, we study and design a DC/AC energy converter using harmonic selective eliminated (HSE) method. To this end, we have combined two power stages connected in derivation. Each power stage is constituted of transistors and transformers. The connection by switching of the two rectangular waves, delivered by each of the stages, makes it possible to create a quasi-sinusoidal output voltage of the inverter. Mathematical equations based on the current-voltage characteristics of the inverter have been developed. The simulation model was validated using experimental data from a 25.2 kWp grid-coupled (PV) system, connected to Gridfit type inverters. The data were exported and implemented in programming software. A good agreement was observed and this shows all the robustness and the technical performances of the energy converter device. It emerges from this analysis that the inverter output voltage and the phase angle thus simulated are very important to control in order to orientate the transfer of the power flow from the continuous cell to cell to the alternating part. Simulated and field-testing results also show that increases in the value of the modulation factor (m) for low power output are highly significant. This study is an important tool for DC/AC inverter designers during initial planning stages. A short presentation of the design model of the inverter has been proposed in this article. 展开更多

The double-phase-shift filtering method,which is based on the traditional purephase-shift filtering method,is a novel approach to harmonic elimination that can be applied to more complicated signals such as white noise and slip-sweep.Nonetheless,any type of phase-shift filtering method necessitates a relationship between the frequency of fundamental sweep and time,which may cost necessitate an enormous amount of human and physical resources to achieve inaccurate results with low efficiency.This paper combines deep learning with harmonic elimination to produce a double-phase-shift filtering method based on AR2UNet,a type of U-Net with attention gates structure and recurrent residual blocks for improving accuracy and function while simplifying computational complexity.The input of the AR2UNet structure in this paper is seismic data of slip-sweep signals in vibroseis,and the output is signal frequency variation with the time of the fundamental waves,which are required to eliminate the harmonic waves and adjacent signals using a double-phase-shift method to obtain the fundamental sweep.The training sets and test sets are formed by forward models,and a Log-Cosh loss function is used to monitor the process,during which the results of AR2U-Net and traditional U-Net are compared to demonstrate the eminent function of AR2UNet.Following that,the outcomes’Log-Cosh loss functions and accuracy are also compared to validate the conclusion.AR2U-Net,when applied to raw data and combined with the doublephase-shift method,tends to polish the filtering effects and is worth promoting. 展开更多

In order to output sine wave with small degree of distortion and improve stability,a type of inverter power supply is designed based on harmonic elimination pulse-width modulation(PWM)control.The rectifier and filter are added to input circuit of the inverter.Single-phrase full-bridge inverter performs the function of converting direct current into alternating current(DC/AC).In the control circuit,single chip micyoco(SCM)AT89C2051 is used for main control chip to accomplish the hardware design of the control system.A given value of output frequency of the inverter is input in the way of coding.According to the output frequency code which is read,SCM AT89C2051 defined harmonic elimination PWM control data which will be selected.Through internal timing control,the switches are switched under this provision of PWM control data.Then the driving signals of the switches in the inverter are output from I/O of SCM AT89C2051 to realize harmonic elimination PWM control.The results show that adding Newton homotopic algorithm of harmonic elimination PWM control to corresponding software of the control system can make the quality of output voltage of the inverter higher and it will have broad application prospects. 展开更多

Recursive feature elimination based on support vector machine (SVM-RFE) has been proposed recently in applica-tion for feature selection in cancer diagnosis. In this paper, SVM-RFE is used to the key variable selection in fault diag-nosis, and an accelerated SVM-RFE procedure based on heuristic criterion is proposed. The data from Tennessee East-man process (TEP) simulator is used to evaluate the effectiveness of the key variable selection using accelerated SVM-RFE (A-SVM-RFE). A-SVM-RFE integrates computational rate and algorithm effectiveness into a consistent framework. It not only can correctly identify the key variables, but also has very good computational rate. In comparison with contribution charts combined with principal component aralysis (PCA) and other two SVM-RFE algorithms, A-SVM-RFE performs better. This paper presents a unique voltage-raising topology for a single-phase seven-level inverter with triple output voltage gain using single input source and two switched capacitors.The output voltage has been boosted up to three times the value of input voltage by configuring the switched capacitors in series and parallel combinations which eliminates the use of additional step-up converters and transformers.The selective harmonic elimination(SHE)approach is used to remove the lower-order harmonics.The optimal switching angles for SHE is determined using the genetic algorithm.These switching angles are com-bined with a level-shifted pulse width modulation(PWM)technique for pulse generation,resulting in reduced total harmonic distortion(THD).A detailed com-parison has been made against other relevant seven-level inverter topologies in terms of the number of switches,drivers,diodes,capacitors,and boosting facil-ities to emphasize the benefits of the proposed model.The proposed topology is simulated using MATLAB/SIMULINK and an experimental prototype has been developed to validate the results.The Digital Signal Processing(DSP)TMS320F2812 board is used to generate the switching pulses for the proposed technique and the experimental results concur with the simulated model outputs. 展开更多

