It first analyzes the necessity of integrating corporate culture with business outsourcing management, encompassing enhancing corporate cohesion and sense of belonging, facilitating cultural integration and collaborative cooperation, and improving service quality and customer satisfaction. Subsequently, it proposes integration strategies for corporate culture and business outsourcing management, which include formulating scientific and reasonable outsourcing strategies, strengthening quality control and safety management during the outsourcing process, optimizing cost and benefit management, enhancing legal compliance and risk management, and implementing innovation management under cultural integration. Taking a manufacturing enterprise as an example, the paper elaborates on its practical pathways and achievements, including clarifying outsourcing objectives and scope, establishing a rigorous outsourcing supplier selection process, formulating detailed outsourcing contracts and specifications, strengthening outsourcing process monitoring and performance evaluation, implementing cultural integration and training mechanisms, and optimizing resource allocation and cost control measures. The practical results indicate that these strategies can significantly improve cost control and benefits, the quality and efficiency of outsourcing services, as well as cultural integration and team collaboration.
