With the rapid development of Internet technology, in the field of pension services, the innovation research of intelligent medical care service mode is gradually becoming a hot spot. In view of this, this article aims to explore the innovation mode and realization path of intelligent medical care service under the background of “Internet+”. The article first outlines the serious situation of population aging in China, and emphasizes the necessity and urgency of the innovation of smart healthcare service. Subsequently, it elaborates on the development status and application platform construction of smart healthcare service mode under the background of “Internet+”. The article further discusses the challenges faced by the smart healthcare service model in the process of innovation and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. The introduction of smart healthcare service model into the traditional pension service system not only creates a safer, more comfortable and dignified pension environment for the elderly, but also provides a strong impetus for the transformation and upgrading of the pension industry and its sustainable development.展开更多

First of all, the concept of new quality productivity is expounded, emphasizing that it takes scientific and technological innovation as the lead, promotes the digital and intelligent transformation of enterprises, and achieves high-quality development, which is crucial for the liberation and development of productivity in the new era. Then, it discusses the smart elderly care in detail, pointing out that it takes intelligent products and information platform as the carrier, integrates a variety of advanced technologies, and aims to meet the needs of the elderly and improve the quality and level of life. In the analysis of the status quo of the smart elderly care service mode, the paper introduces a series of problems existing in the four types of smart elderly care in China, including technical reliability, insufficient aging, uneven distribution of medical resources, information security risks, lack of standards, transformation difficulties, and coverage differences. Through the case analysis of the smart pension project in Hangzhou and Japan, the common characteristics and enlightenment of the successful cases are summarized, which plays a reference role in the innovation direction of the smart pension service model. For the challenges faced by the innovation of smart elderly care service mode, such as technology popularization and application problems, capital investment and operating costs, and the low acceptance of new technologies by the elderly, the paper puts forward countermeasures, such as strengthening technology popularization and innovation capacity building, expanding financing channels to reduce operating costs, and improving the cognition and acceptance of new technologies by the elderly.
