Viral infectious diseases,characterized by their intricate nature and wide-ranging diversity,pose substantial challenges in the domain of data management.The vast volume of data generated by these diseases,spanning fr...Viral infectious diseases,characterized by their intricate nature and wide-ranging diversity,pose substantial challenges in the domain of data management.The vast volume of data generated by these diseases,spanning from the molecular mechanisms within cells to large-scale epidemiological patterns,has surpassed the capabilities of traditional analytical methods.In the era of artificial intelligence(AI)and big data,there is an urgent necessity for the optimization of these analytical methods to more effectively handle and utilize the information.Despite the rapid accumulation of data associated with viral infections,the lack of a comprehensive framework for integrating,selecting,and analyzing these datasets has left numerous researchers uncertain about which data to select,how to access it,and how to utilize it most effectively in their research.This review endeavors to fill these gaps by exploring the multifaceted nature of viral infectious diseases and summarizing relevant data across multiple levels,from the molecular details of pathogens to broad epidemiological trends.The scope extends from the micro-scale to the macro-scale,encompassing pathogens,hosts,and vectors.In addition to data summarization,this review thoroughly investigates various dataset sources.It also traces the historical evolution of data collection in the field of viral infectious diseases,highlighting the progress achieved over time.Simultaneously,it evaluates the current limitations that impede data utilization.Furthermore,we propose strategies to surmount these challenges,focusing on the development and application of advanced computational techniques,AI-driven models,and enhanced data integration practices.By providing a comprehensive synthesis of existing knowledge,this review is designed to guide future research and contribute to more informed approaches in the surveillance,prevention,and control of viral infectious diseases,particularly within the context of the expanding big-data landscape.展开更多

Genetic algorithms are random, self-adaptive, robust, and heuristic with global search and convergence abilities. Based on the direct VSP wave equation, a genetic algorithm (GA) is introduced to determine the viscoelastic parameters. First, the direct wave equation in frequency is expressed as a function of complex velocity and then the complex velocities estimated by GA inversion. Since the phase velocity and Q-factor both are functions of complex velocity, their values can be computed easily. However, there are so many complex velocities that it is difficult to invert them directly. They can be rewritten as a function of Co and C∞ to reduce the number of parameters during the inversion process. Finally, a theoretical model experiment proves that our algorithm is exact and effective.展开更多

Hence, the problem of how to decrease the energy consumption and the data deNNy needs to be solved. In this paper, a low deNNy data collection mechanism using multiple mobile collectors is pro- posed. First, a self-organization clustering algorithm is designed. Second, sensor nodes are organized into three-level clusters. Then a collection strategy based on the hierarchical structure is proposed, which includes two rules to dispatch mobile collec- tors rationally. Various dispersed organic phases (heptanol, octanol, isoamyl alcohol, heptane, octane, and isooctane) were tested respectively in the experiment. According to the theoretical model and experimental data, the overall volumetric mass transfer coefficient and enhancement factor were obtained under different dispersed organic phase volume fraction and stirring speed. The experimental results indicate that gas-liquid mass transfer is enhanced at different level by adding a dispersed organic phase. The best performance of enhancement were achieved with the dispersed organic phase volumetric fraction of 5% and under an intermediate stirring speed of 670 r·min^-1. Among the organic phases tested in the experiment, alcohols show better performance, which gave 20% higher enhance-ment of overall volumetric mass transfer coefficient than adding alkanes.展开更多

In this case, the traditional statistical methods for anomalous cell detection cannot adapt to the evolution of networks, and data mining becomes the mainstream. In this paper, we propose a novel kernel density-based local outlier factor(KLOF) to assign a degree of being an outlier to each object. Firstly, the notion of KLOF is introduced, which captures exactly the relative degree of isolation. Then, by analyzing its properties, including the tightness of upper and lower bounds, sensitivity of density perturbation, we find that KLOF is much greater than 1 for outliers. Lastly, KLOFis applied on a real-world dataset to detect anomalous cells with abnormal key performance indicators(KPIs) to verify its reliability. The experiment shows that KLOF can find outliers efficiently. It can be a guideline for the operators to perform faster and more efficient trouble shooting.展开更多

In this paper, we consider an information centric architecture, called the data centric networking architecture to provide communication servi- ces to big data, where a service identifier is used to name the data objects. We propose dif- ferent approaches for the dissemination of data objects in a large-scale data centric network. In particular, we propose various approaches to link the data dissemination approach with the topology of the Internet. Further, we eva- luate the proposed approaches with respect to data delivery efficiency, round-trip time imp- rovement, and deployment cost. Based on the data monitoring applied in the school building, this work is focused on the parameters acquisition and operation analysis of the GSHP system in Tangshan. Results show the average COPs(coefficient of performance) are2.85 and 2.70 in summer and winter, respectively, and heat(cold) unbalance underground existed after whole year operation. The analysis of data also indicates that the direct borehole air-conditioning saved some power consumption obviously in the early stage of summer and energy saving of the GSHP system depended remarkably on its operation and management level. Besides the observation points of ground temperature are laid for a large-scale GSHP system, and the hydraulic balance of the pipes group needs to be concerned specially in safeguarding better reliability.展开更多