A phenology-based vegetation index for improving ratoon rice mapping using harmonized Landsat and Sentinel-2 data 被引量:2

Ratoon rice,which refers to a second harvest of rice obtained from the regenerated tillers originating from the stubble of the first harvested crop,plays an important role in both food security and agroecology while requiring minimal agricultural inputs.However,accurately identifying ratoon rice crops is challenging due to the similarity of its spectral features with other rice cropping systems(e.g.,double rice).Moreover,images with a high spatiotemporal resolution are essential since ratoon rice is generally cultivated in fragmented croplands within regions that frequently exhibit cloudy and rainy weather.In this study,taking Qichun County in Hubei Province,China as an example,we developed a new phenology-based ratoon rice vegetation index(PRVI)for the purpose of ratoon rice mapping at a 30 m spatial resolution using a robust time series generated from Harmonized Landsat and Sentinel-2(HLS)images.The PRVI that incorporated the red,near-infrared,and shortwave infrared 1 bands was developed based on the analysis of spectro-phenological separability and feature selection.Based on actual field samples,the performance of the PRVI for ratoon rice mapping was carefully evaluated by comparing it to several vegetation indices,including normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI),enhanced vegetation index(EVI)and land surface water index(LSWI).The results suggested that the PRVI could sufficiently capture the specific characteristics of ratoon rice,leading to a favorable separability between ratoon rice and other land cover types.Furthermore,the PRVI showed the best performance for identifying ratoon rice in the phenological phases characterized by grain filling and harvesting to tillering of the ratoon crop(GHS-TS2),indicating that only several images are required to obtain an accurate ratoon rice map.Finally,the PRVI performed better than NDVI,EVI,LSWI and their combination at the GHS-TS2 stages,with producer's accuracy and user's accuracy of 92.22 and 89.30%,respectively.These results demonstrate that the proposed PRVI based on HLS data can effectively identify ratoon rice in fragmented croplands at crucial phenological stages,which is promising for identifying the earliest timing of ratoon rice planting and can provide a fundamental dataset for crop management activities. 展开更多

The harmonic balance method(HBM)is one of the most widely used methods in solving nonlinear vibration problems,and its accuracy and computational efficiency largely depend on the number of the harmonics selected.The adaptive harmonic balance(AHB)method is an improved HBM method.This paper presents a modified AHB method with the asymptotic harmonic selection(AHS)procedure.This new harmonic selection procedure selects harmonics from the frequency spectra of nonlinear terms instead of estimating the contribution of each harmonic to the whole nonlinear response,by which the additional calculation is avoided.A modified continuation method is proposed to deal with the variable size of nonlinear algebraic equations at different values of path parameters,and then all solution branches of the amplitude-frequency response are obtained.Numerical experiments are carried out to verify the performance of the AHB-AHS method.Five typical nonlinear dynamic equations with different types of nonlinearities and excitations are chosen as the illustrative examples.Compared with the classical HBM and Runge-Kutta methods,the proposed AHB-AHS method is of higher accuracy and better convergence.The AHB-AHS method proposed in this paper has the potential to investigate the nonlinear vibrations of complex high-dimensional nonlinear systems. 展开更多

