The rapid growth of artificial intelligence has accelerated data generation,which increasingly exposes the limitations faced by traditional computational architectures,particularly in terms of energy consumption and d...The rapid growth of artificial intelligence has accelerated data generation,which increasingly exposes the limitations faced by traditional computational architectures,particularly in terms of energy consumption and data latency.In contrast,data-centric computing that integrates processing and storage has the potential of reducing latency and energy usage.Organic optoelectronic synaptic transistors have emerged as one type of promising devices to implement the data-centric com-puting paradigm owing to their superiority of flexibility,low cost,and large-area fabrication.However,sophisticated functions including vector-matrix multiplication that a single device can achieve are limited.Thus,the fabrication and utilization of organic optoelectronic synaptic transistor arrays(OOSTAs)are imperative.Here,we summarize the recent advances in OOSTAs.Various strategies for manufacturing OOSTAs are introduced,including coating and casting,physical vapor deposition,printing,and photolithography.Furthermore,innovative applications of the OOSTA system integration are discussed,including neuromor-phic visual systems and neuromorphic computing systems.At last,challenges and future perspectives of utilizing OOSTAs in real-world applications are discussed.展开更多

The findings highlight the distribution of agency, animacy, and support relations in state change events, emphasizing the complex interaction of internal and external event integrations and their correlation with the conceptual primitives of change and transition. Objective:To explore the effect of medical and nursing integration mode on the nursing care of patients with inguinal hernia treated by tension-free repair.Methods:A total of 76 cases of inguinal hernia patients admit...Objective:To explore the effect of medical and nursing integration mode on the nursing care of patients with inguinal hernia treated by tension-free repair.Methods:A total of 76 cases of inguinal hernia patients admitted to the hospital from September 2023 to August 2024 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into 38 cases each in the control group and the observation group by using the random number table method.The patients in the control group were cared for by the traditional postoperative care mode and the patients in the observation group were given additional medical and nursing care based on the control group,and were observed and analyzed for pain relief,infection,hospital stay,and hospital costs.Results:The VAS score of patients in the observation group was(7.91±2.21)at 1d postoperation and(11.04±3.24)at 1d postoperation in the control group,which was significantly lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the patients at 6 months postoperation was(4.82±1.81),which was not statistically significant when compared with that of the control patients(4.79±1.45),which was not statistically different from those of the control group(P>0.05);3 cases of infection occurred in the at 3d,accounting for the total number of observation group postoperative patients(7.89%),and compared with control group with postoperative 5 cases of infection occurred in the 3 days,accounting for of the total number of patients(13.16%),the postoperative infection rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of hospitalization days as well as the hospitalization costs of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated model of medical care has significant advantages in the care of patients with inguinal hernia treated with tension-free repair,which can effectively alleviate early postoperative pain,reduce the rate of infection,shorten the length of hospital stay,and reduce the cost of hospitalization.展开更多

Previous research utilizing Cartoon Generative Adversarial Network(CartoonGAN)has encountered limitations in managing intricate outlines and accurately representing lighting effects,particularly in complex scenes requ...Previous research utilizing Cartoon Generative Adversarial Network(CartoonGAN)has encountered limitations in managing intricate outlines and accurately representing lighting effects,particularly in complex scenes requiring detailed shading and contrast.This paper presents a novel Enhanced Pixel Integration(EPI)technique designed to improve the visual quality of images generated by CartoonGAN.Rather than modifying the core model,the EPI approach employs post-processing adjustments that enhance images without significant computational overhead.In this method,images produced by CartoonGAN are converted from Red-Green-Blue(RGB)to Hue-Saturation-Value(HSV)format,allowing for precise adjustments in hue,saturation,and brightness,thereby improving color fidelity.Specific correction values are applied to fine-tune colors,ensuring they closely match the original input while maintaining the characteristic,stylized effect of CartoonGAN.The corrected images are blended with the originals to retain aesthetic appeal and visual distinctiveness,resulting in improved color accuracy and overall coherence.Experimental results demonstrate that EPI significantly increases similarity to original input images compared to the standard CartoonGAN model,achieving a 40.14%enhancement in visual similarity in Learned Perceptual Image Patch Similarity(LPIPS),a 30.21%improvement in structural consistency in Structural Similarity Index Measure(SSIM),and an 11.81%reduction in pixel-level error in Mean Squared Error(MSE).By addressing limitations present in the traditional CartoonGAN pipeline,EPI offers practical enhancements for creative applications,particularly within media and design fields where visual fidelity and artistic style preservation are critical.These improvements align with the goals of Fog and Edge Computing,which also seek to enhance processing efficiency and application performance in sensitive industries such as healthcare,logistics,and education.This research not only resolves key deficiencies in existing CartoonGAN models but also expands its potential applications in image-based content creation,bridging gaps between technical constraints and creative demands.Future studies may explore the adaptability of EPI across various datasets and artistic styles,potentially broadening its impact on visual transformation tasks.展开更多

