Synthesizing findings from 125 studies published between 2010 and 2024, the paper identifies key achievements, including improved patient compliance, enhanced diagnostic capabilities, and expanded access to care in underserved areas. Tele-dentistry has been pivotal in bridging geographical gaps, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, while AI tools have revolutionized diagnostics and personalized treatment planning. Wearable devices and mHealth applications have empowered patients with real-time feedback, fostering sustained adherence to oral hygiene practices. The review also highlights the potential of digital tools to reduce healthcare disparities and operational costs, paving the way for more equitable and efficient dental care. The High-Temperature Biaxial Testing Apparatus(HTBTA)is a critical tool for studying the damage and failure mechanisms of heat-resistant composite materials under extreme conditions.However,existing methods for managi...The High-Temperature Biaxial Testing Apparatus(HTBTA)is a critical tool for studying the damage and failure mechanisms of heat-resistant composite materials under extreme conditions.However,existing methods for managing and monitoring such apparatus face challenges,including limited real-time modeling capabilities,inadequate integration of multi-source data,and inefficiencies in human-machine interaction.To address these gaps,this study proposes a novel digital twin-driven framework for HTBTA,encompassing the design,validation,operation,and maintenance phases.By integrating advanced modeling techniques,such as finite element analysis and Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)networks,the digital twin enables high-fidelity simulation,real-time predictive modeling,and robust remote monitoring of HTBTA.The research contributes to bridging the knowledge gap in applying digital twin technology to high-temperature multi-axial testing systems.Unlike existing solutions,the proposed approach achieves synchronization error,real-time monitoring with ms delay,and predictive accuracy for temperature<2%<100distributions under extreme conditions up to 2500℃.The findings highlight the effectiveness of the digital twin in improving system reliability,enhancing interaction efficiency,and reducing maintenance costs.This study not only advances the application of digital twin technology in high-temperature material testing but also establishes a foundation for broader adoption in aerospace,automotive,and other industrial sectors.Future research directions include exploring non-proportional loading scenarios,expanding multi-environment simulations,and integrating in-situ observation techniques.展开更多
As smart contracts,represented by Solidity,become deeply integrated into the manufacturing industry,blockchain-based Digital Twins(DT)has gained momentum in recent years.Most of the blockchain infrastructures in wides...As smart contracts,represented by Solidity,become deeply integrated into the manufacturing industry,blockchain-based Digital Twins(DT)has gained momentum in recent years.Most of the blockchain infrastructures in widespread use today are based on the Proof-of-Work(PoW)mechanism,and the process of creating blocks is known as“mining”.Mining becomes increasingly difficult as the blockchain grows in size and the number of on-chain business systems increases.To lower the threshold of participation in the mining process,“mining pools”have been created.Miners can cooperate and share the mining rewards according to the hashrate they contributed to the pool.Stratum is the most widely used communication protocol between miners and mining pools.Its security is essential for the participants.In this paper,we propose two novel Man-In-The-Middle(MITM)attack schemes against Stratum,which allow attackers to steal miners'hashrate to any mining pool using hijacked TCP connections.Compared with existing attacks,our work is more secretive,more suitable for the real-world environment,and more harmful.The Proof-of-Concept(PoC)shows that our schemes work perfectly on most mining softwares and pools.Furthermore,we present a lightweight AI-driven approach based on protocol-level feature analysis to detect Stratum MITM for blockchain-based DTs.Its detection model consists of three layers:feature extraction layer,vectorization layer,and detection layer.Experiments prove that our detection approach can effectively detect Stratum MITM traffic with 98%accuracy.Our work alerts the communities and provides possible mitigation against these more hidden and profitable attack schemes.展开更多