背景:纤维肌痛综合征作为常见风湿病,其发病与中枢敏化及免疫异常有关,但具体过程尚未阐明,缺乏特异性诊断标志物,不断探索该病的发病机制具有重要的临床意义。目的:基于加权基因共表达网络分析(WGCNA)等生物信息学方法和机器学习算法... 背景:纤维肌痛综合征作为常见风湿病,其发病与中枢敏化及免疫异常有关,但具体过程尚未阐明,缺乏特异性诊断标志物,不断探索该病的发病机制具有重要的临床意义。目的:基于加权基因共表达网络分析(WGCNA)等生物信息学方法和机器学习算法筛选纤维肌痛综合征潜在的诊断相关标志基因,并分析其免疫细胞浸润特征。方法:对来自基因表达综合数据库(GEO)的纤维肌痛综合征数据集转录谱进行差异分析和WGCNA分析,整合筛选出差异共表达基因,进一步采用机器学习套索回归(LASSO)算法、支持向量机递归特征消除(SVM-RFE)机器学习算法来识别核心生物标志物,并绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线以评估诊断价值。最后,采用单样本基因集富集分析(ssGSEA)和基因集富集分析(GSEA)评估纤维肌痛综合征的免疫细胞浸润情况及通路富集。结果与结论:①对GSE67311数据集按照log2|(FC)|>0,P<0.05的条件进行差异分析后获得8个下调的差异表达基因;进行WGCNA分析后获得正相关性最高(r=0.22,P=0.04)的模块(MEdarkviolet)内含基因497个,负相关性最高(r=-0.41,P=6×10-5)的模块(MEsalmon2)内含基因19个;将差异表达基因与WGCNA的2个高相关性模块基因取交集,获得7个基因。②对上述7个基因进行LASSO回归算法筛选出4个基因,进行SVM-RFE机器学习算法筛选出5个基因,两者取交集后确定了3个核心基因,分别为重组1号染色体开放阅读框150蛋白(germinal center associated signaling and motility like,GCSAML)、整合素β8(Integrin beta-8,ITGB8)和羧肽酶A3(carboxypeptidase A3,CPA3);绘制3个核心基因的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.744,0.739,0.734,提示均具有很好的诊断价值,可作为纤维肌痛综合征的生物标志物。③免疫浸润分析结果显示,与对照组相比纤维肌痛综合征患者记忆B细胞、CD56 bright NK细胞和肥大细胞显著下调(P<0.05),且与上述3个生物标志物显著正相关(P<0.05)。④富集分析结果提示,纤维肌痛综合征的富集途径包括9条,主要与嗅觉传导、神经活性配体-受体相互作用及感染等通路密切相关。⑤上述结果显示,纤维肌痛综合征的发生发展与多基因参与、免疫调节异常及多个通路失调有关,但这些基因与免疫细胞之间的相互作用,以及它们与各通路之间的关系尚需进一步研究。 展开更多

脾胃病是临床常见病、多发病,历代医家诊疗均重视兼固脾胃。唐旭东教授以董建华院士“通降论”学术思路为基础,结合自身临床实践,创建了脾胃病辨证新八纲,即“脏腑、虚实、气血、寒热”,既是中医临床辨证消化系统疾病的具体抓手和操作... 脾胃病是临床常见病、多发病,历代医家诊疗均重视兼固脾胃。唐旭东教授以董建华院士“通降论”学术思路为基础,结合自身临床实践,创建了脾胃病辨证新八纲,即“脏腑、虚实、气血、寒热”,既是中医临床辨证消化系统疾病的具体抓手和操作技术路线,也是落实“通降论”之理的具体方法。提出“调中复衡”理论是新八纲指导下的具体治疗措施,“调”为斡旋、燮理,“中”为中州脾胃,“复”为恢复之义,“衡”为平衡之义;“中”是“调”的对象,“复”是“调”的作用,“衡”是调的目标。“脾胃为后天之本”“调中复衡”强调了中州脾胃功能的核心作用,也强调了中焦气机升降功能正常和五脏功能协调的重要性。慢性胃炎(CG)是临床上最常见的消化系统疾病,唐旭东教授结合新的社会环境,运用脾胃病辨证新八纲对CG的病因病机进行了新的阐释,并采用“调中复衡”理论治疗GC,取得良效,值得推广。 展开更多

