S油田注水站站场改造和工艺优化整合效果研究

随着油田的进一步开发,注水系统水、聚驱注水站的界限将逐步被打破,单座注水站运行负荷率低,深度水和普通水注水站合建效益越发明显。通过对结合产能工程已完成改造的南十和新南十注水站进行效果评价,提出在满足改造对所辖注水管网的压... 随着油田的进一步开发,注水系统水、聚驱注水站的界限将逐步被打破,单座注水站运行负荷率低,深度水和普通水注水站合建效益越发明显。通过对结合产能工程已完成改造的南十和新南十注水站进行效果评价,提出在满足改造对所辖注水管网的压力损耗影响较小的前提下,对S油田两站之间距离近、建成时间长、设备腐蚀和老化严重的8座注水站的站场采取改造和工艺优化整合措施,改造及优化后,整体核减站场4座、优化岗位用工40人,达到减员增效、降低注水单耗的目的。该项研究对其他采油厂完成注水站站场改造和工艺优化整合工作具有重要的借鉴意义。 展开更多

A Comparative Analysis of Owner-Contractor Agreements in the Turkish and US Construction Industry

Successful and cost-effective construction relies upon appropriate communication of the participants of the construction project. Hence, it is important to define the rights and responsibilities of the parties, and relationships among them. In this context, well-designed and complete agreement is essential and necessary for the successfully completion of a construction project within the desired time, quality and budget. In this paper, it is aimed to analyze and compare the owner-contractor agreements in the Turkish and the US construction industry. First, the importance of construction contracts and contractual elements of an agreement is determined, and then, the standard owner-contractor agreement which is used in the Turkish construction industry is analyzed and compared with the US standard owner-contractor agreement. Finally, the differences between these agreements are put forward, the lack and deficiencies of Turkish standard agreement form are determined, and appropriate suggestions are improved. 展开更多

Solar Photovoltaic (PV) technology is one type of solar energy technologies that has recently received substantial attention because it offers the possibility of providing clean power sources for buildings. The aim of this paper is to examine the economic viability of using solar PV within future residential buildings in the oil-rich Saudi Arabia. Strictly speaking, the prospects of using the PV in order to provide 10% of the electricity to be consumed in the houses, which are going to be built in Sandi Arabia over the period 2010-2025, are examined. The study reveals that significant economic and environmental benefits could be realized as a result of such an endeavor. 展开更多