Objectives:Childhood and adolescent obesity are an increasing global health concern.This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of digital components and interaction types in counseling interventions for prevention...Objectives:Childhood and adolescent obesity are an increasing global health concern.This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of digital components and interaction types in counseling interventions for prevention and treatment.Methods:All studies were searched in online databases and grey literature,including PubMed(Medline),Web of Science,CINAHL,Scopus,IEEE Xplore Digital Library,Journal of Medical Internet Research(JMIR),MedNar,EBSco Open Dissertations.The search period is from inception to June 2023,and the languages are Finnish,English and Swedish.The research quality was evaluated using the web-based data management system Covidence for prevalence studies.The study protocol was registered with PROSPERO(registration number:CRD42021247595).Results:In this review,4,407 studies were screened,and 22 were included.These involved 3,433 participants and 264 child-parent pairs.The digital approaches included multicomponent elements like internet platforms,text messaging,video conferencing,online communities,wearable technology,and mobile apps,allowing one-way,two-way,and face-to-face interactions.Two studies showed statistically significant effects of treatment on BMI and waist-to-hip ratio.Most interventions reported positive outcomes,with no significant differences between groups,and none showed null effects during followup.Conclusions:Digital multicomponents like mobile apps and wearables can help obese children and adolescents adopt healthier lifestyles.While these interventions show promise for obesity management,further research is needed to assess their effectiveness,particularly regarding nurses'perspectives.展开更多

Objective:To understand the current situation of career planning awareness and readiness of freshman medical students with a background in digital medicine,and to provide references for optimizing the medical educatio...Objective:To understand the current situation of career planning awareness and readiness of freshman medical students with a background in digital medicine,and to provide references for optimizing the medical education system and career guidance.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on freshman medical students at a university in Yunnan Province using questionnaire survey.Results:A total of 272 questionnaires were distributed and 264 valid questionnaires were returned,yielding an effective response rate of 97.10%.The average score of digital medical awareness of freshman medical students was(70.50±8.81),and 63.63%of the students had a high awareness(score≧70);The average score of career planning awareness and readiness of freshman medical students was(91.76±14.87),and 60.63%of students had high awareness and readiness(score≧90).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of digital medical awareness was positively correlated with the total score of career planning awareness and readiness(r=0.13,P<0.05).Conclusion:Freshman medical students’career planning awareness and readiness are generally good,but their practical application of digital medical-related skills still needs improvement.It is suggested that schools strengthen the integration of interdisciplinary curriculum,introduce digital vocational training modules,and formulate differentiated guidance strategies for different majors to enhance students’professional competitiveness in the digital medical era.展开更多

As stated in the Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),innovation remains at the heart of China’s modernization drive,and it is vital to optimize the allocation of innovation resou...As stated in the Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),innovation remains at the heart of China’s modernization drive,and it is vital to optimize the allocation of innovation resources,deepen structural scientific and technological reforms,and enhance the overall performance of China’s innovation system.Government incentives have boosted firm R&D and innovation efforts;however,they have also triggered an innovation dilemma where enterprises,capitalizing on their informational advantages,resort to innovation-washing behaviors that undermine the intended purpose of the policies.Based on the information asymmetry theory,this paper conducts an empirical study on how the digital economy affects firms’innovation-washing behavior.The development of the regional digital economy could suppress firm innovation-washing behavior in the region,and such a mitigation effect is primarily caused by an increase in the number of digital industry professionals.According to our heterogeneity analysis,the digital economy has a greater impact on firm innovation-washing behavior for certain types of enterprises,including non-state-owned enterprises(non-SOEs),small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),enterprises in less competitive industries,and enterprises in unfavorable business environments.Our mechanism analysis revealed that the digital economy may restrain innovation-washing behavior by reducing information asymmetry between enterprises and external stakeholders.In terms of economic outcomes,the digital economy has the potential to directly influence firm innovation output while also indirectly mitigating the subsequent decline in innovation output by discouraging innovation-washing.This paper enriches the research findings on how the digital economy breaks down“information silos”and offers a potential solution to the“emphasis on input and quantity over quality and efficiency”phenomenon in science and technology innovation practices.展开更多

