The results show that the true stress-true strain curves exhibit a peak stress at a critical strain, then the flow stresses decrease monotonically until high strains, showing a dynamic flow softening. The peak stresses depend on the temperature compensated strain rate, which can be represented by the Zener-Hollomon parameter Z in the hyperbolic-sine equation with hot deformation activation energy of 244.64 kJ/mol for 7056 alloy and 229.75 kJ/mol for 7150 alloy, respectively, while the peak stresses for the former are lower than those for the latter under the similar compression condition. The deformed microstructures consist of a great amount of precipitates within subgrains in the elongated grains at high Z value and exhibit well formed subgrains in the recrystallized grains at low Z value. The smaller subgrains and greater density of fine precipitates in 7150 alloy are responsible for the high peak stresses because of the substructural strengthening and precipitating hardening compared with 7056 alloy.展开更多

After freezethaw, nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) tests and impact loading tests were carried out, from which microscopic damage characteristics of sandstone and dynamic mechanical parameters were obtained. The results indicate that the porosity increases with the increase of cycle number, the rate of porosity growth descends at the beginning of freeze-thaw, yet accelerates after a certain number of cycles. The proportion of pores with different sizes changes dynamically and the multi-scale distribution of pores tends to develop on pore structure with the continuing impact of freeze-thaw and thawing. Dynamic compressive stress-strain curve of sandstone undergoing freeze-thaw can be divided into four phases, and the phase of compaction is inconspicuous compared with the static curve. Elastic modulus and dynamic peak intensity of sandstone gradually decrease with freeze-thaw cycles, while peak strain increases. The higher the porosity is, the more serious the degradation of dynamic intensity is. The porosity is of a polynomial relationship with the dynamic peak intensity.展开更多

The experimental results indicate that the fluctuation of crack propagation velocity v first increases and then decreases in the crack propagation process. During the process of crack propagating into the inclusion area, the fracture resistance effect of the circular inclusion is the most significant and the effects of triangular and square inclusions are less obvious. The stress intensity factor near the crack tip increases during the propagation process and reaches its maximum value when the crack tip is close to the inclusions. The crack tip’s dynamic stress intensity factor ( DSIF) decreases when the crack exceeds the middle area of the double inclusions. These results provide an experimental basis and scientific foundation to strengthen the evaluation and fracture analysis of the structure containing deformity inclusions.展开更多

In DEHS, two control parameters, i.e., harmony memory considering rate and pitch adjusting rate, are encoded as a symbiotic individual of an original individual(i.e., harmony vector). Harmony search operators are applied to evolving the original population. DE is applied to co-evolving the symbiotic population based on feedback information from the original population. Thus, with the evolution of the original population in DEHS, the symbiotic population is dynamically and self-adaptively adjusted, and real-time optimum control parameters are obtained. The proposed DEHS algorithm has been applied to various benchmark functions and two typical dynamic optimization problems. The experimental results show that the performance of the proposed algorithm is better than that of other HS variants. Satisfactory results are obtained in the application.展开更多

The goal is to minimize the total costs of production, setup, inventory holding and out-sourcing. Two versions of an out-sourcing model with time-varying costs are considered: stock out case and conservation case. Zero Inventory Order property has been found and some new properties are obtained in an optimal solution. Dynamic programming algorithms are developed to solve the problem in strongly polynomial time respectively. Furthermore, some numerical results demonstrate that the approach proposed is efficient and applicable.展开更多

Traditionally, it is static mappings between the control plane and data plane. Adversaries have plenty of time to exploit the controller's vulnerabilities and launch attacks wisely. We tend to believe that dynamically altering such static mappings is a promising approach to alleviate this issue, since a moving target is difficult to be compromised even by skilled adversaries. It is critical to determine the right time to conduct scheduling and to balance the overhead afforded and the security levels guaranteed. Little previous work has been done to investigate the economical time in dynamic-scheduling controllers. In this paper, we take the first step to both theoretically and experimentally study the scheduling-timing problem in dynamic control plane. We model this problem as a renewal reward process and propose an optimal algorithm in deciding the right time to schedule with the objective of minimizing the long-term loss rate. In our experiments, simulations based on real network attack datasets are conducted and we demonstrate that our proposed algorithm outperforms given scheduling schemes.展开更多

文摘This study is to explore the influence of maximum aggregate size(MAS)on the failure and corresponding size effect of concrete materials under low strain rates. The failure process of concrete was simulated by the mesoscale numerical method considering the internal heterogeneity of concrete and strain rate effect.Based on the mesoscale method, the failure behavior of concrete specimens with different structural sizes and MAS was investigated. Also, the influence of MAS on the failure modes, nominal strength and corresponding size effect of concrete were studied at the meso-scale.The simulation results indicated that MAS has an obvious influence on the failure modes of concrete subjected to axial compressive and tensile loads. The nominal tensile strength increased as the MAS increased, while the nominal compressive strength increased first and then decreased as the MAS increases under quasi-static load.In addition,it was found that the size effect on nominal strength of concrete would be weakened with the increase of strain rate. When the applied strain rate reached 1 s^-1,the size effect on nominal strength of concrete disappeard. Moreover, the MAS has an ignorable influence on the dynamic size effect of concrete under uniaxial compression and tension.

