目的分析结直肠癌化疗患者中,会议-遵守-责任-自治(incontro-alleanza-responsabilita-autonomia,IARA)护理模式的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月-2023年12月永丰县中医院收治的70例结直肠癌化疗患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分...目的分析结直肠癌化疗患者中,会议-遵守-责任-自治(incontro-alleanza-responsabilita-autonomia,IARA)护理模式的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月-2023年12月永丰县中医院收治的70例结直肠癌化疗患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,各35例。对照组采取常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采取IARA护理,观察2组营养状况、护理依从性及生活质量。结果护理后,研究组血清白蛋白(albumin,ALB)、前白蛋白(prealbumin,PAB)、血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理依从性为97.14%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);护理后,研究组欧洲癌症研究与治疗中心生活质量核心量表(European organization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life questionnare-core 30,EORTC QLQ-C30)的功能领域、整体健康评分高于对照组,症状领域、症状特异性领域评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对接受化疗的结直肠癌患者实施IARA护理模式,可改善患者营养状况,提升患者护理依从性与生活质量,推荐开展。展开更多
