The construction and practice of humanistic care teaching model based on 5C care theory

Objective:To construct a scientific and feasible teaching mode based on 5C caring theory and evaluate it,so as to provide a reference basis for future study about nursing humanistic quality education.Methods:Based on the 5C caring theory,the teaching design and teaching content were revising and implementing in the intervention group.Before and after the implementation of the course,a questionnaire survey was conducted using the Caring Ability Inventory(CAI).The results of the surveys were collected,and the data were statistically analysis using SPSS.Results:After the implementation of the course,the cognitive dimension,patience dimension,and humanistic caring ability scores of the nursing students in the intervention group improved compared with those before the implementation of the course(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The humanistic caring teaching model based on 5C caring theory has a positive effect on improving nursing students'humanistic caring ability.In the future nursing teaching,the modules with the characteristics of humanistic caring ability can be increased,and carry out the educational reform throughout the humanistic caring ability.Actively guiding nursing students to establish the awareness of humanistic caring,so as to lay a solid foundation for high-quality clinical nursing work. 展开更多

The authors first propose the GAFEE(Goal-Oriented Engagement,Autonomous Exploration,Feedback-Enhanced Explanation,Challenge-Driven Elaboration,Collaborative Evaluation,Iterative Design,and Technological Synergy)instructional design model,which is based on the integration of gamified teaching and the 5E teaching model.It aims to address the issue of gamification not being systematically incorporated into the curriculum,while also enhancing engagement in the educational setting,stimulating interest in learning,and achieving better learning outcomes.The theoretical application of the GAFEE model is demonstrated through a hypothetical case involving a fourth-grade English class,highlighting its potential to improve students'vocabulary acquisition,grammar comprehension,and speaking proficiency.The study argues that the GAFEE model offers a novel approach to enhancing instructional practices by leveraging gamification strategies.It also emphasizes the need for empirical research to validate the model's effectiveness and broader applicability in gamified educational settings. 展开更多

Most current object-oriented programming courses offered by domestic colleges and universities generally focus on the object-oriented programming language itself,i.e.,the programming grammar of the language,but ignore the design pattern.However,design patterns are essential to software engineering because they can solve common problems in software design and improve code reuse,readability,extensibility,and reliability.Our Object-oriented Software Construction Course is creative since it aims at cultivating students’object-oriented thinking as well as basic abilities required to construct high-quality,object-oriented software.Specifically,we exploit the 5E teaching principle during the education of this course,and present the whole pipeline in the paper.We also provide one case of the factory pattern to further demonstrate the implementation of the 5E teaching principle in the course.The effect of the 5E teaching principle has also been demonstrated. 展开更多

目的:探究E-Portfolio联合BOPPPS教学模式在妇产科护理课程中的应用效果。方法:选取某高职学校2022级全日制护理专业学生208人为研究对象,采用随机分组方式将他们分为对照组和观察组,每组104人。对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组实施E-Por... 目的:探究E-Portfolio联合BOPPPS教学模式在妇产科护理课程中的应用效果。方法:选取某高职学校2022级全日制护理专业学生208人为研究对象,采用随机分组方式将他们分为对照组和观察组,每组104人。对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组实施E-Portfolio联合BOPPPS教学模式。课程结束后,学生进行岗位胜任能力和临床思维能力的自我评价,并进行理论知识、病例分析和实训操作的考核,还有对教学方法的满意度评价。结果:观察组的岗位胜任能力、临床思维能力、理论知识、病例分析和实训操作考核成绩、对教学方法的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妇产科护理课程中,E-Portfolio联合BOPPPS教学模式的应用能够显著提升学生的岗位胜任能力、临床思维能力,同时获得了学生的较高满意度,为未来医学专业课程的教学模式提供了有益的参考。 展开更多

Relationships of Interannual Variability Between the Equatorial Pacific and Tropical Indian Ocean in 17 CMIP5 Models 被引量:2

Seventeen coupled general circulation models from the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 5 (CMIP5) are employed to assess the relationships of interannual variations of sea surface temperature (SST) between the tropical Pacific (TP) and tropical Indian Ocean (TIO). The eastern/central equatorial Pacific features the strongest SST interannual variability in the models except for the model CSIRO-Mk3-6-0, and the simulated maximum and minimum are produced by models GFDL-ESM2M and GISS-E2-H respectively. However, It remains a challenge for these models to simulate the correct climate mean SST with the warm pool-cold tongue structure in the equatorial Pacific. Almost all models reproduce E1 Nifio-Southem Oscillation (ENSO), Indian Ocean Dipole mode (IOD) and Indian Ocean Basin-wide mode (lOB) together with their seasonal phase lock features being simulated; but the relationship between the ENSO and IOD is different for different models. Consistent with the observation, an Indian Ocean basin-wide warming (cooling) takes place over the tropical Indian Ocean in the spring following an E1 Nifio (La Nifia) in almost all the models. In some models (e.g., GFDL-ESM2G and MIROC5), positive ENSO and IOB events are stronger than the negative events as shown in the observation. However, this asymmetry is reversed in some other models (e.g., HadGEM2-CC and HadGEM2-ES). 展开更多

Education digitalization is an inevitable trend of technological development.Based on the theories related to smart classrooms,this research constructs a“3+5”teaching model and implements a mixed methods research in Jinshan Elementary School in Chongqing.The“3”in the name refers to three stages of teaching,namely before,during,and after class.The“5”in the name refers to five links of teaching,namely prediction,fine-tuning,detailed explanation,intensive support,and extension.Through questionnaire and interview,it is found that most students and teachers are very satisfied with the“3+5”teaching model.The model based on the iFLYTEK smart classroom can accurately locate students’learning situation,improve classroom efficiency,develop personalized learning plans,and provide data support for the digital transformation of primary school mathematics. 展开更多
