This study examines the impact of digital finance on corporate reputation using A-share listed companies as a sample. The findings indicate that the development of digital finance positively influences the enhancement of corporate reputation, particularly through the mechanism of increasing the share of labor income under the “common prosperity” strategy. This research expands the understanding of the microeconomic consequences of digital finance and offers new pathways for improving corporate reputation in the context of digital financial development.展开更多

Organizational identity refers to employees’ sense of belonging and identification with the organization they belong to, which has a significant impact on the survival and development of the organization. But organizational identification may also lead employees to engage in unethical pro-organizational behavior. At the same time, there is a mutual influence relationship between corporate reputation and organizational identity. Corporate reputation directly affects employees’ cognitive and emotional experiences, which in turn affects their behavior. Highly acclaimed enterprises can enhance employees’ organizational identity and sense of belonging, stimulate their work motivation and creativity, and improve work efficiency and performance. However, corporate reputation may also lead employees to engage in unethical behavior that violates ethical norms and laws and regulations in order to protect the interests of the company, known as unethical pro-organizational behavior. Therefore, companies need to establish and maintain a positive corporate reputation, strengthen the cultivation and management of organizational identity, and design effective ethical education and training programs to ensure the long-term development of the company.展开更多
