T...A location and tracking algorithm with NLOS (Non-Line of Sight) errors for MS (Mobile Station) is proposed in this paper. A cellular localization algorithm based on the RON online RBF neural network is proposed. The measurement ofAOA, TOA and TDOA provided by mobile base station is fused to locate mobile. The location performance of RON online RBF neural network is simulated. The simulation results indicate that shrink, attenuation, shift or overlapping phenomenon is avoided when the network redundant hidden nodes appear. It' s location accuracy is significantly improved under complicated multi-path environment.展开更多