El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)is the strongest interannual climate mode influencing the coupled ocean-atmosphere system in the tropical Pacific,and numerous dynamical and statistical models have been develope...El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)is the strongest interannual climate mode influencing the coupled ocean-atmosphere system in the tropical Pacific,and numerous dynamical and statistical models have been developed to simulate and predict it.In some simplified coupled ocean-atmosphere models,the relationship between sea surface temperature(SST)anomalies and wind stress(τ)anomalies can be constructed by statistical methods,such as singular value decomposition(SVD).In recent years,the applications of artificial intelligence(AI)to climate modeling have shown promising prospects,and the integrations of AI-based models with dynamical models are active areas of research.This study constructs U-Net models for representing the relationship between SSTAs andτanomalies in the tropical Pacific;the UNet-derivedτmodel,denoted asτUNet,is then used to replace the original SVD-basedτmodel of an intermediate coupled model(ICM),forming a newly AI-integrated ICM,referred to as ICM-UNet.The simulation results obtained from ICM-UNet demonstrate their ability to represent the spatiotemporal variability of oceanic and atmospheric anomaly fields in the equatorial Pacific.In the ocean-only case study,theτUNet-derived wind stress anomaly fields are used to force the ocean component of the ICM,the results of which also indicate reasonable simulations of typical ENSO events.These results demonstrate the feasibility of integrating an AI-derived model with a physics-based dynamical model for ENSO modeling studies.Furthermore,the successful integration of the dynamical ocean models with the AI-based atmospheric wind model provides a novel approach to ocean-atmosphere interaction modeling studies.展开更多
In this study,we present a novel nodal integration-based particle finite element method(N-PFEM)designed for the dynamic analysis of saturated soils.Our approach incorporates the nodal integration technique into a gene...In this study,we present a novel nodal integration-based particle finite element method(N-PFEM)designed for the dynamic analysis of saturated soils.Our approach incorporates the nodal integration technique into a generalised Hellinger-Reissner(HR)variational principle,creating an implicit PFEM formulation.To mitigate the volumetric locking issue in low-order elements,we employ a node-based strain smoothing technique.By discretising field variables at the centre of smoothing cells,we achieve nodal integration over cells,eliminating the need for sophisticated mapping operations after re-meshing in the PFEM.We express the discretised governing equations as a min-max optimisation problem,which is further reformulated as a standard second-order cone programming(SOCP)problem.Stresses,pore water pressure,and displacements are simultaneously determined using the advanced primal-dual interior point method.Consequently,our numerical model offers improved accuracy for stresses and pore water pressure compared to the displacement-based PFEM formulation.Numerical experiments demonstrate that the N-PFEM efficiently captures both transient and long-term hydro-mechanical behaviour of saturated soils with high accuracy,obviating the need for stabilisation or regularisation techniques commonly employed in other nodal integration-based PFEM approaches.This work holds significant implications for the development of robust and accurate numerical tools for studying saturated soil dynamics.展开更多

文摘With the rapid development of China’s economy,the demand for high-end talents in the field of engineering technology is becoming increasingly prominent.Engineering doctors,as an important force in this field,have a direct impact on the progress of national technological innovation and the upgrading of industrial structure.Currently,there are still some issues in the university-enterprise collaboration for engineering doctor training in China,such as unclear cooperation mechanisms and responsibility divisions,insufficient corporate participation and enthusiasm,and imperfect evaluation and feedback mechanisms.This paper aims to explore the university-enterprise collaborative training path of engineering doctors from the perspective of deep integration,analyzing multiple dimensions including training objectives,curriculum design,practical sessions,mentor teams,and evaluation systems,in order to provide reference for the reform and practice of engineering doctor training in China.

文摘In recent years,managing rural living environments has become a vital component of the rural revitalization strategy.Jiangsu Province,rich in economic and cultural resources,has accumulated valuable experience in exploring rural environmental governance by integrating culture and tourism.This research analyzes the practical logic of rural environmental governance in Jiangsu from both theoretical and practical perspectives.It emphasizes the importance of integrating culture and tourism to enhance environmental governance while addressing the associated challenges.The results show that the integration of culture and tourism not only enhances rural ecological environments and living facilities but also boosts regional economic development and the preservation of cultural resources.Nevertheless,there are still challenges in aspects such as the collaboration of stakeholders,the establishment of long-term mechanisms,and the application of digital technologies.Based on real cases in Jiangsu,this study suggests optimization strategies and policy recommendations to improve rural environmental governance within the framework of cultural and tourism integration.