异步电机变频驱动系统在运行过程中会产生大量谐波,引发电机转矩脉动、损耗加重等问题,给电机性能及效率带来直接影响,因此有针对性地控制或消除驱动系统的谐波具有重要的研究意义。该文创新性地提出一种带有自适应谐波消除策略的模型... 异步电机变频驱动系统在运行过程中会产生大量谐波,引发电机转矩脉动、损耗加重等问题,给电机性能及效率带来直接影响,因此有针对性地控制或消除驱动系统的谐波具有重要的研究意义。该文创新性地提出一种带有自适应谐波消除策略的模型预测直接转矩控制(AHE-MPDTC)方法,首次将自适应谐波消除策略引入到模型预测直接转矩控制中,通过调整自适应滤波器的权重,从目标函数得到的主输入信号中消除不期望出现的频率分量,从而获得较为理想的变换器输入参考电压。测试结果表明,所提出的方法在保证系统响应速度的基础上,可以有效消除由于变换器引起的5~25次谐波,从而提升异步电机调速系统的稳定性。 展开更多

针对水下慢速小目标已有跟踪轨迹特征性能不优、信息冗余而导致分类识别性能不佳的问题,提出了利用改进支持向量数据描述(ISVDD)和递归特征消除(RFE)的ISVDD-RFE轨迹特征选择方法。首先,所提方法选择单分类SVDD以适配小目标分类识别所... 针对水下慢速小目标已有跟踪轨迹特征性能不优、信息冗余而导致分类识别性能不佳的问题,提出了利用改进支持向量数据描述(ISVDD)和递归特征消除(RFE)的ISVDD-RFE轨迹特征选择方法。首先,所提方法选择单分类SVDD以适配小目标分类识别所面临的小样本、类不平衡问题,通过逐步递归消除实现小目标的轨迹特征优选;其次,为提升SVDD-RFE轨迹特征选择能力,从递归效率、相关性和稳健性三个方面改善递归过程;最后,为克服SVDD缺乏全局信息的固有缺陷,从特征区分性和特征态势两方面评估所选轨迹特征,提升整体分类识别性能。实测数据处理结果表明,采用所提方法进行轨迹特征选择后,蛙人目标的精确率从93.8%提升至94.9%,召回率从84.7%提升至91.1%;无人水下航行器目标的精确率从89.0%提升至94.7%,召回率从83.1%提升至85.2%;小目标平均分类准确率从87.7%提升至91.5%。在小样本、类不平衡条件下,所提方法具有优于传统方法的性能。 展开更多

Intrusion detection systems play a vital role in cyberspace security.In this study,a network intrusion detection method based on the feature selection algorithm(FSA)and a deep learning model is developed using a fusion of a recursive feature elimination(RFE)algorithm and a bidirectional gated recurrent unit(BGRU).Particularly,the RFE algorithm is employed to select features from high-dimensional data to reduce weak correlations between features and remove redundant features in the numerical feature space.Then,a neural network that combines the BGRU and multilayer perceptron(MLP)is adopted to extract deep intrusion behavior features.Finally,a support vector machine(SVM)classifier is used to classify intrusion behaviors.The proposed model is verified by experiments on the NSL-KDD dataset.The results indicate that the proposed model achieves a 90.25%accuracy and a 97.51%detection rate in binary classification and outperforms other machine learning and deep learning models in intrusion classification.The proposed method can provide new insight into network intrusion detection. 展开更多

为实现配电网谐波源定位欠定方程组的准确求解,提出用套索回归实现配电网谐波源定位。套索回归通过引入惩罚项,对无谐波源的节点电流进行压缩,以降低方程组的欠定程度。以残差平方和最小为目标对节点的谐波电流进行估计,得到配电网谐波... 为实现配电网谐波源定位欠定方程组的准确求解,提出用套索回归实现配电网谐波源定位。套索回归通过引入惩罚项,对无谐波源的节点电流进行压缩,以降低方程组的欠定程度。以残差平方和最小为目标对节点的谐波电流进行估计,得到配电网谐波源定位稀疏方程的最优解,根据求解的谐波电流判断谐波源的位置,并利用IEEE33节点系统进行仿真验证。结果表明,本文方法可准确确定谐波源位置,与最小二乘法和岭回归及正交匹配相比,本文方法求解结果的误差更小、精度更高,当量测点数量越少时,本文方法的优势越明显。因此,本文方法估计结果准确,抗干扰能力强。 展开更多