Tele-dentistry has been pivotal in bridging geographical gaps, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, while AI tools have revolutionized diagnostics and personalized treatment planning. Wearable devices and mHealth applications have empowered patients with real-time feedback, fostering sustained adherence to oral hygiene practices. The review also highlights the potential of digital tools to reduce healthcare disparities and operational costs, paving the way for more equitable and efficient dental care. By outlining critical advancements and future directions, this paper underscores the transformative potential of digital health technologies in dentistry. 文摘The High-Temperature Biaxial Testing Apparatus(HTBTA)is a critical tool for studying the damage and failure mechanisms of heat-resistant composite materials under extreme conditions.However,existing methods for managing and monitoring such apparatus face challenges,including limited real-time modeling capabilities,inadequate integration of multi-source data,and inefficiencies in human-machine interaction.To address these gaps,this study proposes a novel digital twin-driven framework for HTBTA,encompassing the design,validation,operation,and maintenance phases.By integrating advanced modeling techniques,such as finite element analysis and Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)networks,the digital twin enables high-fidelity simulation,real-time predictive modeling,and robust remote monitoring of HTBTA.The research contributes to bridging the knowledge gap in applying digital twin technology to high-temperature multi-axial testing systems.Unlike existing solutions,the proposed approach achieves synchronization error,real-time monitoring with ms delay,and predictive accuracy for temperature<2%<100distributions under extreme conditions up to 2500℃.The findings highlight the effectiveness of the digital twin in improving system reliability,enhancing interaction efficiency,and reducing maintenance costs.This study not only advances the application of digital twin technology in high-temperature material testing but also establishes a foundation for broader adoption in aerospace,automotive,and other industrial sectors.Future research directions include exploring non-proportional loading scenarios,expanding multi-environment simulations,and integrating in-situ observation techniques.
文摘As smart contracts,represented by Solidity,become deeply integrated into the manufacturing industry,blockchain-based Digital Twins(DT)has gained momentum in recent years.Most of the blockchain infrastructures in widespread use today are based on the Proof-of-Work(PoW)mechanism,and the process of creating blocks is known as“mining”.Mining becomes increasingly difficult as the blockchain grows in size and the number of on-chain business systems increases.To lower the threshold of participation in the mining process,“mining pools”have been created.Miners can cooperate and share the mining rewards according to the hashrate they contributed to the pool.Stratum is the most widely used communication protocol between miners and mining pools.Its security is essential for the participants.In this paper,we propose two novel Man-In-The-Middle(MITM)attack schemes against Stratum,which allow attackers to steal miners'hashrate to any mining pool using hijacked TCP connections.Compared with existing attacks,our work is more secretive,more suitable for the real-world environment,and more harmful.The Proof-of-Concept(PoC)shows that our schemes work perfectly on most mining softwares and pools.Furthermore,we present a lightweight AI-driven approach based on protocol-level feature analysis to detect Stratum MITM for blockchain-based DTs.Its detection model consists of three layers:feature extraction layer,vectorization layer,and detection layer.Experiments prove that our detection approach can effectively detect Stratum MITM traffic with 98%accuracy.Our work alerts the communities and provides possible mitigation against these more hidden and profitable attack schemes.
文摘Objectives:Childhood and adolescent obesity are an increasing global health concern.This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of digital components and interaction types in counseling interventions for prevention and treatment.Methods:All studies were searched in online databases and grey literature,including PubMed(Medline),Web of Science,CINAHL,Scopus,IEEE Xplore Digital Library,Journal of Medical Internet Research(JMIR),MedNar,EBSco Open Dissertations.The search period is from inception to June 2023,and the languages are Finnish,English and Swedish.The research quality was evaluated using the web-based data management system Covidence for prevalence studies.The study protocol was registered with PROSPERO(registration number:CRD42021247595).Results:In this review,4,407 studies were screened,and 22 were included.These involved 3,433 participants and 264 child-parent pairs.The digital approaches included multicomponent elements like internet platforms,text messaging,video conferencing,online communities,wearable technology,and mobile apps,allowing one-way,two-way,and face-to-face interactions.Two studies showed statistically significant effects of treatment on BMI and waist-to-hip ratio.Most interventions reported positive outcomes,with no significant differences between groups,and none showed null effects during followup.Conclusions:Digital multicomponents like mobile apps and wearables can help obese children and adolescents adopt healthier lifestyles.While these interventions show promise for obesity management,further research is needed to assess their effectiveness,particularly regarding nurses'perspectives.
