The geometry of an inductively coupled plasma (ICP) etcher is usually considered to be an important factor for determining both plasma and process uniformity over a large wafer. During the past few decades, these parameters were determined by the "trial and error" method, resulting in wastes of time and funds. In this paper, a new approach of regression orthogonal design with plasma simulation experiments is proposed to investigate the sensitivity of the structural parameters on the uniformity of plasma characteristics. The tool for simulating plasma is CFD-ACE+, which is commercial multi-physical modeling software that has been proven to be accurate for plasma simulation. The simulated experimental results are analyzed to get a regression equation on three structural parameters. Through this equation, engineers can compute the uniformity of the electron number density rapidly without modeling by CFD-ACE+. An optimization performed at the end produces good results. 展开更多

Based on the numerical simulation analysis, structure parameters of the high pressure fuel pump and common rail as well as flow limiter are designed and the GD-1 high pressure common rail fuel injection system is self-developed. Fuel injection characteristics experiment is performed on the GD-1 system. And double-factor variance analysis is applied to investigate the influence of the rail pressure and injection pulse width on the consistency of fuel injection quantity, thus to test whether the design of structure parameters is sound accordingly. The results of experiment and test show that rail pressure and injection pulse width as well as their mutual-effect have no influence on the injection quantity consistency, which proves that the structure parameters design is successful and performance of GD-1 system is sound. 展开更多

The anti-seismic standards provide two basic m... : Consideration of the dynamic effects of the site and structural parameter uncertainty is required by the standards for nuclear power plants (NPPs) in most countries. The anti-seismic standards provide two basic methods to analyze parameter uncertainty. Directly manually dealing with the calculated floor response spectra (FRS) values of deterministic approaches is the first method. The second method is to perform probability statistical analysis of the FRS results on the basis of the Monte Carlo method. The two methods can only reflect the overall effects of the uncertain parameters, and the results cannot be screened for a certain parameter's influence and contribution. In this study, based on the dynamic analyses of the floor response spectra of NPPs, a comprehensive index of the assessed impact for various uncertain parameters is presented and recommended, including the correlation coefficient, the regression slope coefficient and Tornado swing. To compensate for the lack of guidance in the NPP seismic standards, the proposed method can effectively be used to evaluate the contributions of various parameters from the aspects &sensitivity, acuity and statistical swing correlations. Finally, examples are provided to verify the set of indicators from systematic and intuitive perspectives, such as the uncertainty of the impact of the structure parameters and the contribution to the FRS of NPPs. The index is sensitive to different types of parameters, which provides a new technique for evaluating the anti-seismic parameters required for NPPs. 展开更多

Purpose–To investigate the influence of vehicle operation speed,curve geometry parameters and rail profile parameters on wheel–rail creepage in high-speed railway curves and propose a multi-parameter coordinated optimization strategy to reduce wheel–rail contact fatigue damage.Design/methodology/approach–Taking a small-radius curve of a high-speed railway as the research object,field measurements were conducted to obtain track parameters and wheel–rail profiles.A coupled vehicle-track dynamics model was established.Multiple numerical experiments were designed using the Latin Hypercube Sampling method to extract wheel-rail creepage indicators and construct a parameter-creepage response surface model.Findings–Key service parameters affecting wheel–rail creepage were identified,including the matching relationship between curve geometry and vehicle speed and rail profile parameters.The influence patterns of various parameters on wheel–rail creepage were revealed through response surface analysis,leading to the establishment of parameter optimization criteria.Originality/value–This study presents the systematic investigation of wheel–rail creepage characteristics under multi-parameter coupling in high-speed railway curves.A response surface-based parameter-creepage relationship model was established,and a multi-parameter coordinated optimization strategy was proposed.The research findings provide theoretical guidance for controlling wheel–rail contact fatigue damage and optimizing wheel–rail profiles in high-speed railway curves. 展开更多

In order to realize the optimal design of the industrial robot arm structure,an optimization method of the industrial robot arm structure based on green manufacturing technology is proposed.The stability of arm structure parameter acquisition can be controlled.The quantitative adjustment model of structural optimization parameters is constructed.The differential fusion control of the arm structure is realized.This paper analyzes the structure parameter law of the robot arm.We use dynamic parameter prediction and output torque parameter compensation method to control the arm structure.According to the adaptive iterative processing results,the arm structure parameter identification is realized.According to the identification results,the cutting parameter optimization method is adopted for the analytical control of the arm structure,and finally the optimized design of the industrial robot arm structure is realized through the green manufacturing technology.The simulation test results show that for the accuracy of the industrial robot arm structure design,this method is better,the output stability is higher,and the arm motion trajectory has a low deviation from the actual motion trajectory,which improves the optimization control and design capabilities of the industrial robot arm structure. 展开更多

