Methods: The authors designed student questionnaires to investigate study weariness in 128 nurs-ing vocational college students. Results: Of the 128 students, 58 were tired of study, accounting for 45. 3%; 40 students often had weariness, accounting for 31. 3%; and 71 students had moderate or severe weariness, accounting for 55. 5%. Seventy-five students played on their mobile phone when they were tired of studying. Conclusions: The study weariness of vocational college students is a common phenomenon that has been developing rapidly. There are many factors that cause study weariness of professional college students. The students believe that the traditional teaching method is the main reason for study weariness. Reform of the teaching mode in a Nursing Basic Technology course effectively solved the learning problems of vocational college students. The current financial education framework has an increasing need to introduce tools that facilitate the application of theoretical models to real-world data and contexts.However,only a limited number of free tools are...The current financial education framework has an increasing need to introduce tools that facilitate the application of theoretical models to real-world data and contexts.However,only a limited number of free tools are available for this purpose.Given this lack of tools,the present study provides two approaches to facilitate the implementa-tion of an event study.The first approach consists of a set of MS Excel files based on the Fama–French five-factor model,which allows the application of the event study methodology in a semi-automatic manner.The second approach is an open-source R-programmed tool through which results can be obtained in the context of an event study without the need for programming knowledge.This tool widens the calculus possibilities provided by the first approach and offers the option to apply not only the Fama–French five-factor model but also other models that are common in the finan-cial literature.It is a user-friendly tool that enables reproducibility of the analysis and ensures that the calculations are free of manipulation errors.Both approaches are freely available and ready-to-use.展开更多

The theory stresses the importance of learning initiat...According to constructivism theory, students do not acquire knowledge in teachers’ teaching but rather in cooperation with others in certain social environments. The theory stresses the importance of learning initiatives and cooperation. Based on constructivism theory, this paper uses empirical research, literature reference, and questionnaire survey to explore the phonetic teaching process of primary school English, to analyze problems from teachers and pupils, thus putting forward corresponding countermeasures. In the study, 100 pupils are interviewed from Grade 5 and Grade 6 of Jietou Central Primary School in Taizhou City. It is found through the questionnaire and data analysis of the problems on English phonetic teaching ways and skills as well as the English phonetic teaching situation that pupils lack listening training and interest in English learning. By analyzing the problems, the paper uses constructivism theory to put forward proposals of improving teachers’ teaching situation and pupils’ English phonetic situation, with the purpose of helping teachers to improve themselves in English phonetic teaching and finally improving pupils’ level in their English learning.展开更多

The application of ＂harmonious teaching method＂ in the sports dance teaching of general colleges can help theoretically analyze the teaching process of existing sports dance actions and reveal the main reason for the gap with the goal of ＂comprehensive harmonious development＂, and also can verify the theoretical analysis results. Therefore, using teaching experiment method, experiment class and control class were selected for implementing two different teaching methods. Difference T test of small samples average was made on the acquired data for revealing the teaching effect difference between two different teaching methods. The result shows that the difference between two teaching methods was significant. Under this influence, primary school students’ independent reading has also been changed. However, due to limited self-control and understanding, primary school students face certain difficulties when using online teaching platforms for independent reading. Advantages and disadvantages of distance learning based on the network teaching platform were summarized in this paper. A one-year experiment study was carried out on our school fifth-grade students in independent reading using WeChat campus platform considering their current situation and existing problems of independent reading. In experiment study an independent reading mode was introduced. The results show that this reading mode can significantly improve students’ independent reading ability.展开更多
