Objective: to optimize the overall effect of emergency nursing procedures for patients with chest pain. Methods: patients were divided into groups by random number table method, that is: comparison group, exploration group, 80 of them were selected for study and analysis in the emergency chest pain patients treated in the hospital, 80 people were equally divided into two groups. The number of people in each group is 40. The nursing method used by patients in the comparison group was routine nursing, while the nursing method used by patients in the exploration group was optimized emergency nursing process. Some clinical symptoms and clinical data of two groups of patients with different nursing methods were analyzed and compared to judge the merits and demerits of nursing methods. Results: the rescue time of the exploratory group was shorter than that of the comparison group, the triage time of the exploratory group was shorter than that of the comparison group, and the hospitalization time of the exploratory group was shorter than that of the comparison group, and there were differences in data comparison (P < 0.05). In the comparison of nursing satisfaction score, the inquiry group was higher than the comparison group (P < 0.05), and the differences were of comparative significance. The incidence of adverse events in exploration group was significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.05). In the comparison of treatment efficiency, patients in the exploration group were significantly higher than those in the comparison group (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: timely optimization of emergency nursing process for patients with emergency chest pain can improve the first aid effect and rescue efficiency of patients, shorten the hospitalization and bed time of patients, worthy of clinical attention. 展开更多