文摘The original intention of the algorithmic recommender system is to grapple with the negative impacts caused by information overload,but the system also can be used as"hypernudge",a new form of online manipulation,to inten⁃tionally exploit people's cognitive and decision-making gaps to influence their decisions in practice,which is particu⁃larly detrimental to the sustainable development of the digital market.Limiting harmful algorithmic online manipula⁃tion in digital markets has become a challenging task.Globally,both the EU and China have responded to this issue,and the differences between them are so evident that their governance measures can serve as the typical case.The EU focuses on improving citizens'digital literacy and their ability to integrate into digital social life to independently ad⁃dress this issue,and expects to address harmful manipulation behavior through binding and applicable hard law,which is part of the digital strategy.By comparison,although there exist certain legal norms that have made relevant stipula⁃tions on manipulation issues,China continues to issue specific departmental regulations to regulate algorithmic recom⁃mender services,and pays more attention to addressing collective harm caused by algorithmic online manipulation through a multiple co-governance approach led by the government or industry associations to implement supervision.

文摘In the context of the digital transformation of vocational education,a quality evaluation index system has been constructed.Based on a questionnaire survey conducted among higher vocational colleges and enterprises in Hainan Province,it has been found that the quality of vocational education generally depends on the talent training program and professional construction at the macro level.At the meso level,the teacher level and teaching environment are critical,while at the micro level,the evaluation of talent training quality cannot be underestimated.Strategies for quality improvement in vocational education are proposed from the perspectives of talent training programs,major construction,teacher development,teaching environment,and talent training quality,all under the lens of digital transformation.

文摘Green development and the low-carbon economy in China have operated as parallel,distinct systems,with interactions limited to energy,industry,and technology.Guided by the concept of high-quality growth,green development—centered on sustainability principles and green targets—has focused on green living,production,industrial optimization,system-building,land-use planning,and global ecological objectives,thereby forming a uniquely Chinese green development framework.Similarly,the low-carbon economy,structured around carbon emission goals,development drivers,models of growth,management mechanisms,and international carbon responsibilities,has also developed a distinct framework.Introducing digital intelligence as a new dimension can serve as a coupling point to foster interactive mechanisms between green development and the low-carbon economy.These interactive mechanisms are reflected through smart green cloud collaboration systems and intelligent low-carbon governance platforms,using digital intelligence technology to enhance the synergy between green and low-carbon efforts in energy,carbon management,technology,innovation,governance,and the economy.Through analyzing these mechanisms,and returning to sustainability principles while responding to China's modern development philosophy,a uniquely Chinese theory and framework for green and low-carbon development can be constructed.
文摘Objective:To understand the current situation of career planning awareness and readiness of freshman medical students with a background in digital medicine,and to provide references for optimizing the medical education system and career guidance.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on freshman medical students at a university in Yunnan Province using questionnaire survey.Results:A total of 272 questionnaires were distributed and 264 valid questionnaires were returned,yielding an effective response rate of 97.10%.The average score of digital medical awareness of freshman medical students was(70.50±8.81),and 63.63%of the students had a high awareness(score≧70);The average score of career planning awareness and readiness of freshman medical students was(91.76±14.87),and 60.63%of students had high awareness and readiness(score≧90).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of digital medical awareness was positively correlated with the total score of career planning awareness and readiness(r=0.13,P<0.05).Conclusion:Freshman medical students’career planning awareness and readiness are generally good,but their practical application of digital medical-related skills still needs improvement.It is suggested that schools strengthen the integration of interdisciplinary curriculum,introduce digital vocational training modules,and formulate differentiated guidance strategies for different majors to enhance students’professional competitiveness in the digital medical era.