文摘The advancement of Internet of Things(IoT)technology is driving industries toward intelligent digital transformation,highlighting the crucial role of software engineering.Despite this,the integration of software engineering into IoT engineering education remains underexplored.To address this gap,the School of Software at North University of China,in collaboration with QST Innovation Technology Group Co.,Ltd.(QST),has developed an innovative educational mechanism.This initiative focuses on the software engineering IoT track and optimizes the teaching process through the outcome-based education(OBE)concept.It incorporates military-industrial characteristics,introduces advanced information and technology curricula,and enhances laboratory infrastructure.The goal is to cultivate innovative talents with unique capabilities,thereby fostering the comprehensive development and application of IoT technology.

文摘This study explores the integration path of ideological and political education in the course Design Thinking and Expression of environmental art design,aiming to enhance students’innovative thinking,social responsibility,and awareness of sustainable development.Based on the core philosophy of design thinking(people-oriented,problem-solving,and interdisciplinary collaboration)and the elements of ideological and political education in courses(moral education,cultural confidence,sustainable development,and social equity),the study proposes implementation paths for optimizing course objectives,adjusting course content,innovating teaching methods,and optimizing the evaluation system.Through project-based learning,situational teaching,and interdisciplinary collaboration,combined with practical cases such as historical district renewal,environmental design for rural revitalization,and green commercial space design,it has been verified that the effective integration of ideological and political elements in courses can enhance students’cultural identity,sense of social responsibility,and design innovation ability.This study provides theoretical support and practical demonstration for the ideological and political reform of environmental art design courses.In the future,interdisciplinary collaboration can be further deepened,social practice applications can be expanded,the evaluation system can be improved,and the systematic development of ideological and political courses can be promoted.

文摘Previous research utilizing Cartoon Generative Adversarial Network(CartoonGAN)has encountered limitations in managing intricate outlines and accurately representing lighting effects,particularly in complex scenes requiring detailed shading and contrast.This paper presents a novel Enhanced Pixel Integration(EPI)technique designed to improve the visual quality of images generated by CartoonGAN.Rather than modifying the core model,the EPI approach employs post-processing adjustments that enhance images without significant computational overhead.In this method,images produced by CartoonGAN are converted from Red-Green-Blue(RGB)to Hue-Saturation-Value(HSV)format,allowing for precise adjustments in hue,saturation,and brightness,thereby improving color fidelity.Specific correction values are applied to fine-tune colors,ensuring they closely match the original input while maintaining the characteristic,stylized effect of CartoonGAN.The corrected images are blended with the originals to retain aesthetic appeal and visual distinctiveness,resulting in improved color accuracy and overall coherence.Experimental results demonstrate that EPI significantly increases similarity to original input images compared to the standard CartoonGAN model,achieving a 40.14%enhancement in visual similarity in Learned Perceptual Image Patch Similarity(LPIPS),a 30.21%improvement in structural consistency in Structural Similarity Index Measure(SSIM),and an 11.81%reduction in pixel-level error in Mean Squared Error(MSE).By addressing limitations present in the traditional CartoonGAN pipeline,EPI offers practical enhancements for creative applications,particularly within media and design fields where visual fidelity and artistic style preservation are critical.These improvements align with the goals of Fog and Edge Computing,which also seek to enhance processing efficiency and application performance in sensitive industries such as healthcare,logistics,and education.This research not only resolves key deficiencies in existing CartoonGAN models but also expands its potential applications in image-based content creation,bridging gaps between technical constraints and creative demands.Future studies may explore the adaptability of EPI across various datasets and artistic styles,potentially broadening its impact on visual transformation tasks.

文摘The performance of optical interconnection has improved dramatically in recent years.Silicon-based optoelectronic heterogeneous integration is the key enabler to achieve high performance optical interconnection,which not only provides the optical gain which is absent from native Si substrates and enables complete photonic functionalities on chip,but also improves the system performance through advanced heterogeneous integrated packaging.This paper reviews recent progress of silicon-based optoelectronic heterogeneous integration in high performance optical interconnection.The research status,development trend and application of ultra-low loss optical waveguides,high-speed detectors,high-speed modulators,lasers and 2D,2.5D,3D and monolithic integration are focused on.

文摘As the manufacturing process of silicon-based integrated circuits(ICs)approaches its physical limit,the quantum effect of silicon-based field-effect transistors(FETs)has become increasingly evident.And the burgeoning carbon-based semiconductor technology has become one of the most disruptive technologies in the post-Moore era.As one-dimensional nanomaterials,carbon nanotubes(CNTs)are far superior to silicon at the same technology nodes of FETs because of their excellent electrical transport and scaling properties,rendering them the most competitive material in the next-generation ICs technology.However,certain challenges impede the industrialization of CNTs,particularly in terms of material preparation,which significantly hinders the development of CNT-based ICs.Focusing on CNT-based ICs technology,this review summarizes its main technical status,development trends,existing challenges,and future development directions.