The single-phase forced convection heat transfer correlation on the sides of the MTHE tubes was proposed and compared with previous experimental data in the Reynolds number range of 500—1 800. The average deviation of the correlation in calculating the Nusselt number was about 6.59%. The entrance effect in the thermal entrance region was discussed. In the same range of Reynolds number, the pressure drop and friction coefficient were found to be considerably higher than those predicted by the conventional correlations. The product of friction factor and Reynolds number was also a constant, but much higher than the conventional.展开更多
Boiling of water/triethyleneglycol(TEG)binary solution has a wide-ranging application in the gas processing engineering.Design,operation and optimization of the involved boilers require accurate prediction of boiling ...Boiling of water/triethyleneglycol(TEG)binary solution has a wide-ranging application in the gas processing engineering.Design,operation and optimization of the involved boilers require accurate prediction of boiling heat transfer coefficient between surface and solution.In this investigation,nucleate pool boiling heat transfer coefficient has been experimentally measured on a horizontal rod heater in water/TEG binary solutions in a wide range of concentrations and heat fluxes under ambient condition.The present experimental data are correlated using major existing correlations.In addition a correlation is presented for prediction of pool boiling heat transfer for the system in which the vapour pressure of one component is negligible.This model is based on the mass transfer rate equation for prediction of the concentration at the bubble vapor/liquid interface.Based on this prediction,the temperature of the interface and accordingly,the boiling heat transfer coefficient could be straightforwardly calculated from the known concentration at the interface.It is shown that this simple model has sufficient accuracy and is acceptable below the medium concentrations of TEG when the vapor equilibrium concentration of TEG is almost zero.The presented model excludes any tuning parameter and requires very few physical properties to apply.展开更多

The analysis of data also indicates that the direct borehole air-conditioning saved some power consumption obviously in the early stage of summer and energy saving of the GSHP system depended remarkably on its operation and management level. Besides the observation points of ground temperature are laid for a large-scale GSHP system, and the hydraulic balance of the pipes group needs to be concerned specially in safeguarding better reliability.

文摘A micro-sized tube heat exchanger(MTHE) was fabricated, and its performance in heat transfer and pressure drop was experimentally studied. The single-phase forced convection heat transfer correlation on the sides of the MTHE tubes was proposed and compared with previous experimental data in the Reynolds number range of 500—1 800. The average deviation of the correlation in calculating the Nusselt number was about 6.59%. The entrance effect in the thermal entrance region was discussed. In the same range of Reynolds number, the pressure drop and friction coefficient were found to be considerably higher than those predicted by the conventional correlations. The product of friction factor and Reynolds number was also a constant, but much higher than the conventional.
文摘Boiling of water/triethyleneglycol(TEG)binary solution has a wide-ranging application in the gas processing engineering.Design,operation and optimization of the involved boilers require accurate prediction of boiling heat transfer coefficient between surface and solution.In this investigation,nucleate pool boiling heat transfer coefficient has been experimentally measured on a horizontal rod heater in water/TEG binary solutions in a wide range of concentrations and heat fluxes under ambient condition.The present experimental data are correlated using major existing correlations.In addition a correlation is presented for prediction of pool boiling heat transfer for the system in which the vapour pressure of one component is negligible.This model is based on the mass transfer rate equation for prediction of the concentration at the bubble vapor/liquid interface.Based on this prediction,the temperature of the interface and accordingly,the boiling heat transfer coefficient could be straightforwardly calculated from the known concentration at the interface.It is shown that this simple model has sufficient accuracy and is acceptable below the medium concentrations of TEG when the vapor equilibrium concentration of TEG is almost zero.The presented model excludes any tuning parameter and requires very few physical properties to apply.

文摘Wireless sensor networks(WSNs)consist of a great deal of sensor nodes with limited power,computation,storage,sensing and communication capabilities.Data aggregation is a very important technique,which is designed to substantially reduce the communication overhead and energy expenditure of sensor node during the process of data collection in a WSNs.However,privacy-preservation is more challenging especially in data aggregation,where the aggregators need to perform some aggregation operations on sensing data it received.We present a state-of-the art survey of privacy-preserving data aggregation in WSNs.At first,we classify the existing privacy-preserving data aggregation schemes into different categories by the core privacy-preserving techniques used in each scheme.And then compare and contrast different algorithms on the basis of performance measures such as the privacy protection ability,communication consumption,power consumption and data accuracy etc.Furthermore,based on the existing work,we also discuss a number of open issues which may intrigue the interest of researchers for future work.

文摘Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN) are mainly characterized by a potentially large number of distributed sensor nodes which collectively transmit information about sensed events to the sink.In this paper,we present a Distributed Wavelet Basis Generation(DWBG) algorithm performing at the sink to obtain the distributed wavelet basis in WSN.And on this basis,a Wavelet Transform-based Distributed Compressed Sensing(WTDCS) algorithm is proposed to compress and reconstruct the sensed data with spatial correlation.Finally,we make a detailed analysis of relationship between reconstruction performance and WTDCS algorithm parameters such as the compression ratio,the channel Signal-to-Noise Ratio(SNR),the observation noise power and the correlation decay parameter by simulation.The simulation results show that WTDCS can achieve high performance in terms of energy and reconstruction accuracy,as compared to the conventional distributed wavelet transform algorithm.