文摘With the continuous advancement of computer and information technology,education and teaching methods have undergone profound changes.Addressing the challenges in the Engine Structure Principle course-such as its highly practical nature,complex principles,and difficulty in student comprehension-a simulation program for the engine oil supply regulation system was developed using digital technology.This paper analyzes key factors affecting engine fuel supply,including tank pressure,engine inlet total temperature,and fuel viscosity.By encouraging inquiry-based learning,the approach enhances students’understanding of theoretical knowledge,improves teaching efficiency,and yields positive learning outcomes.Additionally,the CDIO(Conceiving-Designing-Implementing-Operating)teaching framework is integrated into the course,strengthening students’ability to apply knowledge comprehensively and collaborate effectively in teams.

文摘Road infrastructure is facing significant digitalization challenges within the context of new infrastructure construction in China and worldwide.Among the advanced digital technologies,digital twin(DT)has gained prominence across various engineering sectors,including the manufacturing and construction industries.Specifically,road engineering has demonstrated a growing interest in DT and has achieved promising results in DT-related applications over the past several years.This paper systematically introduces the development of DT and examines its current state in road engineering by reviewing research articles on DT-enabling technologies,such as model creation,condition sensing,data processing,and interaction,as well as its applications throughout the lifecycle of road infrastructure.The findings indicate that research has primarily focused on data perception and virtual model creation,while realtime data processing and interaction between physical and virtual models remain underexplored.DT in road engineering has been predominantly applied during the operation and maintenance phases,with limited attention given to the construction and demolition phases.Future efforts should focus on establishing uniform standards,developing innovative perception and data interaction techniques,optimizing development costs,and expanding the scope of lifecycle applications to facilitate the digital transformation of road engineering.This review provides a comprehensive overview of state-of-the-art advancements in this field and paves the way for leveraging DT in road infrastructure lifecycle management.

文摘As stated in the Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),innovation remains at the heart of China’s modernization drive,and it is vital to optimize the allocation of innovation resources,deepen structural scientific and technological reforms,and enhance the overall performance of China’s innovation system.Government incentives have boosted firm R&D and innovation efforts;however,they have also triggered an innovation dilemma where enterprises,capitalizing on their informational advantages,resort to innovation-washing behaviors that undermine the intended purpose of the policies.Based on the information asymmetry theory,this paper conducts an empirical study on how the digital economy affects firms’innovation-washing behavior.The development of the regional digital economy could suppress firm innovation-washing behavior in the region,and such a mitigation effect is primarily caused by an increase in the number of digital industry professionals.According to our heterogeneity analysis,the digital economy has a greater impact on firm innovation-washing behavior for certain types of enterprises,including non-state-owned enterprises(non-SOEs),small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),enterprises in less competitive industries,and enterprises in unfavorable business environments.Our mechanism analysis revealed that the digital economy may restrain innovation-washing behavior by reducing information asymmetry between enterprises and external stakeholders.In terms of economic outcomes,the digital economy has the potential to directly influence firm innovation output while also indirectly mitigating the subsequent decline in innovation output by discouraging innovation-washing.This paper enriches the research findings on how the digital economy breaks down“information silos”and offers a potential solution to the“emphasis on input and quantity over quality and efficiency”phenomenon in science and technology innovation practices.

文摘Quantum digital signature(QDS)can guarantee the information-theoretical security of a signature with the fundamental laws of quantum physics.However,most current QDS protocols do not take source security into account,leading to an overestimation of the signature rate.In this paper,we propose to utilize Hong–Ou–Mandel interference to characterize the upper bound of the source imperfections,and further to quantify information leakage from potential side-channels.Additionally,we combine decoy-state methods and finite-size analysis in analyzing the signature rate.Simulation results demonstrate the performance and feasibility of our approach.Our current work can improve the practical security of QDS systems,thereby promoting their further networked applications.