In view of the skeleton system constitution and structural characteristic of the cheetah, the team applied structure design, stimulation analysis and parameter optimization to developing the cheetah robot. In addition, after the invention of cheetah robot's anterior lumbar vertebra based on its functional attribute and connectivity attribute, the Solidworks Simulation was utilized to analyze the design, according to which improvement on the lumbar vertebra was made. In modern vehicles, electronic throttle(ET) has been widely utilized to control the airflow into gasoline engine. To solve the control difficulties with an ET, such as strong nonlinearity,unknown model parameters and input saturation constraints,an adaptive sliding-mode tracking control strategy for an ET is presented. Compared with the existing control strategies for an ET, input saturation constraints and parameter uncertainties are adequately considered in the proposed control strategy. At first, the nonlinear dynamic model for control of an ET is described. According to the dynamical model, the nonlinear adaptive sliding-mode tracking control method is presented,where parameter adaptive laws and auxiliary design system are employed. Parameter adaptive law is given to estimate the unknown parameter with an ET. An auxiliary system is designed,and its state is utilized in the tracking control method to handle the input saturation. Stability proof and analysis of the adaptive sliding-mode control method is performed by using Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, the reliability and feasibility of the proposed control strategy are evaluated by computer simulation.Simulation research shows that the proposed sliding-mode control strategy can provide good control performance for an ET. 展开更多

The cross-sectional and configurational parameters are optimized simultaneously. The numerical simulation of a 4R spatial manipulator is performed. Intelligent structures like zero Poisson’s ratio(ZPR)cellular structures have been widely applied to the engineering fields such as morphing wings in recent decades,owing to their outstanding characteristics including light weight and low effective modulus. In-plane and out-of-plane mechanical properties of ZPR cellular structures are investigated in this paper. A theoretical method for calculating in-plane tensile modulus,in-plane shear modulus and out-of-plane bending modulus of ZPR cellular structures is proposed,and the impacts of the unit cell geometrical configurations on in-plane tensile modulus,in-plane shear modulus and out-of-plane bending modulus are studied systematically based on finite element(FE)simulation. Experimental tests validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the theoretical and FE analysis. And the results show that the in-plane and out-of-plane mechanical properties of ZPR cellular structures can be manipulated by designing cell geometrical parameters. 展开更多

Based on analysis of human hand grasp, the finger number and the kinematic pair pattern are decided. Aiming at the parameters of each finger, a multi-objective function for optimizing the structure of multi-fingered hand was proposed. Considering the peculiarity of tooth-arrangement and dexterous hand grasp, the constraints were established, and a satisfactory result was gained. Furthermore, the optimal results were analyzed, and a law of parameter optimal design was given. It is proved that this optimization method is effective to optimize the relation of each parameter and make it integrated optimum under each standard. At last, the practical workspace of this hand was analysed and simulated. And a new effective simulation method of workspace was proposed. 展开更多

研究目的:采用无砟轨道是重载铁路的发展趋势,结构设计参数是开展重载铁路桥上无砟轨道设计的关键。本文建立车-轨-桥系统耦合动力分析模型,研究钢轨形式、道床板宽度和道床板厚度对系统动力特性的影响规律,采用层次分析法综合评价,提... 研究目的:采用无砟轨道是重载铁路的发展趋势,结构设计参数是开展重载铁路桥上无砟轨道设计的关键。本文建立车-轨-桥系统耦合动力分析模型,研究钢轨形式、道床板宽度和道床板厚度对系统动力特性的影响规律,采用层次分析法综合评价,提出单层长枕埋入式无砟轨道关键设计参数取值。研究结论:(1)与60 kg/m钢轨相比,采用75 kg/m钢轨时车体垂向加速度和轮轨垂向力增大,轨道结构位移和受力减小;(2)随着道床板的宽度和厚度增大,结构垂向振动位移随之增大,车体垂向加速度、轮轨垂向力、轮重减载率、桥梁垂向加速度、扣件反力和道床板与桥梁接触应力均随之减小;(3)桥上无砟轨道系统动力综合评价结果随道床板宽度和厚度的增加而减小;(4)结合无砟轨道的动力特性及工程投资,建议重载铁路桥上单层长枕埋入式无砟轨道采用60 kg/m钢轨,道床板宽度取3.0 m,道床板厚度取0.275 m;(5)本研究成果可为桥上单层长枕埋入式无砟轨道结构设计参数取值提供参考。 展开更多

