Based on empirical research and guided by the “graduate-levelization of the teaching staff”, this paper discusses the multi-dimensional impact of the “competition fever” existing in current teacher education on normal students and reveals the essence of “disregarding knowledge” behind it. The interviews reveal that teacher education oriented towards competitions has problems such as uneven distribution of resources, neglect of individual differences, and knowledge deviation, and it is urgent to promote the comprehensive development of knowledge and ability through optimizing the evaluation system, strengthening the learning of basic knowledge, and establishing a diversion mechanism.展开更多
