嵌入式水润滑轴承水膜压力无线传感监测方法

现有测试水润滑轴承特性重要表征参数水膜压力的诸多方法中,由于传感器距离真实测点较远或对轴系创伤较大等原因,导致准确的水膜压力实证数据难以获取,制约了轴承进一步研究与发展。针对上述难题,提出将薄膜传感器嵌入到轴承轴瓦中,而... 现有测试水润滑轴承特性重要表征参数水膜压力的诸多方法中,由于传感器距离真实测点较远或对轴系创伤较大等原因,导致准确的水膜压力实证数据难以获取,制约了轴承进一步研究与发展。针对上述难题,提出将薄膜传感器嵌入到轴承轴瓦中,而压力数据通过无线传感传输的全新监测方法。首先,建立轴瓦开槽轴承的物理模型,通过对沟槽附近轴瓦变形的有限元分析确定开槽位置、结构与数量;建立轴承流体域和固体域物理模型,对水膜压力分布进行仿真分析;然后,提出薄膜传感器标定方法对其准确标定;最后,进行多工况轴承水膜压力测试试验并与仿真结果和现有方法进行对比分析。研究结果表明,通过在轴承轴瓦开槽嵌入薄膜传感器并进行数据无线传输的方法可行,水膜压力实测数据与仿真结果偏差低于10%,比现有方法实测数据更精确。水膜压力沿轴向递减,轴承内部存在部分润滑膜,处于混合润滑状态。 展开更多

水膜压力无线传感监测中的多普勒效应研究

对水膜压力分布深入研究可以获得轴承的重要特性,而传统水润滑轴承水膜压力监测大都采用有线传输方式,需要布置大量线缆和开关,操作复杂,且很难获得水膜压力的连续分布。因此,采用无线传感监测是较好的解决方案。针对已有的水润滑轴承... 对水膜压力分布深入研究可以获得轴承的重要特性,而传统水润滑轴承水膜压力监测大都采用有线传输方式,需要布置大量线缆和开关,操作复杂,且很难获得水膜压力的连续分布。因此,采用无线传感监测是较好的解决方案。针对已有的水润滑轴承水膜压力无线传感监测系统,建立了多普勒频移理论模型,分析了影响无线通信质量的几种因素,最后给出了改善多普勒频移的相关措施建议。研究结果表明,影响多普勒频移的主要因素是轴转速和无线设备的相对位置;降低轴转速,缩短无线采集发射设备与无线传感接收设备之间的水平距离,增加无线采集发射设备与无线传感接收设备之间的垂直距离,可以减小多普勒频移。 展开更多

列车牵引电机轴承状态多传感数据无线感知及在线监测技术是确保轨道车辆可靠运行的关键技术之一,现有的方法存在数据量大传输困难及特征小数据监测可视化不明显的问题。为此,提出一种列车牵引电机轴承故障特征稀疏在线监测方法,利用粒... 列车牵引电机轴承状态多传感数据无线感知及在线监测技术是确保轨道车辆可靠运行的关键技术之一,现有的方法存在数据量大传输困难及特征小数据监测可视化不明显的问题。为此,提出一种列车牵引电机轴承故障特征稀疏在线监测方法,利用粒子群优化多点最优调整的最小熵解卷积的方法(PSO-MOMED)提取了背景噪声下电机轴承故障特征信号,采用离散余弦变换的压缩感知方法实现电机轴承特征的小数量多传感器采集,基于高阶频率加权能量算子(HFWEO)增强轴承故障特征稀疏可视化,并通过搭建试验台及某线路现场实测验证了所提方法的有效性。实验结果表明,信噪比为-10 dB时,相比传统方法,粒子群优化多点最优调整的最小熵解卷积方法可以更加有效的提取故障特征信号;在压缩率90%的情况下,从牵引电机轴承故障特征稀疏感知信号中能清晰表征轴承故障特征频率成分,有效解决了列车牵引电机轴承状态多传感数据无线感知及在线监测技术难题。 展开更多

In order to provide a safe working environment for miners, a Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) technology has been used for security monitoring. It can provide a wide range of surveillance with a relatively low cost. In this study, an Energy-Based Multipath Routing (EBMR) protocol is proposed, which considers residual energy capacity and link quality in choosing hops and routing paths. Hops and paths with a high residual energy capacity and link quality will have the best chance to be selected to transmit data packages. Since the EBMR stores several routes in the routing table, when the current path fails, another path will be chosen to fulfill the task immediately. In this way, EBMR improves reliability and decrease time latency. Compared to AOMDV and REAR, EBMR decreases time latency by 51% and 12%. 展开更多

Experiences gained in two research projects related to landslide monitoring are depicted in terms of quality and reliability of the results by the developed approach. As far as possible a modular system set up with commercial off-the-shelf components, e.g., standard WLAN fur commtmication, solar batteries with solar panels for autarkic power supply and in cooperation of existing proofed program tools is chosen. It mainly analyzes the principle of sulfur hexafluoride sensor based on the acoustic method and puts forward a difference data processing method of single- channel and temperature compensation point at power consumption issues for sensor detection. The method not only reduces the sensor power consumption, but also ensures the accuracy and extends the lifetime of wireless sensor nodes effectively. This paper also analyzes the design of the base sta- tion mode, and demonstrates the running processes of routers and sensors. Drought research requires data on precipitation and actual soil moisture of fields because precipitation is variable among years and the soil textures differ with crop fields. Measurement of soil water content in the field is simple but labor-intensive. A prototype of an automatic field data monitoring system has been recently developed to collect data more efficiently. Using this system, data of soil water contents was successfully transmitted onto the personal computer approximately 700 m away from wheat field plots, for the period from March to May which was critical for soil drying and wheat growth. In addition, sample data of soil water content and grain yield was obtained from field plots of three bread wheat genotypes. 展开更多

In view of the high voltage, the strong magnetic field environment of the high-voltage switchgear, the system based on the optical wireless sensing technology, realizes the isolated contact temperature monitoring of the high-voltage switchgear. In this scheme, the good thermal conductivity and insulation ceramic materials were selected as the outer jacket material sensing probe, and the program had a good solution to the problem of high and low voltage isolation; The combination of the optical fiber composite insulators for wireless sensing, not only solves the problem of high voltage insulation, but also avoids the "creeping" phenomenon due to dust. The package of the structure and reasonable installation solves the cross sensitivity of strain. The application showed that the precision of temperature measurement of the system could reach ± 0.5 ℃ and could work in a variety of harsh environments. It could improve the reliability of the operation of the electrical equipment significantly and has considerable practical value for the whole power system. 展开更多