文摘The ecological processes and interrelationships between protists, either autotrophic or heterotrophic, and environmental factors in mariculture ponds are largely unknown. This study investigated the temporal dynamics of potentially harmful dinoflagellate,Prorocentrum minimum (Pavillard) Schiller, and its relationship to physico-chemical factors and protozoan grazers over a complete cycle in a semi-enclosed shrimp-farming pond near Qingdao,Northern China.P.minimum occurred frequently in low numbers from June to August, followed by a sharp increase from the middle of August, reaching a single maximum peak value of 2.2×105 cells L-1 in October.Temporal variation in abundance was positively correlated with dissolved nitrogen, but showed a significant inverse relationship to abundance of the dominant ciliates,Tintinnopsis lohmanni and Askenasia stellaris. The results provide statistical evidence that the number of P.minimum increased with increasing nitrogen, and the suppression or shortening of algal bloom may be associated with protozoan grazers, such as Tintinnopsis lohmanni,in mariculture ponds.

文摘The effect of Gd content ranging from 6.5 wt.%to 8.5 wt.%on microstructure evolution and dynamic mechanical behavior of Mg−xGd−3Y−0.5Zr alloys was investigated by optical microscopy,X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and split Hopkinson pressure bar.The microstructure of as-cast Mg−xGd−3Y−0.5Zr alloys indicates that the addition of Gd can promote grain refinement in the casting.Due to the rapid cooling rate during solidification,a large amount of non-equilibrium eutectic phase Mg_(24)(Gd,Y)_(5) appears at the grain boundary of as-cast Mg−xGd−3Y−0.5Zr alloys. After solution treatment at 520℃ for 6 h,the Mg_(24)(Gd,Y)_(5) phase dissolves into the matrix, and the rare earth hydrides(REH)phase appears. The stress−strain curves validate that the solution-treated Mg−xGd−3Y−0.5Zr alloys with optimal Gd contents maintain excellent dynamic properties at different strain rates. It was concluded that the variation of Gd content and the agglomeration of residual REH particles and dynamically precipitated fine particles are key factors affecting dynamic mechanical properties of Mg−xGd−3Y−0.5Zr alloys.

文摘A passive simulation method based on the six degrees of freedom(6-DOF)model and dynamic mesh is proposed according to the working principle to study the dynamic characteristics of the turbine flow sensors. This simulation method controls the six degrees of freedom of the impeller using the user-defined functions(UDF)program so that it can only rotate under the impact of fluid. The impeller speed can be calculated in real-time,and the inlet speed can be set with time to obtain the dynamic performance of the turbine flow sensors.Based on this simulation method, three turbine flow sensors with different diameters were simulated, and the reliability of the simulation method was verified by both steady-state and unsteady-state experiments. The results show that the trend of meter factor with flow rate acquired from the simulation is close to the experimental results. The deviation between the simulation and experiment results is low, with a maximum deviation of 2.88%.In the unsteady simulation study, the impeller speed changed with the inlet velocity of the turbine flow sensor, showing good tracking performance. The passive simulation method can be used to predict the dynamic performance of the turbine flow sensor.

文摘This paper investigates the dynamic evolution with limited learning information on a small-world network. In the system, the information among the interaction players is not very lucid, and the players are not allowed to inspectthe profit collected by its neighbors, thus the focal player cannot choose randomly a neighbor or the wealthiest one andcompare its payoff to copy its strategy. It is assumed that the information acquainted by the player declines in theform of the exponential with the geographical distance between the players, and a parameter V is introduced to denotethe inspect-ability about the players. It is found that under the hospitable conditions, cooperation increases with therandomness and is inhibited by the large connectivity for the prisoner's dilemma; however, cooperation is maximal atthe moderate rewiring probability and is chaos with the connectivity for the snowdrift game. For the two games, theacuminous sight is in favor of the cooperation under the hospitable conditions; whereas, the myopic eyes are advantageousto cooperation and cooperation increases with the randomness under the hostile condition.

文摘A modified harmony search algorithm with co-evolutional control parameters(DEHS), applied through differential evolution optimization, is proposed. Satisfactory results are obtained in the application.

文摘Error codes induced by M-ary modulation and modulation selection in network-based control systems are studied. It is the first time the issue of error codes induced by M-ary modulation is addressed in control field. In network-based control systems, error codes induced by noisy channel can significantly decrease the quality of control. To solve this problem, the network-based control system with delay and noisy channel is firstly modeled as an asynchronous dynamic system(ADS).Secondly, conditions of packet with error codes(PEC)loss rate by using M-ary modulation are obtained based on dynamic output feedback scheme.Thirdly, more importantly, the selection principle of M-ary modulation is proposed according to the measured signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and conditions of PEC loss rate. Finally, system stability is analyzed and controller is designed through Lyapunov function and linear matrix inequality(LMI)scheme, and numerical simulations are made to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
文摘This paper addresses a single item dynamic lot-sizing model with inventory capacity and out-sourcing. Furthermore, some numerical results demonstrate that the approach proposed is efficient and applicable.

文摘Controller vulnerabilities allow malicious actors to disrupt or hijack the Software-Defined Networking. In our experiments, simulations based on real network attack datasets are conducted and we demonstrate that our proposed algorithm outperforms given scheduling schemes.