针对汽车中屏罩塑件为扭曲非规则形状,模腔难以获得均衡充填、内壁附加特征多难以实现自动脱模的注塑成型难题,首先运用计算机辅助工程(CAE)分析手段优化获得了塑件模腔的注塑成型方案,方案中模腔充填浇口优化设置为3个侧浇口,流道采用... 针对汽车中屏罩塑件为扭曲非规则形状,模腔难以获得均衡充填、内壁附加特征多难以实现自动脱模的注塑成型难题,首先运用计算机辅助工程(CAE)分析手段优化获得了塑件模腔的注塑成型方案,方案中模腔充填浇口优化设置为3个侧浇口,流道采用热流道+冷流道复合式浇注系统。针对充填过程中出现的各分部之间注塑不平衡问题,在充填末端创新地附加开设辅助流动通道,使分部之间注塑不平衡差异减小到5 MPa左右,有效避免了塑件注塑飞边等潜在缺陷的发生。针对塑件难脱模问题,采用脱模方向集成设计法优化设计了21个脱模机构用于塑件的自动化脱模,其中包括14个斜顶机构,1个动模滑块机构和6个直顶块顶出机构。斜顶机构中,在推板顶出行程有限的情况下,将14个斜顶机构优化设计为3种类型的斜顶机构,分别为双斜顶杆增程斜顶机构、单斜顶杆增程斜顶机构和斜顶杆无增程斜顶机构。通过上述优化设计,模具结构设计为一种两板热流道单腔单次开模模具,结构紧凑实用,动作可靠,有效地解决了塑件注塑成型难题。 展开更多

为研制一种能实现快速行走、运动灵活性好的仿生四足机器人,对一种能够实现机构末端位置行程放大的2自由度并联机构进行运动性能分析与结构参数优化,并将优化结果应用到仿生四足机器人的腿部机构,研制出样机。首先,推导2自由度并联行程... 为研制一种能实现快速行走、运动灵活性好的仿生四足机器人,对一种能够实现机构末端位置行程放大的2自由度并联机构进行运动性能分析与结构参数优化,并将优化结果应用到仿生四足机器人的腿部机构,研制出样机。首先,推导2自由度并联行程放大机构位置反解,建立机构的线速度雅克比矩阵,对机构的工作空间进行分析。其次,建立机构运动灵活性能评价指标,揭示主要结构参数对灵活性能指标的影响规律。然后,采用容限加权法确定一组合理的结构参数,使运动灵活性能指标达到最优。最后,根据优化的结构参数设计出仿生四足机器人腿部机构和整体的虚拟样机,并进行虚拟样机运动仿真。仿真结果表明:并联行程放大机构各驱动参数变化平稳,理论速度和仿真速度误差在±1.6×10-6m/s范围内,验证仿生四足机器人腿部机构设计方案和结构参数的合理性及理论推导的正确性,为该仿生四足机器人的进一步研究奠定了基础。 展开更多

突触形光声池的设计优化与性能评估

提出了一种针对异形光声池的参数优化方法,该方法结合了试验设计与非支配排序遗传算法,设计了一种突触形光声池并确定了其最佳尺寸,模拟了突触形光声池的声场与流场特性,比较了最优尺寸下突触形光声池与传统圆柱形光声池的各项性能指标... 提出了一种针对异形光声池的参数优化方法,该方法结合了试验设计与非支配排序遗传算法,设计了一种突触形光声池并确定了其最佳尺寸,模拟了突触形光声池的声场与流场特性,比较了最优尺寸下突触形光声池与传统圆柱形光声池的各项性能指标。优化后的突触形光声池声压相对增长了41.8%、品质因数相对增长了16.03%,涡旋回流得到了改善,瞬态浓度平衡所需调节时间相对降低了62.75%,腔体容积相对降低了66.27%,各性能优化效果显著。以此为基础,搭建了NO_(2)光声光谱检测系统,实验结果表明,突触形光声池的谐振频率为2553 Hz,品质因数约为70.16,响应速度快,具有较好的稳定性,结构紧凑。为提升光声光谱检测系统中光声池性能的结构设计与参数优化提供参考。 展开更多

研究目的:钟祥汉江特大桥为新建沪渝蓉高速铁路武汉至宜昌段的关键控制性工程,为满足通航及防洪要求,该桥主桥采用(60+78+270+78+60)m双塔双索面预应力混凝土斜拉桥,是目前国内时速350 km无砟轨道高速铁路最大跨度的混凝土主梁斜拉桥。... 研究目的:钟祥汉江特大桥为新建沪渝蓉高速铁路武汉至宜昌段的关键控制性工程,为满足通航及防洪要求,该桥主桥采用(60+78+270+78+60)m双塔双索面预应力混凝土斜拉桥,是目前国内时速350 km无砟轨道高速铁路最大跨度的混凝土主梁斜拉桥。本文根据该桥的受力特点,对大跨度预应力混凝土斜拉桥的设计开展深入研究。研究结论:(1)主梁采用预应力混凝土梁截面,从桥梁成桥状态、主梁梁高、索塔高度等方面开展研究,选择合理的结构设计方案,主梁工后徐变值控制至22.5 mm,无砟轨道与桥梁具有良好适应性;(2)钟祥汉江特大桥具有良好的静动力特性,该桥受力性能良好,安全可靠;(3)采用60 m弦中点弦测法所计算轨道静态长波不平顺设计值为4.9 mm,满足轨道验收标准要求;(4)设置桥轨一体化健康监测系统,以及时掌握桥梁与轨道结构在各种荷载作用下的响应特征与运营状况;(5)该桥的成功实施,对大跨度预应力混凝土梁在时速350 km无砟轨道桥梁上的应用具有积极意义,可供同类工程借鉴。 展开更多
