随着工业化进程的飞速前进,适用于分离多相不互溶介质的旋流分离器已广泛应用于石化、环保等重点行业。为了提高旋流分离器在全粒径范围内分散相的分离效率,涌现出了多种旋流分离过程强化技术。其中,对入口分散相进行重排序的旋流强化... 随着工业化进程的飞速前进,适用于分离多相不互溶介质的旋流分离器已广泛应用于石化、环保等重点行业。为了提高旋流分离器在全粒径范围内分散相的分离效率,涌现出了多种旋流分离过程强化技术。其中,对入口分散相进行重排序的旋流强化技术因具有加工成本及运行费用低、易于实施、强化效果明显等优势,展现出了重要的应用价值及推广前景。本文聚焦于入口分散相重排序的旋流强化技术,对基于惯性力场和离心力场进行分散相重排序的旋流强化原理、排序器结构类型及应用于液-液、固-液、气-固两相的分散相重排序强化技术及研究成果进行了系统的分析和总结。在此基础上,从组织构建分散相重排序后的多股液流,选择促进多股液流间协同高效分离的旋流场入射方案,强化分散相移动过程中的聚并长大和/或惯性碰撞等角度出发,总结了分散相重排序的技术路线并进行研究展望,从而指导旋流器的旋流分离过程强化及优化设计,助力于旋流分离效率的深度提升。 展开更多

本文研究了寒冷地区水下不分散重混凝土的力学性能和耐久性能,并通过SEM对其微观结构进行分析。试验和工程应用表明,采用铁矿石和引气型水下不分散剂配制的水下不分散重混凝土,密度可达2 780 kg/m3,28 d水陆抗压强度比均超过90%,渗透系... 本文研究了寒冷地区水下不分散重混凝土的力学性能和耐久性能,并通过SEM对其微观结构进行分析。试验和工程应用表明,采用铁矿石和引气型水下不分散剂配制的水下不分散重混凝土,密度可达2 780 kg/m3,28 d水陆抗压强度比均超过90%,渗透系数达到6.27×10-7cm/h,200次冻融循环下的质量损失达到3.2%,相对动弹模数达到92.3%。工程应用中封底工程完成28 d后,钻芯抗压强度为25.5 MPa,平均密度2 710 kg/m3。 展开更多

本研究以铁矿石为重骨料,使用水溶性丙烯基新型水下不分散剂,首次配制寒冷地区水下不分散重混凝土,应用于北部引嫩渠首工程泄洪闸基础水下封底混凝土浇筑。工程应用表明,水下不分散重混凝土性能优越,是水下封底混凝土的一个新方向。

A series of poly(acrylic acid) macromolecular chain transfer agents with different molecular weights were synthesized by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) poly- merization and characterized by 1^H NMR and gel permeation chromatography. Multiresponsive core-shell nanogels were prepared by dispersion polymerization of N-isopropylacrylamide in water using these poly(potassium acrylate) macro-RAFT agents as the electrostcric stabilizer. The size of the nanogels decreases with the amount of the macro-RAFT agent, indicating that the surface area occupied by per polyelectrolyte group is a critical parameter for stabilizing the nanogels. The volume phase transition and the zeta potentials of the nanogels in aqueous solutions were studied by dynamic light scattering and zetasizer analyzer, respectively. 展开更多

A multi-scale decomposition technique is used to separate anomalies at different depths,and give some explanation to gravity variation at different time space scales. Gravity variation trends in North China are improved. Based on this result and the analysis of wavelet power spectrum,the images of the depth of wavelet approximation and detail are obtained. The results obtained are of scientific significance for the deep understanding of potential seismic risk in North China from gravity variations in different time space scales. 展开更多
