Firstly,the model of the piezoelectric damper is simplifi...This paper discusses the temperature field distribution of piezoelectric stack with heating and thermal insulation device in cryogenic temperature environment. Firstly,the model of the piezoelectric damper is simplified and established by using partial-differential heat conduction equation. Secondly,the two-dimensional Du Fort-Frankel finite difference scheme is used to discretize the thermal conduction equation,and the numerical solution of the transient temperature field of piezoelectric stack driven by heating film at different positions is obtained by programming iteration. Then,the cryogenic temperature cabinet is used to simulate the low temperature environment to verify the numerical analysis results of the temperature field. Finally,the finite difference results are compared with the finite results and the experimental data in steady state and transient state,respectively. Comparison shows that the results of the finite difference method are basically consistent with the finite element and the experimental results,but the calculation time is shorter. The temperature field distribution results obtained by the finite difference method can verify the thermal insulation performance of the heating system and provide data basis for the temperature control of piezoelectric stack.展开更多

However, the external magnetic fields which are used to produce the non-circular cross sectional shape also cause the confined plasma to become unstable to small vertical displacement. In general, the ratio of elongation k is larger, the possibility of instability is more. In practice, this vertical displacement mode stabilized by feedback control system or other provided external radial magnetic field to balance out the plasma motion. Under some of situations the control system may be fail due to rapid growth rate of instability exceeding the ability of controlling. The plasma will then move vertically upwards or downwards depending upon the characteristics of instability and control failure.展开更多

Further give conclusion about condensate polishing system configuration and operation requirement: full flow condensate polishing system (CPS) is necessary to the units cooled by sea water, and it is better that one or two series put in service during normal operation other than all of them in hot standby. While continuous condensate tube leakage is 256 L/h, the units cooled by fresh water will be shutdown immediately, for this level leakage, whichever condensate polishing system capacity is 50% (30%) or 100%, action level 2 will be preformed, so 50% (30%) is enough for fresh water cooled units.展开更多

If the small reactors with 100 or 50 MWe could be implemented from 2020, the potential countries could be selected from the view point of the estimated total electricity consumption in 2020 and the stability of the electrical grid system. The commercialization of small reactors should be best done early because the market for these power units as a base load operation might be reduced due to the increase of the electricity consumption in the future after 2020. The implementation program of small reactors for the district heating and electricity supply in Mongolia, which is one of the countries having the interests in small reactor, was investigated and the future implementation plan was proposed too. In order to reduce the air pollution by coal fired heating system, there is an urgent need to start the discussion for the utilization of nuclear district heating reactor in Ulaanbaatar.展开更多
