相对论热等离子体中电子声波的非线性频移

研究了相对论电磁波在热等离子体中传播时的色散特性以及由于非线性电子声波激发引起的电子声波的非线性频移。基于相对论激光在热等离子体中传播的电磁流体物理模型,采用流体的非线性频移理论,利用微扰法得到了描述相对论激光与热等离... 研究了相对论电磁波在热等离子体中传播时的色散特性以及由于非线性电子声波激发引起的电子声波的非线性频移。基于相对论激光在热等离子体中传播的电磁流体物理模型,采用流体的非线性频移理论,利用微扰法得到了描述相对论激光与热等离子体相互作用时谐波产生的非线性频移方程。结果表明,等离子体密度、电子温度和一阶谐波振幅是决定相对论热等离子体中非线性频移的主要因素。在弱激发下,非线性频移随着电子温度和一阶谐波振幅的增大而增大,等离子体密度抑制非线性频移。电子声波非线性频移对等离子体密度和电子温度的依赖表现出了强烈的非线性特征。研究结果为深入理解高能量激光与热等离子体相互作用中谐波的产生及引起的非线性频移提供了理论依据。 展开更多

To obtain the refined electrodeposited nickel layer on AZ91D magnesium alloy,ultrasonic technology was applied in the processes of pre-treatment and electrodeposition.The phases of pre-treatment layer and the nickel coating were analyzed by X-ray diffractometry(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and the microstructure was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Then,the effects of ultrasonic dispersion on the microstructure of pre-treatment layer and the grain refinement of electrodeposited nickel layer were discussed.The results showed that the pre-treatment electrodeposited Cu-Sn layer with compact microstructure could be synthesized in alkaline copper-tin liquid with ultrasonic agitation,as a result,smooth and refined nickel coating formed on AZ91D magnesium alloy.On the other hand,preferred orientation in the coating decreased because of the refined grains. 展开更多

In order to promote the tolerance and controllability of the multi-degree-of-freedom(M-DOF) ultrasonic motor, a novel two-degree-of-freedom(2-DOF) spherical ultrasonic motor using three traveling-wave type annular stators was put forward. Firstly,the structure and working principle of this motor were introduced, especially a spiral spring as the preload applied component was designed for adaptive adjustment. Then, the friction drive model of 2-DOF spherical motor was built up from spatial geometric relation between three annular stators and the spherical rotor which was used to analyze the mechanical characteristics of the motor.The optimal control strategy for minimum norm solution of three stators' angular velocity was proposed, using Moore-Penrose generalized inverse matrix. Finally, a 2-DOF prototype was fabricated and tested, which ran stably and controllably. The maximum no-load velocity and stall torque are 92 r/min and 90 m N·m, respectively. The 2-DOF spherical ultrasonic motor has compact structure, easy assembly, good performance and stable operation. 展开更多

A modified nonlinear Schr?dinger equation including one additional term that comes from the effect of relativistic electron beam is derived. It is found that the inclusion of a relativistic electron beam would modify the modulational instability of the wave packet and could not admit any stationary soliton waves. 展开更多

The driving voltage and current signals of piezoceramic transducer (PZT) were measured directly by designing circuits from ultrasonic generator and using a data acquisition software system. The input impedance and power of PZT were investigated by using root mean square (RMS) calculation. The vibration driven by high frequency was tested by laser Doppler vibrometer (PSV-400-M2). And the thermosonic bonding features were observed by scanning electron microscope (JSM-6360LV). The results show that the input power of bonding is lower than that of no load. The input impedance of bonding is greater than that of no load. Nonlinear phase, plastic flow and expansion period, and strengthening bonding process are shown in the impedance and power curves. The ultrasonic power is in direct proportion to the vibration displacement driven by the power, and greater displacements driven by high power (>5 W) result in welding failure phenomena, such as crack, break, and peeling off in wedge bonding. For thermosonic flip chip bonding, the high power decreases position precision of bonding or results in slippage and rotation phenomena of bumps. To improve reliability and precision of thermosonic bonding, the low ultrasonic power (about 1-5 W) should be chosen. 展开更多

In this paper, (2+1)-dimensional electron acoustic waves (EAW) in an unmagnetized collisionless plasma have been studied by the linearized method and the reductive perturbation technique, respectively. The dispersion relation and a modified Kadomtsev-Petviashvili (KP) equation have been obtained for the EAW in the plasma considering a cold electron fluid and a vortex-like hot electrons. It is found from some numerical results that the parameter β(the ratio of the free hot electron temperature to the hot trapped electron temperature) effects on the amplitude and the Width of the electron acoustic solitary waves (EASW). It can be indicated that the free hot electron temperature and the hot trapped electron temperature have very important effect on the characters of the propagation for the EASW. 展开更多

When a surface acoustic wave (SAW) propagates on the surface of a GaAs semiconductor, coupling between electrons in the two-dimensional electron gas beneath the interface and the elastic host crystal through piezoelectric interaction will attenuate the SAW. The coupling coemcient is ~alculated for the SAW propagating along an arbitrary direction. It is found that the coupling strength is strongly dependent on the propagating direction. When the SAW propagates along the [011] direction, the coupling becomes quite weak. 展开更多

he effects of porous hydroxyapatite blocks(PHABs) and an adjunct low-intensity pulsed ultrasound stimulation(LIPUS) on the fusion rate in a rabbit spinal posterolateral fusion(PLF) model were evaluated.Twenty ra... he effects of porous hydroxyapatite blocks(PHABs) and an adjunct low-intensity pulsed ultrasound stimulation(LIPUS) on the fusion rate in a rabbit spinal posterolateral fusion(PLF) model were evaluated.Twenty rabbits underwent PLF with autograft and PHABs were randomly assigned to two groups:treated group with 20 min LIPUS daily and untreated control group for 4 weeks until euthanasia.The fused motion segments were subjected to manual palpation,gross observation,and radiographic investigation before histomorphologic and scanning electron microscopic analyses.Statistical differences between the LIPUS group and the control group are found in the fusion rate,bone density gray scale,trabecular bone formation,osteoblast-like cells,chondrocytes and positive expression of BMP-2 and TGF-β1 in the junction zone(significance level p〈0.05).The results suggest that LIPUS can increase fusion rates and accelerate bone in-growth into PHAB.Hence,PHAB and LIPUS may be used together to increase fusion rates in a rabbit spinal fusion model with a promising extension to human application. 展开更多

The electrons are treated as a quantum and magnetized species, while the ions are classical unmagnetized ones. The general dispersion relations are derived. It is shown that, both the high frequency electron waves (Langmuire wave and upper-hybrid wave) and the low frequency ion acoustic wave can propagate when the plasmas are cold. 展开更多
