文章利用浑善达克沙地南沙梁试验站两年的羊草群落气孔导度及相关的环境因子观测数据,用多元逐步回归法建立了羊草群落单一牧草与环境因子间响应关系模型,并用此模型计算出单一牧草的冠层导度。羊草群落冠层的导度用叶宽、株高加权单一... 文章利用浑善达克沙地南沙梁试验站两年的羊草群落气孔导度及相关的环境因子观测数据,用多元逐步回归法建立了羊草群落单一牧草与环境因子间响应关系模型,并用此模型计算出单一牧草的冠层导度。羊草群落冠层的导度用叶宽、株高加权单一牧草气孔导度获得。利用羊草群落冠层阻力及其他阻力按S-W能量守恒模型计算了两个不同水文年的羊草群落蒸腾量。2004年是丰水年(生育期雨量R=274.6mm;P=5%),计算的羊草群落的蒸腾量为430.1mm,实测土壤蒸发169.0mm;2005年(生育期雨量R=178.8mm;P=50%)计算的羊草群落的蒸腾量为378.4mm,实测土壤蒸发124.2mm。 展开更多

A theoretical model was developed to describe the dynamics of wave propagation in the novel periodic mount. The model was derived using Hamilton's energy conservation principle. The characteristics of wave propagation in unit cell were analyzed by transfer matrix formulation. Numerical examples were given to illustrate the effectiveness of the periodic mount. The experiments were carried out to identify the predications of the theoretical model. The obtained results show that the experimental results coincide with the prediction of theoretical model. No pass bands appear in the overall frequency range measured when waves propagate in the longitude direction of the periodic mount. These dramatic results demonstrate its potential as an excellent mount in attenuating and isolating vibration transmission. 展开更多

A generalized steady-state model is being developed for an internal heat integrated distillation column (IHIDiC). A procedure incorporating the Newton-Raphson method is devised for solving the model equations. Separation of an ethanol-water binary mixture is simulated and analyzed with the model. Two pinch points are found within the process, making the separation extremely difficult and expensive. Two sharp fronts in the temperature and the composition profiles are being observed. With the introduction of heat integration, satisfactory separation may be obtained in a limited number of stages with lower reflux ratios. Increasing the pressure difference between the rectifying and the stripping sections, however, would bring about a reduced relative volatility between the two components involved, creating adverse separation performances. It is obvious that optimization of the IHIDiC is of prime importance. 展开更多

In order to realize mass transfer analysis for microwave hot in-place recycling of asphalt pavements, a volume element is established including asphalt mixtures, liquid water and vapor. A mass transfer control model is built by the theory of multiphysics, phase transformation and diffusion. The model contains continuity equation, energy conservation equation, movement equation and vapor diffusion equation. To gain the solution of the mass transfer model, the formulas are simplified to one-dimensional differential equations. And then a mathematical model of boundary conditions is established. The mass transfer velocity and dissipative energy are obtained in different moisture contents through simulation of asphalt pavements recycling. The result indicates that when initial moisture content is certain, mass transfer velocity is almost uniform in depth direction at the same heating time and enertrv absorbed by water i,~ descendino with denletion of moisture. 展开更多

The paper presents a general distributed model of a vertical U-tube direct expansion heat exchanger coupled with the ground. This model is developed for studying the dynamic thermal behavior of a buried heat exchanger which is an integral part of a so-called direct expansion heat pump. The transient conservative equations of mass, momentum and energy considering single and two-phase flow of refrigerant are derived and presented. The diffusive heat exchange with the ground is treated using an analytical approach to treat short-time scale response of vertical boreholes based on an imposed temperature. The thermal interference between the two pipes of the heat exchanger is also considered. The mathematical equations of the model are numerically presented using a control volume formulation and the solution of the system of equations is obtained by successive iterations. The dynamic behavior of the evaporator is simulated and the numerical results are analyzed regarding spatial parameters distribution and thermal interference influence. 展开更多

This work deals with the nonlinear control of a marine diesel engine by use of a robust intelligent control strategy based on cerebellar model articulation controller (CMAC). A mathematical model of diesel engine propulsion system is presented. In order to increase the accuracy of dynamical speed, the mathematical model of engagement process based on the law of energy conservation is proposed. Then, a robust cerebellar model articulation controller is proposed for uncertain nonlinear systems. The concept of active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) is adopted so that the proposed controller has more robustness against uncertainties. Finally, the proposed controller is applied to engine speed control system. Both the model of the diesel engine propulsion system and of the control law are validated by a virtual detailed simulation environment. The prediction capability of the model and the control efficiency are clearly shown. 展开更多