文摘The Chinese express delivery industry processes nearly 110 billion items in 2022,averaging an annual growth rate of 200%.Among the various types of sorting systems used for handling express items,cross-belt sorting systems stand out as the most crucial.However,despite their high degree of automation,the workload for operators has intensified owing to the surging volume of express items.In the era of Industry 5.0,it is imperative to adopt new technologies that not only enhance worker welfare but also improve the efficiency of cross-belt systems.Striking a balance between efficiency in handling express items and operator well-being is challenging.Digital twin technology offers a promising solution in this respect.A realization method of a human-machine integrated digital twin is proposed in this study,enabling the interaction of biological human bodies,virtual human bodies,virtual equipment,and logistics equipment in a closed loop,thus setting an operating framework.Key technologies in the proposed framework include a collection of heterogeneous data from multiple sources,construction of the relationship between operator fatigue and operation efficiency based on physiological measurements,virtual model construction,and an online optimization module based on real-time simulation.The feasibility of the proposed method was verified in an express distribution center.

文摘Critical care medicine focuses on understanding the pathophysiological mechanisms and treatment approaches for life-threatening conditions,including sepsis,severe trauma/burns,hemorrhagic shock,heatstroke,and acute pancreatitis,all of which have high incidence rates.These conditions are primarily characterized by acute multi-organ dysfunction,with sudden onset,severe illness,and high mortality rates.Additionally,critical care treatment demands substantial medical resources,imposing significant economic burdens on patients’families and society.In recent years,critical care medicine has achieved notable progress,especially in multidisciplinary integration with immunology-based fields.Collaboration across disciplines has not only accelerated advancements in critical care but also propelled the rapid development of modern immunology.This paper provides an overview and assessment of the cross-disciplinary fusion between critical care medicine and immunology,exploring how these fields related extensions mutually enhance each other.It further analyzes China’s potential to become a global leader in this area within the next 5 to 10 years.

文摘El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)is the strongest interannual climate mode influencing the coupled ocean-atmosphere system in the tropical Pacific,and numerous dynamical and statistical models have been developed to simulate and predict it.In some simplified coupled ocean-atmosphere models,the relationship between sea surface temperature(SST)anomalies and wind stress(τ)anomalies can be constructed by statistical methods,such as singular value decomposition(SVD).In recent years,the applications of artificial intelligence(AI)to climate modeling have shown promising prospects,and the integrations of AI-based models with dynamical models are active areas of research.This study constructs U-Net models for representing the relationship between SSTAs andτanomalies in the tropical Pacific;the UNet-derivedτmodel,denoted asτUNet,is then used to replace the original SVD-basedτmodel of an intermediate coupled model(ICM),forming a newly AI-integrated ICM,referred to as ICM-UNet.The simulation results obtained from ICM-UNet demonstrate their ability to represent the spatiotemporal variability of oceanic and atmospheric anomaly fields in the equatorial Pacific.In the ocean-only case study,theτUNet-derived wind stress anomaly fields are used to force the ocean component of the ICM,the results of which also indicate reasonable simulations of typical ENSO events.These results demonstrate the feasibility of integrating an AI-derived model with a physics-based dynamical model for ENSO modeling studies.Furthermore,the successful integration of the dynamical ocean models with the AI-based atmospheric wind model provides a novel approach to ocean-atmosphere interaction modeling studies.

文摘In this study,we present a novel nodal integration-based particle finite element method(N-PFEM)designed for the dynamic analysis of saturated soils.Our approach incorporates the nodal integration technique into a generalised Hellinger-Reissner(HR)variational principle,creating an implicit PFEM formulation.To mitigate the volumetric locking issue in low-order elements,we employ a node-based strain smoothing technique.By discretising field variables at the centre of smoothing cells,we achieve nodal integration over cells,eliminating the need for sophisticated mapping operations after re-meshing in the PFEM.We express the discretised governing equations as a min-max optimisation problem,which is further reformulated as a standard second-order cone programming(SOCP)problem.Stresses,pore water pressure,and displacements are simultaneously determined using the advanced primal-dual interior point method.Consequently,our numerical model offers improved accuracy for stresses and pore water pressure compared to the displacement-based PFEM formulation.Numerical experiments demonstrate that the N-PFEM efficiently captures both transient and long-term hydro-mechanical behaviour of saturated soils with high accuracy,obviating the need for stabilisation or regularisation techniques commonly employed in other nodal integration-based PFEM approaches.This work holds significant implications for the development of robust and accurate numerical tools for studying saturated soil dynamics.
