随着全球电子商务的蓬勃发展,作为连接企业与国际买家重要桥梁的跨境电商客服在机械重复和高强度的工作体验中,职业倦怠问题日益凸显。及时预防、识别和干预跨境电商客服的职业倦怠问题,不论是对个人成长还是企业发展都具有较强的理论...随着全球电子商务的蓬勃发展,作为连接企业与国际买家重要桥梁的跨境电商客服在机械重复和高强度的工作体验中,职业倦怠问题日益凸显。及时预防、识别和干预跨境电商客服的职业倦怠问题,不论是对个人成长还是企业发展都具有较强的理论意义与实践意义。本研究聚焦于跨境电商客服职业倦怠的表现特征,通过深度访谈法与参与式观察法研究发现,跨境电商客服当前存在的职业倦怠表现主要可概括为基本性职业倦怠、归属性职业倦怠和发展性职业倦怠三类,并基于此分析探讨了造成跨境电商客服职业懈怠的个人因素与企业因素。最后从社会工作视角出发,提出预防性介入策略和治疗性介入策略,其中治疗性介入策略包括个案、家庭和小组三个层面,以期帮助跨境电商客服这一从业群体树立正确的工作认知,提升工作的幸福感与归属感,实现与企业的互利共赢,同时促进企业社会工作理论的完善和发展。With the vigorous development of global e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce customer service, as an important bridge connecting enterprises and international buyers, is increasingly experiencing the problem of job burnout in the repetitive and high-intensity work. Timely prevention, identification and intervention in the job burnout of cross-border e-commerce customer service are of great theoretical and practical significance for both personal growth and enterprise development. This study focuses on the manifestation characteristics of job burnout of cross-border e-commerce customer service. Through in-depth interviews and participatory observations, it is found that the current manifestations of job burnout of cross-border e-commerce customer service mainly can be summarized into three types: basic job burnout, attributed job burnout and developmental job burnout. Based on this, the personal and enterprise factors causing job burnout of cross-border e-commerce customer service are analyzed and discussed. Finally, from the perspective of social work, preventive and therapeutic intervention strategies are proposed. The therapeutic intervention strategies include individual, family and group levels, in order to help this group of cross-border e-commerce customer service practitioners establish a correct perception of work, enhance their happiness and sense of belonging at work, achieve mutual benefit and win-win results with enterprises, and promote the improvement and development of enterprise social work theory at the same time.展开更多

Based on this, this paper specifically expounds the current situation and difficulties of disabled people’s e-commerce employment in the context of “Internet+”, and argues from the perspective of social work the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention in promoting disabled people’s e-commerce employment. Teenagers in these families face many challenges in the process of family structure change, which has a great impact on their psychology and behavior. This paper discusses the causes of interpersonal communication obstacles faced by teenagers with reorganized families in the campus environment from four levels: individual, family, school and society, and finds that factors such as lack of self-efficacy, lack of interpersonal communication ability, lack of family care, lack of school attention, and peer group discrimination lead this group to fall into the dilemma of campus interpersonal communication, and then puts forward effective countermeasures for social work intervention.展开更多

The results show that the annual growth rate of articles presents a trend of “high start, low go”, the distribution of journal sources presents a trend of “multiple blossoms”, the distribution of issuing organizations presents a situation of “a hundred schools of thought”, and the research themes and hotspots present a situation of “a hundred schools of thought”. The situation, the research theme and hotspot presents “specific and micro” situation, the research frontier and trend presents “keep up with current affairs” trend. Accordingly, it is analyzed that the future research on social work intervention should develop research ideas and enhance the degree of concern;strengthen academic collaboration and build a gathering network;deepen empirical research and enhance the research connotation as the main hand. In this way, it will promote the development of research in the field of social work practice from dilution to concern, from autonomy to cooperative inquiry, and from singularity to pluralism.展开更多

With the influence of family function change, poor communication among family members and other factors, the gradual alienation between children and their parents will have an impact on children’s growth and family harmony. During the study, the author has adopted the group social work method and focused on the issue of parent-child relationship alienation and conducting research. At the same time, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the alienation of parent-child relationships and summarized the manifestations of parent-child relationship sorting and analyzed the reasons for parent-child relationship alienation from several aspects such as the interaction mode of family members. Finally, we choose the “Egan’s three-stage model” in the group work method of social work and design the intervention model according to its problems, needs and reality, so as to solve the problem of parent-child estrangement, promote the healthy growth of children and the harmonious development of families, and finally improve the intimacy of parentage.展开更多
