The nursing method used by patients in the comparison group was routine nursing, while the nursing method used by patients in the exploration group was optimized emergency nursing process. Some clinical symptoms and clinical data of two groups of patients with different nursing methods were analyzed and compared to judge the merits and demerits of nursing methods. Results: the rescue time of the exploratory group was shorter than that of the comparison group, the triage time of the exploratory group was shorter than that of the comparison group, and the hospitalization time of the exploratory group was shorter than that of the comparison group, and there were differences in data comparison (P < 0.05). In the comparison of nursing satisfaction score, the inquiry group was higher than the comparison group (P < 0.05), and the differences were of comparative significance. The incidence of adverse events in exploration group was significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.05). In the comparison of treatment efficiency, patients in the exploration group were significantly higher than those in the comparison group (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Methods: taking 70 patients with myocardial infarction diagnosed and treated in the emergency department of our hospital as the research object, the patients were evenly divided into two groups by digital double-blind method. The name of the group was the reference group (n = 35) and the experimental group (n = 35). The research date was from July 2019 to July 2021.The experimental group implemented the optimized emergency nursing process in the first aid process, and the reference group implemented the conventional emergency nursing process in the first aid process. After the study, the nursing quality, nursing effect, emotional state, first aid indicators, prognosis and complications of each group were compared. Results: the total effective rate of nursing in the experimental group was 94.29%, which was significantly higher than that in the reference group (77.14%) (P < 0.05);In the experimental group, the time from reception to ECG, the time from reception to administration, the time of triage evaluation, the time of emergency stay, the time of emergency balloon expansion and the time of first aid were significantly shorter (P < 0.05);The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 5.71%, which was significantly lower than that in the reference group (22.86%) (P < 0.05).The scores of nursing quality in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the reference group (P < 0.05);The scores of Barthel and CQQC in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05);Conclusion: the effect of optimizing emergency nursing process in the nursing of patients with myocardial infarction is ideal, which can significantly improve the nursing effect, improve the first aid index, improve the first aid quality and reduce the risk of complications. They were divided into two groups based on different treatment regimens. Each group had 43 cases. Different treatment options are offered when rescuing patients with acute myocardial infarction. Patients in the treatment group performed routine procedures, and patients in the treatment group B performed optimized emergency procedures. To summarize and discuss the effect and excellence of nursing system in treatment group A and treatment group B. Results: (1) The nursing satisfaction score of treatment group A and treatment group B was significantly lower (P < 0.05). (2) Compared with the nurses in group B, the first diagnosis, ecg monitoring, infusion and total rescue time of the nurses in group A were longer, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). (3) Quality of life score of nursing group A and nursing group B (P < 0.05). (4) Compared with nursing group B, nursing group A had longer emergency treatment time, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Methods: 102 cases of emergency patients received from January 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital were selected as research objects. According to the order of treatment, they were divided into control group and observation group. The routine nursing process was given to the control group, and the observation group was given an optimized nursing process to compare the rescue efficiency and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results: According to the results of the study, the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Among them, the total satisfaction of the observation group was 49, accounting for 96.07%;the control group was very satisfied with the nursing work, accounting for 82.35%. There was a significant difference in nursing satisfaction between the two groups, which was statistically significant (P<0.05). Comparing the rescue efficiency of the two groups of patients, the observation time, rescue time, infusion time and disease remission time were significantly lower than the control group, the rescue success rate was 94.11%, and the rescue success rate of the control group was 78.43%. The results have statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The optimization of emergency nursing process can greatly improve the rescue efficiency of emergency patients, reduce the disability rate and mortality, improve the quality of nursing, and enhance the satisfaction of nursing.
