The present research work in the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) and industrial sector explains the impact of the relationship among innovation in the SME operations of Aguascalientes to find the most competitive one; to this end, a questionnaire was intended for managers where the results have been analyzed using the statistical package Structural Equation Modeling Programs (EQS) support which through structural equations has responded to the objective. In this sense, it can be concluded that innovation has a positive relationship with the operations and in turn, this relationship shows a positive impact on the competitiveness of SMEs in Aguascalientes. When time comes, maybe it will fail in the business market. However, the usage of IT instruments must be carried out in good and conducive environment especially for business market. In this study, a basic and practical management about how to manage IT asset in small organizations will be discussed. Then this kind of management will be further discussed when the company become small medium organization. The implementation of IT infrastructure, the requirements, infrastructures, services, and platform from software to hardware and networking devices needs to be known. Nowadays the flexible configuration of manufacturing cells becomes to an important requirement especially at small and medium sized companies. This method can make the production fast and effective at small series or frequent manufacturing changes. The shop-floor control method, presented in this paper, offers a solution for the facing problem of fast and easy reconfiguration. The hardware of the controller designed modular with software components for online configuration. This solution allows sensor integration on different levels for every part of the manufacturing cell. With unified programming language and the machine specific controllers (post-processing) the cells can be defined easily by different types of human-machine interaction. The shop-floor control architecture is implemented and validated on an Adept SCARA (selective compliance assembly robot arm) robot. The robot is driven by standalone, low-level, interchangeable, software and hardware components. 展开更多
