The development of new quality productive forces has pointed out the industrial focus direction and operation target for intra-school training bases, which is conducive to solving the development dilemma. The training bases for economics and management have been facing the problems of lack of real projects, lack of practical experience of professional teachers, and disconnection between theoretical teaching and industrial practice. Based on the case of the project-based intra-school training bases for economics and management of Chongqing Institute of Engineering and the questionnaire survey method, it deeply analyzes the main problems and their causes in the operation of the domestic application-oriented undergraduate colleges intra-school training bases for economics and management, and proposes to establish a series of operating mechanisms based on the principle of “eight joint” for collaborative education and industry-education integration, so as to promote the construction of new liberal arts in economics and management of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and improve the quality of application-oriented talents training.展开更多
