目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染型原发性肝癌肿瘤微环境中T淋巴细胞亚群的变化与表达,为评估患者预后和指导临床治疗提供依据。方法选取2015年1月—2017年1月西溪医院收治的76例原发性肝癌患者为研究对象,根据病原学检查结果分为HB... 目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染型原发性肝癌肿瘤微环境中T淋巴细胞亚群的变化与表达,为评估患者预后和指导临床治疗提供依据。方法选取2015年1月—2017年1月西溪医院收治的76例原发性肝癌患者为研究对象,根据病原学检查结果分为HBV感染组(n=41)与非HBV感染组(n=35),取患者肝癌根治切除标本或穿刺活检标本检测,并比较两组患者肿瘤组织CD4^+T淋巴细胞(CD4)、CD8^+T淋巴细胞(CD8)、CD34^+T淋巴细胞(CD34)、调节性T细胞(Treg)表达及平均微血管密度(MVD)。结果 HBV感染组患者CD4、CD34和Treg阳性率分别为24.39%、56.10%和24.39%,均高于非HBV感染组的5.71%、28.57%和5.71%(P<0.05);HBV感染组患者CD8阳性率为19.51%,低于非HBV感染组的51.42%(P<0.05);HBV感染组MVD值为66.15±9.42,高于非HBV感染组的57.83±10.56(P<0.05)。结论 HBV感染型原发性肝癌T淋巴细胞亚群的表达水平及MVD值较高,可能与HBV异常增殖以及肿瘤血管生成有密切联系。 展开更多

Mesenchymal stromal cells(MSCs) are adult multipotent stem cells residing as pericytes in various tissues and organs where they can differentiate into specialized cells to replace dying cells and damaged tissues. These cells are commonly found at injury sites and in tumors that are known to behave like "wounds that do not heal." In this article, we discuss the mechanisms of MSCs in migrating, homing, and repairing injured tissues. We also review a number of reports showing that tumor microenvironment triggers plasticity mechanisms in MSCs to induce malignant neoplastic tissue formation, maintenance, and chemoresistance, as well as tumor growth. The antitumor properties and therapeutic potential of MSCs are also discussed. 展开更多
